This was by far the most comfortable hotel we stayed at during our entire Chinese New Year trip. After booking on Trip.com, I called the front desk and found out they've been in soft opening since 2025, which is why it only officially launched in 2026. Despite that, there was absolutely no strange odor in the room. The bedding and overall hygiene were spotless, the facilities were brand new, and the service was exceptional. I'm genuinely not a shill – this hotel is simply that good and definitely worth recommending. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling; you won't be disappointed!

🌟 10/10 – Truly a Home Away from Home! 🌟 I absolutely loved my stay at H Hotel! From the warm welcome at check-in to the kind and helpful staff, everything was just perfect. Special shout-out to TongTong at the reception...she’s the best of the best! Always so kind, patient, and ready to help with anything I needed. The cleaning staff were amazing too... very humble, friendly, and hardworking. My room was always spotless, towels and toiletries changed regularly, and bins emptied all the time. I also loved the free laundry service... they washed my clothes twice during my stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everyone here is so welcoming, especially to foreigners, and they truly make you feel at home. If I had more time, I would stay here forever! I’ll definitely be coming back. The hotel is fairly close to the popular Pang Donglai restaurant, about a 15-minute walk. The rooms are very spacious, and the receptionist even upgraded us to a room with a bathtub for free – fantastic! Staying in the top-floor view room offered a panoramic vista of the surrounding mountains.

I must give 5 points of praise, if possible I would give 5+! ! ! The service is attentive and considerate to the point that I feel that Seven Star Hotel may not do better than him. From the welcome at the front desk to the parking lot, everything is in place, very friendly, and the hardware configuration is also very comprehensive. Breakfast was not included when booking, but the front desk took the initiative to give it to me and said that breakfast was 29 yuan per person. I didn't expect much at first, but unexpectedly the breakfast was very rich! I really stayed at a treasure hotel. I couldn’t help but ask the lady at the front desk if the hotel had anything to do with Fat Donglai. Of course I got a negative answer🤣The reason why I asked this was really because of their service It can be called the ”Fat Dong Lai” in the hotel industry, haha.

It's incredibly convenient for families traveling together; Pang Donglai is right outside the door, and all the equipment is the latest 4.0 version. The front desk staff are very helpful! The housekeeping staff are also very attentive! I highly recommend it!

The service was perfectly balanced – not intrusive, yet very thoughtful. The room was clean and fresh, the facilities in great condition, and the environment was quiet. I had a very comfortable stay and will definitely choose this place again.

We accidentally saw this hotel after driving off the highway. The door was super big. I didn't expect it to be an unexpected surprise! The parking lot is very large and very good parking, the room is super clean! The details are full of care. The bedding is soft and comfortable. Hot water is super good! The service has nothing to say, from the enthusiasm and caring at the front desk when checking in, to the rapid response of various needs during the stay, and also helped arrange the adjacent rooms. The staff showed a high professionalism, which made people feel warm. And the price is affordable, the price is super high, and it stands out in the same price hotel. The room is well-equipped and smart, suitable for self-driving tours. The breakfast is rich, but the service is average. There is a pick-up service and a store delivery service. If there is no pick-up service or there are restrictions, please indicate it on the platform interface. Don't go there and say that there is no delivery.

Booked this hotel last minute, and it exceeded my expectations! The room had great natural light and was spotlessly clean. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They also offer a free shuttle service to and from the station, which is super convenient for business travelers. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay.
