Traveling with my family (two adults, three children), we opted for a family room. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, asking about our children's preferences and arranging a family room with a small tent. As a parent, hygiene is a top priority when traveling with kids, and I was not disappointed; the attention to detail was evident. Children's toiletries were prepared in advance, and there were even welcome fruits. The room had also been renovated and upgraded with smart features, which was a very thoughtful touch. From the concierge to the front desk, housekeeping, lobby staff, and buffet restaurant staff, every employee was enthusiastic and professional. My kids didn't want to leave! A special shout-out to a young man in the lobby – his smile was incredibly infectious. On our first day, after breakfast, my two children wanted the self-service popcorn, but it was empty. He noticed and, together with another young lady, patiently helped the kids make fresh popcorn, not letting them get disappointed. As a parent, I truly felt their warmth. The next day, I was alone with my three children at breakfast. This same young man saw us, and knowing that service was about to end, he contacted the breakfast staff to hold off on clearing up and then helped me get food. This coordinated service was absolutely spot on! A huge thumbs up to all the hotel staff for their dedicated service! I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with kids! I will definitely stay here again when I return to Weifang!

The delivery robot was quick and responsive. • Room: The room was spacious and bright, featuring a modern, minimalist design. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, and the water pressure was stable with plenty of hot water. • Breakfast: The breakfast offered a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options, all fresh and delicious. I even got to try Qingzhou Qiugao. • Location: It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to the Ancient City, Museum, and High-Speed Rail Station, and it's close to Taihua Shopping Mall. Free parking makes it super convenient for those traveling by car. Overall, it's impeccable. Perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. Highly recommended!

Seeing it was ranked No.1 on the platform for luxury hotels in Weifang, I didn't hesitate to choose this hotel for my first visit to the city. My two-night stay was an excellent experience. The value for money is outstanding. The hotel boasts a prime location right in the city center and is close to Weifang Station. With Wanda Plaza next door, dining, entertainment, and shopping are incredibly convenient. I was pleasantly surprised and touched to receive a free upgrade to a suite upon check-in! Thank you! The suite was very spacious with a well-thought-out layout, and the facilities were complete, high-quality, and luxurious. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, making it bright, airy, beautiful, and comfortable. It featured a living room, a vanity, two TVs, two bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. The double-faucet vanity, a standard in five-star hotels, was fantastic. The bathtub was large and pristine. The hotel service was excellent, and we received complimentary welcome fruit. The front desk and housekeeping staff were polite, friendly, attentive, and diligent – highly commendable! Breakfast offered a rich variety, with delicious Chinese and Western dishes. The coffee was excellent and offered for takeaway, which is a nice touch! The Pinzhen Chinese Restaurant on the second floor had exquisite dishes that tasted great. The Executive Lounge on the first floor provided a quiet and comfortable environment for happy hour light dinners, with a good selection of hot and cold dishes, main courses, snacks, beverages, desserts, and fruits. The male and female staff were very polite, well-mannered, and professional. My stay completely exceeded expectations. I highly recommend the Pullman Weifang to anyone visiting Weifang.

The room is comfortable and clean, spacious and bright, fully equipped, the projection screen TV is very enjoyable, the air conditioning is strong, the bathroom is dry and wet, there is a disposable toilet pad, hot water is sufficient, the shower floor is non-slip, the hotel can eat, really very delicious, potato shreds, sauerkraut fish must be ordered, fried shrimp is big, The fire is very good, the food is very clean, the front desk service is very good, the thoughtful and meticulous enthusiasm, the parking is very convenient, the ground and underground are OK, the environment is very good ～ will stay in Yuecheng ～ next time.

I imagine this was once an elegant hotel. It is a bit faded now, but still clean and comfortable, The room was nice. The furniture is a bit old and worn, but the room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable, although the beds were short and the pillows a bit hard. The linens and towels were good quality and not old. Toiletries were basic. I never could figure out how to make the air-conditioner blow cooler than 24 C. The large TV offered a variety of free movies. The room was nicely cleaned every day. And, although the teabags were not replenished., ample bottled water was provided. I did not like the view from the window... just the back of the hotel. The hotel is in a good location, beside the river and People's Park. Near the Kite Museum. There is a gym and indoor pool on the top floor, though I did not use either. Breakfast was a buffet with mainly Chinese offerings, but they did have fried eggs. No juices, but a machine made coffee or milk tea. Fresh fruits. A toaster for bread. Some rather stale pastries. Overall... a pleasant stay at an affordable price. Only 1.6km from the train station.

The transportation was very convenient, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay. I especially want to thank staff member Ji, who provided warm and thoughtful service throughout my stay, from check-in to check-out, and was always prompt and efficient in responding to my requests.
