The room was great, with modern bathroom facilities and excellent water pressure in the shower. The room was highly automated, very clean, and quiet, and the breakfast offered a good variety. Plus, they had robots that delivered items, which was a really cool experience.

They communicated with me in English throughout the process, recommended nearby restaurants for me, and even helped me with a taxi. It made me feel very considerate and comfortable. The room was cleaned to an excellent standard, clean and tidy without any unpleasant odors. The bedding was comfortable, and the details were handled very thoughtfully. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, with good lighting and views. It was peaceful amidst the hustle and bustle, and I had a particularly good rest. The facilities were complete and well-maintained, and they were very convenient and easy to use. They fully met my daily accommodation needs.

Every time I come to Qingzhou, I choose Liuyuan B&B. The owner and the owner's wife are very enthusiastic. This time I brought my friends here and it happened to be snowing, which made the place even more interesting. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, asking about our children's preferences and arranging a family room with a small tent. As a parent, hygiene is a top priority when traveling with kids, and I was not disappointed; the attention to detail was evident. Children's toiletries were prepared in advance, and there were even welcome fruits. The room had also been renovated and upgraded with smart features, which was a very thoughtful touch. From the concierge to the front desk, housekeeping, lobby staff, and buffet restaurant staff, every employee was enthusiastic and professional. My kids didn't want to leave! A special shout-out to a young man in the lobby – his smile was incredibly infectious. On our first day, after breakfast, my two children wanted the self-service popcorn, but it was empty. He noticed and, together with another young lady, patiently helped the kids make fresh popcorn, not letting them get disappointed. As a parent, I truly felt their warmth. The next day, I was alone with my three children at breakfast. This same young man saw us, and knowing that service was about to end, he contacted the breakfast staff to hold off on clearing up and then helped me get food. This coordinated service was absolutely spot on! A huge thumbs up to all the hotel staff for their dedicated service! I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with kids! I will definitely stay here again when I return to Weifang!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were the most helpful warm and friendly hotel people we have ever seen in China. And they also gave my wife a small birthday gift which was a nice surprise. The room was huge with a nice layout, totally clean and modern simple Chinese style design. We chose this place for the idea of a hot pool in the room. It was also unexpectedly bigger that we thought, although a very basic simple design. The water was already prepared by the staff while were having dinner. Although it was an ok experience in the pool, we felt it was not really hot enough and it seemed to have no option to adjust it. We also thought such a pool would have the bubble jet option but that also did not seem to be. As we had to translate the control panel maybe we did not see other options but everything seemed to be a preset automatic one option. Although there are signs about the tiles around the pool about being slippery it felt very uneasy getting out trying not to slip and my wife did slip a little. Some kind of non slip surface on the stairs would be a big improvement. The breakfast buffet was pretty good with plenty of options. Mostly because of how friendly and good the staff were we plan to return in the warmer months to try a cabin.
