As a hotel clearly labeled ”pet friendly”, it not only allows pets to enter, but also does not charge extra fees, and there is no sense of cramped treatment at all, making the journey with pets particularly smooth.
The enthusiasm of the service staff is even more impressive. From the beginning of stepping into the lobby, the front desk lady took the initiative to greet, patiently answering questions such as parking, surrounding dining, and intimately informing the hotel that there are free coffee and cold drinks for self-collection. During the stay, I encountered small things that needed help, and the staff responded quickly, and greeted with smiles throughout the whole process. There was really a kind of warmth like home.
The cleanliness of the room exceeded expectations. As a newly opened hotel, the facilities are very new, the bedding and towels are clean and fresh, there is no smell, even the corners of the bathroom are cleaned meticulously, the intelligent guest control system in the room can also control the electrical appliances through voice, the details are full of care, and the living is both comfortable and at ease.
