Guest UserI stumbled upon this recommendation on another platform and booked it after checking the reviews. The standard room was clean and tidy, and the best part was that they provided convenient items like disposable face towels and bath towels – a really thoughtful touch. They also offer pick-up and drop-off service up the mountain. Although we were stopped outside the scenic area by a heavy rain, we still managed to catch a glimpse of it from afar, leaving a little regret for another trip. The owners were incredibly welcoming. I had called well in advance to inquire about getting up the mountain, and they carefully explained the time and route. Later, when we went to Xianren Cliff, they actively helped me find a solution and provided a lot of convenience. 👍🏻 I wish them great success in their business!

HuangqijinqiangyuI brought my parents, who are in their 70s, to visit Maiji Mountain. The hostess was incredibly warm and attentive. After arriving at the North Gate 1 of the Maiji Mountain scenic area, we just made a call and she came directly to pick us up and take us to the guesthouse. The room was spotless, not a speck of dust anywhere. For dinner, we had mushroom stew with free-range chicken and stir-fried wild vegetables – truly delicious! 😋 The next day, she dropped us off at the entrance of the Maiji Mountain scenic spot at 7:30 AM, so we were the first ones to go in at 8:30 AM. After our visit, we saw a super long queue had already formed outside. Afterward, we took a taxi to explore Xianren Cliff and Jingtu Temple. Finally, the hostess even drove our luggage to the Line 34 bus stop to drop us off. It was a truly perfect day, so relaxed and easy. We avoided the crowds in the morning and didn't have to wait in long lines, making for a 10/10 visiting experience. Huge thanks to the hostess for the pick-up and drop-off service!

XiaoxiaoHMFacilities: Fully equipped with smart home features.
Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy, housekeeping was prompt.
Environment: Located in the city center, making transportation very convenient. You can walk to the Mala Tang street, Yusheng Alley, and the old town.
Service: There's a dedicated underground parking lot, and parking is free during your stay. The security guard was very kind and helped with parking. The front desk staff were all great; they upgraded our room and gave us a welcome gift.
This will be my first choice hotel when I visit Tianshui again.

I made a reservation to go to Maijishan Grottoes. The location is great.
The room had a great view, was clean, and I was able to relax.
I like tea, so I was grateful that I could boil a lot of water as much as I wanted.
If you wish, you can choose your meal from the menu.
Amenities include a kettle, cups, tissues, and slippers, but no towels, so I recommend bringing your own.
I would like to stay here again if I visit again.

Contact the boss at the entrance of the scenic spot, and after registering, bring it into the scenic spot. The homestay is1.5 kilometers away from the entrance of the scenic spot, a 25-minute walk, and the boss can pick up and drop off.
There is a small courtyard where you can park, and the proprietress's dishes are more suitable for taste. The room is clean, there are disposable toilet pads, disposable slippers, plastic slippers for bathing, and three separate bathroom bathing areas in the wash area.
The boss family was very enthusiastic and gave a small gift when he left.
The bathroom bath area is not completely separated, and there will be water splashing out.

ChezzaThis new hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The new facilities were clean and tidy. The bedroom was temperature controlled, which was great in the cold winter. I especially liked the little table area to relax next to the bed. In the lobby, there were also free password locked luggage storage units that are convenient if you need somewhere to store your luggage for a few hours after check out. As well as that, I was surprised to find the washing machine and dryer in the lobby were also free for use. I communicated with staff in Chinese (I didn't even try to use English) and they were always happy to help. I think I would have, however, appreciated a little more information on check in as I only realized as I was leaving that I hadn't taken advantage of the free breakfast...and didn't know how to access it.

This is a REALLY nice hotel. Unfortunately, although it is practically right next to one of the city's two train stations, the location is far from ideal. Yes, there are many restaurants close by. But Tianshui is an oddly laid out city. Look on a map and you will see two distinct parts to the city. This hotel, along with the two train stations and the airport are in the eastern city. But all the most interesting city attractions are within the west part. And the two parts are very far from each other.
Again, this is a nice, quiet, comfortable hotel. And I often try to stay at hotels near transportation centers such as train stations. The view from my room was fabulous- mountains and a train station.
But for anyone visiting Tianshui, I'd suggest you look closely at a map and take a close look at the sites within the city you are likely to visit! (To add to within-town transportation challenges, not even a single time was I able to get a ride using the normally useful ”Didi” application. This meant that it was a constant ”old school” process of trying to flag down available taxis.
Anyway, again I will emphasize, the hotel is great. It is the layout of the city itself that presents challenges that make this location difficult.

Anonymous UserRead lots of reviews about this hotel before booking it for a night. I'll still give it a 5-star review because it is so convenient for independent travellers like us. The railway station as well as the local public buses station/stops are just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom shower has strong flow of water. It's near to the famous Malatang eateries, too, just less than 5 minutes walk away.
The rooms are not sound proof and we can hear the next door guests talking. Since it was already 12.30 midnight, we couldn't get to sleep due to the non-stop talking in the next room, we decided to seek help from the counter staff to give us a quiet room. She was so kind and moved us to another room on the same floor in the middle of the night. Kudos to this kind lady.

Guest UserLinglan is actually an excellent location despite the obvious. It's half way between Fuxi temple and Mt. maiji. The bus stop is directly outside the hotel & 5 yuan takes U to Fuxi temple & old town. (Beware last bus is around 730pm, taxi back from Fuxi temple was around 40rmb)
For its price point, it's a wonderful, newly renovated g well appointed. Despite management's best effort to be a none-smoking establishment, hotel guests tend to ignore this policy. However, with communication, hotel kindly moved me to a far end on the top floor. They also offered pick up/drop off from train station. The restaurant provided simple yet tasty staples. All in all it was a wonderful stay

Guest UserOverall, the experience was quite good. It's the off-season now, so the price-performance ratio is very high. The parking lot is right at the hotel entrance. The service was very warm and patient. The hotel was also quite clean and tidy, and the elevator was very convenient.
