This stay was beyond my expectations! The hotel is well-equipped, and the bathrooms have thermostatic showers and anti-fog mirrors. The details are perfect! The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, and they are patient and meticulous from checking in to answering questions. They also remind us of surrounding attractions and transportation, which makes people feel warm. The sanitation of the guest rooms is impeccable, the sheets and quilts are clean and flat, there is no dust in the corners, and the toiletries are neatly placed, which makes you feel safe. The breakfast variety is rich and surprising, including Chinese freshly cooked noodles, steamed buns, Western bread, fried eggs, fresh fruits and healthy porridge. The overall experience is comfortable and considerate. I will choose here next time!

Stayed here during a trip to Zhuzhou and came away genuinely impressed for the price. If you’re comparing bang-for-buck, this easily outperforms pricier branded hotels in the region. The room was spacious and the bathroom comfortably sized — a refreshing change from what we’d experienced elsewhere. Water pressure in the shower was excellent, which is honestly one of those things you don’t think about until it’s bad. The automated curtains and auto-flush toilet were nice modern touches that added to the overall comfort. The location is slightly off the beaten path, which might put some travellers off. That said, there are nearby eateries within reach and getting around via Didi is straightforward — a quick booking and you’re sorted. In China, Didi really removes the friction of being in an unfamiliar area. Overall, a solid stay. Clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone visiting Zhuzhou who wants good quality without overpaying for a name.

Great modern new hotel in a wonderful location and spacious rooms. The staff are all very accommodating but absolutely no English is spoken. Also there’s no western breakfast including no butter or jam for toast. No cereal or cold milk either. For me, the major downside to the hotel as a non smoker is, is the constant revolting smell of cigarettes. Even on the 20th floor it could be smelled. The worst part is, there’s no smoking signs everywhere in the hotel but because the majority smoke, they seem to let it slide. Don’t even think about going into the toilet on the reception desk floor. It seems to be the central point for any smoker to have a quick one undisturbed. It’s literally disgusting. Invited by a friend to visit Liling Ceramic Valley, I booked a room temporarily. I got a leisure suite by accident. Hygiene: Average. I understand that it was because of the rush to get a room, and the details of the bathroom hygiene need to be paid attention to. Environment: Satisfactory. The front desk said that the leisure suites are all on the seventh floor, so I can hear the sound of the mahjong machine in the next room, so I won’t say anything. Facilities: Complete. Everything you need. Service: Needs to be improved. I called the front desk and thought I could send two more bottles of free water, but there was no, they just emphasized that there was water for sale in the vending machine outside.

The hotel has a good location and a good environment. The room is high, large and comfortable. The room is very satisfactory.
