The bar and restaurant in the basement were excellent - excellent food and drink. Really good breakfast included in the price. We wished we'd booked a longer stay!"

"We stayed for two nights in junior suite. We chose it for the spa which then was out of service due to fire incident so we did not feel like trying it when they reopened. The walk to the city centre is about 20 min and similar time to main train station. Although room was on the main road it was not too bad and quiet at night. Aircon worked. Room was spacious, with two bathrooms and two toilets: one with shower, the other one with bathtub. Unfortunately water was lukewarm to warm so not suitable for actually taking the bath… Breakfast was fantastic with fresh ingredients to make yourself a juice - I have never seen it in any other hotel so big plus. Also there was an omelet station. Restaurant and brewery is worth trying for their own lager and modern twist on Czech classics. Overall very clean hotel of excellent value and I would return. We got welcome drinks."

"Worst apparment I have booked in years. Poor communication, hard to find, yet very central. Does not look like in the pictures: everything is a little off like broken toilet seat and shower holder. No hand towels. Bedsheets are too narrow so they keep coming off all night. In summer, it's hot in the apartment and keeping the window open means a lot of noise from the pedestrian streets. Only one key! This place has nothing to do with "luxury" (as they call themselves Luxury Apartment). Basically it was clean, but poorly maintained. Parking they offer is very shady and expensive. AVOID!!"

"I stayed only one night and it was a good experience. The location is excellent, 3 minutes walk from the Brno Grandhotel station where buses arrive and depart to and from other cities, such as Vienna and Prague. Clean and spacious room, clean bathrooms and showers, with hot water always available. Small area with kettle, microwave, dishwasher and a set of plates and cutlery. Rooms with safe, locker, and small sink."
