環境好，酒店在鄒城新黨校內，園林面積大，聽説佔地380畝，總投資6.8億，傍晚刷卡出後門登山一覽鄒城風景極佳。衞生好，房間裏所有設施都是嶄新的，連窗子都一塵不染，在鄒城能做到這樣太不容易。服務好，接待員都是年輕人，人美辦事快，晚上還有小米粥送到房間，讓人驚喜又暖心。唯一不足是毛巾桿裝在水池底下不容易看見，退房時把洗臉巾遺落了。

第一天下午五點多到酒店，在房間打電話訂餐。
“您好，是您要點餐？”
“是的！”
“那您點吧！”
🙄“你們菜單呢？”
“沒有菜單。
“沒有菜單我怎麼點？”
“你想吃什麼菜告訴我好了”
“糖醋里脊”
“沒有！”
“那榨菜肉絲湯”
“沒有！”
“你們有什麼菜？”
“我也一下説不出，你點好了”
“大肘子有嗎”
“沒有”………😦😦😦反正想吃的基本沒有！最後馬馬虎虎隨便點了炒雞和番茄雞蛋
客户比去年多了，但是精細化的針對性服務沒有了，，比如我兒子心心念唸的浴巾折的大象沒有了，孩子失落了好一陣，打掃人員和早餐服務人員素質不錯，贊一個！

這次的入住體驗非常滿意！前台小姐姐們始終保持着親切的微笑，還有管家專門帶到房間～ 前台小姐姐還會幫忙叫車 出行毫無壓力，房間內設施非常齊全，乾淨整潔，生活用品一應俱全。酒店緊挨着護駕山 可以刷卡到後面遊玩還挺方便的！順帶一提前台的紅茶挺香的 好喝🍵～推薦入住！

賓至如歸的體驗非常的幸福。
各位服務員都是很有禮貌和職業素養，很舒服。硬件設施完善。園區景色很美，酒店後邊有個景區護駕山，刷房卡就可以直接過去，很方便。前台服務態度更是讓人愉悦的享受！管家提前加上了微信，因為住宿的房間都是獨棟的，辦理完入住小姐姐還把我們送到房間，給我們介紹了當地的景點，入住期間有問必答，有求必應，回到家後還微信問候，真的特別好！
