"Had a great stay. It was off-season, so there weren't many tourists in Tianshui. The B&B is located inside the ancient city, with unique decor. Downstairs, you'll find all sorts of food options. The water heating system ensures no cold water, so it's instantly hot even in winter. The heating was excellent, felt like central air conditioning, and it wasn't noisy. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Fuxi Temple is not far away. A quick note on parking: there are two underground parking garages nearby. One is the Ancient City parking lot, and the other is the Cuijiaxiang parking lot. Strangely, the location the B&B gave me led me to Cuijiaxiang the first night, but then the same location led me to the Ancient City parking lot when I left. The Ancient City lot seemed a tiny bit closer. Both aren't too far, but it's best to confirm with the owner directly. I was contacted proactively by the host around 7 PM on the night I arrived in Tianshui. If you're visiting for tourism, I highly recommend staying here!"

"I brought my kids to Tianshui and booked this hotel because of the 2-meter bed. First, let's talk about the location. It's a bit far from popular attractions like the ancient city and Fuxi Temple. There's an uphill slope from the main road to the hotel, which isn't ideal for those who don't like walking. Across the road, there's a downhill path leading to residential areas where there's a morning market, which is much better than tourist-heavy streets like Yusheng Lane.
The hotel service was excellent. There was an aroma diffuser outside our room that sprayed every once in a while, and the scent was very strong. After I reported it to the staff, they unplugged the machine for us, as we couldn't stay in the room otherwise. I also suggested they change the scent, as it was too sweet, cloying, and overpowering.
The facilities are quite comprehensive. Although the gym isn't big, it's sufficient, and the equipment is all new. The availability of towels, water, coffee, and tea was a big plus.
It's worth mentioning that the breakfast on the first day was good, but not so much on the second. I ordered wontons first and then went to get other dishes. When I went to pick up the wontons, they said they were out and gave me noodles instead. There was one fried egg left, and one side was burnt. When I asked the chef to fry another one, he said the machine was broken... I'm not sure if it was really broken or if he just didn't want to turn it on for one egg. Breakfast was advertised until 10 AM, but the yogurt was gone by 9 AM."

"This was the second Mercure hotel on our trip, and overall, the facilities were quite good.
**Facilities:** The hotel is well-equipped. The lobby is clean and bright. As expected from an Accor property, the decor style and design elements are largely consistent. What truly stood out was that on each floor's common area, right outside the elevator, there was a row of complimentary bottled water. This is quite rare in other hotels and very convenient for guests to grab. Breakfast is served on the 21st floor, offering a panoramic view and a great sense of openness. On another note, staying on the 14th floor, the water pressure was a bit low, and the shower felt like it didn't have enough flow.
**Hygiene:** The room's cleanliness was generally acceptable, but I found a long hair stuck to a tile in the bathroom. It felt like the cleaning wasn't thorough, which was a bit off-putting. Also, there was a small tear on the bed linen. I'm not sure if it was an oversight, but ideally, it should have been replaced.
**Service:** The hotel's front desk manager took my feedback very seriously. Afterwards, they even proactively called us to inform us that the issues had been rectified. This was truly excellent."

"I brought my parents, who are in their 70s, to visit Maiji Mountain. The hostess was incredibly warm and attentive. After arriving at the North Gate 1 of the Maiji Mountain scenic area, we just made a call and she came directly to pick us up and take us to the guesthouse. The room was spotless, not a speck of dust anywhere. For dinner, we had mushroom stew with free-range chicken and stir-fried wild vegetables – truly delicious! 😋 The next day, she dropped us off at the entrance of the Maiji Mountain scenic spot at 7:30 AM, so we were the first ones to go in at 8:30 AM. After our visit, we saw a super long queue had already formed outside. Afterward, we took a taxi to explore Xianren Cliff and Jingtu Temple. Finally, the hostess even drove our luggage to the Line 34 bus stop to drop us off. It was a truly perfect day, so relaxed and easy. We avoided the crowds in the morning and didn't have to wait in long lines, making for a 10/10 visiting experience. Huge thanks to the hostess for the pick-up and drop-off service!"

"The hotel facilities are complete, and all staff members are exceptionally kind and always willing to help. We brought our child, and not only did they provide us with disposable amenities for kids, but they also upgraded our room. The hotel has an underground parking garage, and since our car was quite large and had items on the roof rack, the staff actively contacted someone to help us watch it. The room itself was well-equipped, clean, and hygienic. The hotel also features a laundry room (with a dryer, garment steamer, iron, and laundry detergent) and a gym. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit."

The character is really good! Very enthusiastic, welcome and send, never drag, even before the guests! Simple, sincere, capable, modern merchants are rare! Very suitable for making friends!
You can help book tickets, drive to the scenic spot, there is no routine, everything is for the sake of the guests, even if you live less and make money, you will still give the most pertinent suggestions to the guests, and the character is first-rate.
The hotel is close to the grottoes, walking a little distance, the winter mountain is very cold at night, but the store has prepared the heating equipment very well, and does not feel cold at night. The equipment is simple and practical, and there is direct drinking water in the unexpected room! This is afraid that many hotels do not have the facilities.

Location to visit Maijishan is so near,just about less than 10 minutes walk, the owner is very friendly, helpful and honest, very are very satisfied with the rooms, comfortable beds, drinking water and Hot water machine is also provided, rooms are spaciou, washing machine, covered roof top floor are also available for washing and hanging of our clothes,we ate at the hotel for the period of three days and two nights, the foods are very delicious, even though the prices are expensive (some reviews) but we found it very reasonable, because it's at Tourist attractions spots and distance from the town, most important the dishes serving are plentiful, very big, very quiet during days and nights, will definitely recommend to friends, and we will stay again if we come back to visit Maijishan in the future.

Guest UserLocation: There is a slope on the side of the road. Just walk down the slope and you will arrive.
Transportation: It’s very convenient. It’s right inside the scenic spot. The boss will pick you up and drop you off when you go up and down.
Facilities: The room is large, there are many wireless stations, and the signal is good
Environment: Clean and tidy, not too noisy, just right
Scenery: It is very beautiful in the morning and evening, and there is a creek behind it
Service: The boss is very accommodating, the lady boss is very kind, and the fried dishes are delicious.
Breakfast is 10 yuan per person and can fill you up. Overall, it is a good experience. I will stay here again next time I come.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, incredibly close to the Fuxi Temple and Tianshui Ancient City, making shopping and sightseeing convenient! The rooms are clean and bright, with a well-designed yet spacious layout. The bedding is comfortable and odor-free. The front desk staff are friendly and responsive, making it excellent value for money.

Olive GohThis is near the railway station, not the high speed rail station (15 mins apart by car). It is also in a quieter part of town, probably 20 minutes from the main city. We enjoyed staying here as it is not touristy and it's right across from the bus to Maijishan Grottoes. There's a ***** mall on the next street with plenty of food options and shopping necessities. McDonald's is also nearby for proper coffee. The first room they gave us faced the railway station so it was quite noisy. The shower had intermittent hot and cold water and drainage was blocked. So they moved us to a room facing the river. It was quiet, comfortable and warm. Loved it! Staff were helpful and friendly.

Anonymous UserRead lots of reviews about this hotel before booking it for a night. I'll still give it a 5-star review because it is so convenient for independent travellers like us. The railway station as well as the local public buses station/stops are just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom shower has strong flow of water. It's near to the famous Malatang eateries, too, just less than 5 minutes walk away.
The rooms are not sound proof and we can hear the next door guests talking. Since it was already 12.30 midnight, we couldn't get to sleep due to the non-stop talking in the next room, we decided to seek help from the counter staff to give us a quiet room. She was so kind and moved us to another room on the same floor in the middle of the night. Kudos to this kind lady.

After visiting Xianrenya, I headed to this hotel. The room was a bit small; we couldn't open both suitcases at the same time 😂. However, the cleanliness was quite good, and there was no smoky smell 👍. Laundry facilities were convenient, too. Breakfast offered a good variety, with steamed buns, twisted rolls, porridge, eggs, and both cold and hot dishes 😊. After breakfast, we went to Fuxi Temple and Yuquan Temple 😝.

Guest UserI saw this hotel online and thought it looked good, so I booked it. Check-in at the front desk was quick; they even explained the room's Wi-Fi password, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was excellent. The room was very clean, with a separate shower and toilet area. The hotel's location is superb, very convenient, and there's free parking. It's great value for money and I highly recommend it.
