The hot water in the bathroom was very weak, barely warm. It only took one day after I complained two days ago. 3. The smart toilet isn't actually smart; it sprays water as soon as I sit down, splashing me. Water also flies out when flushing. 4. There were too many snacks and miscellaneous items on the desk; they should be placed somewhere else. 5. I asked the front desk if they provided breakfast at 5:30 am for the marathon, and they said the kitchen wasn't open that early. But when I came down at 6 am, I found breakfast was provided without notifying us guests! We missed out! 6. When I asked to borrow a power extension cord, the front desk coldly said they didn't have any! Overall, the hotel's service needs improvement in the details.

The room was clean and tidy, with no odors, and was very comfortable! The bathroom, linens, and quilts were all spotless. There are plenty of dining options downstairs, and the train station is nearby, making travel convenient and fast. The hot water was constantly available, and the hotel is quite new. It was a fantastic choice for a trip, highly recommended!
