"The environment here is great, and I really enjoyed my stay. When we checked out, the staff even gave us some small gifts. When we first checked in, there was plum juice available at the front desk, which I thought was a really nice touch, especially after driving all day. The room facilities are also excellent, and the location is very convenient for getting around, with attractions nearby. Plus, Pang Dong Lai is just diagonally opposite, which is fantastic."

"It might have been due to the May Day holiday rush, but the hotel's cleanliness wasn't up to par. There were leftover food stains on the table right inside the entrance. However, after contacting the front desk, they promptly arranged for cleaning and even offered two complimentary breakfasts, which was a very timely solution. The location is excellent, very close to Pang Dong Lai Angel City store. The parking lot is connected, which is a great convenience. When we left Pang Dong Lai, the hotel helped us input our license plate number so we didn't have to pay any additional parking fees."

"We were visiting Wanfo Mountain in Kaifeng and decided to stop by Xuchang on our way home to check out Pang Dong Lai. We picked this hotel last minute and checked in around 1 AM. The front desk staff member was very handsome and provided excellent service. My kids love mahjong, so we chose the mahjong room. The room was incredibly clean, and the mahjong area was separate from the sleeping area, which made the space feel huge. It's honestly the most spacious room I've ever seen! They even provided 8 bottles of mineral water. As soon as I entered, I checked the sheets and duvet covers – they felt luxurious, and we had a great night's sleep. The next morning, we headed to Pang Dong Lai, and the staff even told us about a shortcut that's only a 10-minute walk away. Early in the morning, the security guard had already washed the dust off our car. Honestly, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Considering the price, room facilities, and overall service, this is by far the best value for money we've ever experienced as a family traveling. If we get the chance to visit again, we'll definitely stay here. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel's location is a huge plus – right across from Angel City, making shopping, dining, and buying things incredibly convenient. The front desk service was also great; check-in was quick, and the staff were enthusiastic and polite. They even proactively informed us about important check-in details, which felt very thorough. Check-out was smooth as well, no delays. The room itself was better than expected; it was very clean, and the amenities were quite complete. What pleasantly surprised me was that the overall facilities were much better than many hotels in the same price range. It didn't feel like I was settling; instead, it was quite comfortable and hassle-free. Overall, with its convenient location, comfortable service, and good room experience, it offers really great value for money. "We stayed at this hotel for 8 days, and the location is excellent and very convenient, with many shops just a short walk away.
The staff service was wonderful, especially the room service staff, “鸽姐”Her ever-smiling face made us feel truly at home. Every day when we returned to our room, we would find two hot drinks on the table along with a small handwritten note. Sometimes, she would even leave a message to let me know that she had helped wash my socks after noticing them on the floor. These thoughtful gestures really touched me and made me feel warm and cared for.
Another staff member, Mr. Wang Shuaiju (王帅举), welcomed us when we first arrived and also saw us off when we left. He was friendly and attentive, even reminding us to grab a hot drink before heading back to our room.
Overall, I felt very pleased and grateful for the excellent service throughout our stay."

"I was expecting for a reception employees to know a little bit of English. When arrived I was surprised that I have to find a way to translate everything to Chinese. Then next day this was corrected, and I found that they put an employee that knows a little bit of English to the reception. Also, for that type and size of hotel, it would be great that they have something for relaxation and training - either gym, or SPA, or pool, etc. Everything else was great and I could see that they were giving their best to make my stay pleasant."

Guest UserThis was by far the most comfortable hotel we stayed at during our entire Chinese New Year trip. After booking on Trip.com, I called the front desk and found out they've been in soft opening since 2025, which is why it only officially launched in 2026. Despite that, there was absolutely no strange odor in the room. The bedding and overall hygiene were spotless, the facilities were brand new, and the service was exceptional. I'm genuinely not a shill – this hotel is simply that good and definitely worth recommending. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling; you won't be disappointed!

Guest UserPerhaps because we booked a cheaper room, I didn't find it to be particularly great. It's basically a standard hotel room with an added balcony, and they list all the usual free amenities and rental items. The service attitude was alright, but personally, I think it's still a step below the older Rebecca hotel. Also, it's quite far from the city center, which isn't very convenient. However, one thing worth mentioning about hotels in Xuchang is that unlike other cities where they stingily give you only two or four bottles of mineral water, I've never encountered that in any hotel in Xuchang. They seem to worry you won't have enough to drink, which makes guests feel more comfortable.

I absolutely loved my stay at H Hotel! From the warm welcome at check-in to the kind and helpful staff, everything was just perfect. Special shout-out to TongTong at the reception...she’s the best of the best! Always so kind, patient, and ready to help with anything I needed.
The cleaning staff were amazing too... very humble, friendly, and hardworking. My room was always spotless, towels and toiletries changed regularly, and bins emptied all the time. I also loved the free laundry service... they washed my clothes twice during my stay, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Everyone here is so welcoming, especially to foreigners, and they truly make you feel at home. If I had more time, I would stay here forever! I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you so much, H Hotel, for your wonderful service! ❤❤❤

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! I am currently visiting and do not speak a word of Chinese, which can usually make things stressful—but the team here made everything seamless.
We had to communicate entirely through a translator app, and the staff couldn't have been more patient or kind. I ran into a bit of a crisis where I needed same-day dry cleaning, and the reception team jumped into action immediately. They handled the situation with such grace and efficiency, ensuring my clothes were ready right when I needed them.
Why this hotel stands out:
• The Reception Team: All the girls at the front desk are absolute gems. They are professional, lovely, and never made me feel like my language barrier was a burden.
• True Hospitality: I felt welcomed from the second I arrived. Even the security guard at the entrance was incredibly friendly and helpful!
• Top-Notch Service: They go above and beyond to assist with any request, no matter how complex the ”lost in translation” moment might be.

The hotel is fairly close to the popular Pang Donglai restaurant, about a 15-minute walk.
The rooms are very spacious, and the receptionist even upgraded us to a room with a bathtub for free – fantastic! Staying in the top-floor view room offered a panoramic vista of the surrounding mountains.

From the welcome at the front desk to the parking lot, everything is in place, very friendly, and the hardware configuration is also very comprehensive. Breakfast was not included when booking, but the front desk took the initiative to give it to me and said that breakfast was 29 yuan per person. I didn't expect much at first, but unexpectedly the breakfast was very rich! I really stayed at a treasure hotel. I couldn’t help but ask the lady at the front desk if the hotel had anything to do with Fat Donglai. Of course I got a negative answer🤣The reason why I asked this was really because of their service It can be called the ”Fat Dong Lai” in the hotel industry, haha.
