The most cost-effective hotel in Zhuzhou, good service and good environment. I felt clean and comfortable when I walked in. The service at the front desk was also outstanding. Zhuzhou Lake View Hotel is about five or six kilometers away from the west exit of Zhuzhou on the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway. Tianyuan District seems to be a newly developed area. The location is very good. The hotel lobby is very beautiful. There is a large parking lot at the door. The little sister at the front desk of the hotel is kind and enthusiastic. The business is also skilled. It is commendable. The room was clean and tidy, there was no smell, the bedding was very clean and soft and comfortable. There was a commercial street on foot from the hotel. It was very convenient to eat. Hunan local dishes and Chaoshan beef hot pot were available. There were many types. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the high-speed rail station. There is a laundry room and a gym on the 2nd floor. Xinfeng introduced Zhuzhou's special attractions and snacks in detail when checking in. I was very satisfied with staying in such a hotel.

This evaluation is only benchmarked against the same model hotel, close to the city center, parking is OK, the room is a bit old, the items are old, according to the understanding, due to the large environment, a lot of withdrawal, so the service is a bit can not keep up, the room layout is still very good, the bed is not very comfortable, Compared with the same price, I am a little dissatisfied with the stay in Zhuzhou (I have lived in four), but this price can't be picked too much.

LLendanearIt’s a great hotel that is very new and modem. The rooms are a great size and feature a giant 75 inch tv recessed in the wall. There’s a fridge with coke and sprite and bottled water which is ( usually) topped up each day.
The staff appear to nit be able to speak any English whatsoever, which could possibly be a big problem. The included breakfast is supposed to have a western portion but that was non existent, including no cold milk for the small amount of cereal they provided. The cleaning maintenance, especially in the public areas is quite poor, especially the carpeted areas including the lifts. The hotel isn’t complete yet, they are still working of different floors so that’s a reason for the dirt possibly. Smoking is everywhere including the lounge areas in the lobby and the breakfast area, but in this city, seems to be par for the course. (Revolting).
The price is quite reasonable, given what you get, although i found out that the Hyatt Regency was only about $50 Australian dollars a night more and vastly superior.
To sim up, you get what you pay for, but in this case, apart from the shortcomings mentioned, that’s quite a lot.

The canteen was not that great, receptions of canteen were not as good as others.
Washing machines needed upgrading, one was broken.
Still allowing smoking in China, quite stinks.
Beautiful small city Zhuzhou, only problem is grey sky all the time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quiet and suitable for leisure travel. The room is well-equipped and quite large, with a view of the Xiangjiang River. Although there are not many guests staying in the hotel, the breakfast is quite rich in variety and the quality of the fruit is good. The hotel staff are particularly enthusiastic. From the front desk customer service staff Yang Zijian and Manager Zhang at check-in, to the cleaning staff Cao Shulin and Chu Ping, and the chefs in the restaurant, they all actively asked about my needs. When I mentioned that the room smelled of smoke, Ms. Li at the front desk immediately brought an air purifier. She also helped me change to a smoke-free room.

LLoreeNice hotel and close to the train station. Spacious rooms. I originally booked another hotel but turns out they don't accept foreigners. Good thing trip.com helped me along the way and gave me this hotel. Nice and the rooms are large. The view is also nice at night. I was just wondering why they charged 5 yuan for the disposable slippers when it is a basic thing that should be in a hotel room. 🥹

AAnonymous UserI can't believe it. I worked in Xinma Industrial Park. I didn't know it was night. I didn't book a hotel. Then I opened Trip.com and there was a new hotel very close to me. Is it a coincidence? Drive there immediately, it will be there in a few minutes, you can park at the door, it can be said that parking is very convenient. Facing the entrance of the hotel, I stayed late. The front desk said that it was now a discount price. I also took the initiative to upgrade the room. The room was clean and tidy. You can eat Lanzhou ramen at the bottom of the building. Then, what surprised me was that this is definitely the most luxurious Lanzhou ramen restaurant you have ever seen. It is not noisy at night. Open the screen window during the day and the wind is very comfortable. I left something, the store also helped to find it, thank you very much! Will come next time!
