I definitely have to leave a great review: 1. **Attentive Service**: As soon as I walked in, a staff member offered a warm towel, instantly melting away my fatigue. They also helped carry my luggage straight to the room, which was incredibly thoughtful. 2. **Room Cleanliness**: The room was spotless and tidy, making me feel completely at ease. 3. **Unique Experience**: The hotel actually offers traditional ethnic costumes for rent for photos (you just pay a deposit, rental is free)! It made for some amazing pictures! 4. **Excellent Dining**: The breakfast spread was very diverse, and the dining area had a fantastic location overlooking the entire Caohai lake – the view was superb. 5. **Great Facilities**: There's a gym and a laundry room, and free laundry service is a huge plus for long-term travelers. 6. **Hidden Perks**: The most surprising bonus was the free snacks and late-night supper! Such heartwarming attention to detail. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!"
