"The hotel was great and clean. They even provided a lot of extras like eye masks, earplugs, and a bath pouf. It was strange, though, that there was no shower cap. Is it for environmental reasons? But then they provided toothbrushes, cotton swabs, and a nail file. I wonder if the owner isn't considering guests with long hair? Just kidding! They could at least provide hair ties. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. It's close to all the attractions and surrounded by popular trendy restaurants. The location is excellent. Highly recommend."

"I brought my kids to Tianshui and booked this hotel because of the 2-meter bed. First, let's talk about the location. It's a bit far from popular attractions like the ancient city and Fuxi Temple. There's an uphill slope from the main road to the hotel, which isn't ideal for those who don't like walking. Across the road, there's a downhill path leading to residential areas where there's a morning market, which is much better than tourist-heavy streets like Yusheng Lane. The hotel service was excellent. There was an aroma diffuser outside our room that sprayed every once in a while, and the scent was very strong. After I reported it to the staff, they unplugged the machine for us, as we couldn't stay in the room otherwise. I also suggested they change the scent, as it was too sweet, cloying, and overpowering. The facilities are quite comprehensive. Although the gym isn't big, it's sufficient, and the equipment is all new. The availability of towels, water, coffee, and tea was a big plus. It's worth mentioning that the breakfast on the first day was good, but not so much on the second. I ordered wontons first and then went to get other dishes. When I went to pick up the wontons, they said they were out and gave me noodles instead. There was one fried egg left, and one side was burnt. When I asked the chef to fry another one, he said the machine was broken... I'm not sure if it was really broken or if he just didn't want to turn it on for one egg. Breakfast was advertised until 10 AM, but the yogurt was gone by 9 AM."

"This was the second Mercure hotel on our trip, and overall, the facilities were quite good. **Facilities:** The hotel is well-equipped. The lobby is clean and bright. As expected from an Accor property, the decor style and design elements are largely consistent. What truly stood out was that on each floor's common area, right outside the elevator, there was a row of complimentary bottled water. This is quite rare in other hotels and very convenient for guests to grab. Breakfast is served on the 21st floor, offering a panoramic view and a great sense of openness. On another note, staying on the 14th floor, the water pressure was a bit low, and the shower felt like it didn't have enough flow. **Hygiene:** The room's cleanliness was generally acceptable, but I found a long hair stuck to a tile in the bathroom. It felt like the cleaning wasn't thorough, which was a bit off-putting. Also, there was a small tear on the bed linen. I'm not sure if it was an oversight, but ideally, it should have been replaced. **Service:** The hotel's front desk manager took my feedback very seriously. Afterwards, they even proactively called us to inform us that the issues had been rectified. This was truly excellent."

"The room was clean and hygienic. The chubby ragdoll cat in the courtyard was adorable. Tianshui was cool and refreshing. Fuxi Temple was right outside, and Yuquan Temple was also very close. The Tianshui beef noodles and spicy hotpot were both delicious. There was also 'guanguan tea' (pot tea) available, and brewing it myself was a unique experience. The owner even gave us a souvenir, which was a very thoughtful touch. We stayed for two nights and will definitely be back."

"I brought my parents, who are in their 70s, to visit Maiji Mountain. The hostess was incredibly warm and attentive. After arriving at the North Gate 1 of the Maiji Mountain scenic area, we just made a call and she came directly to pick us up and take us to the guesthouse. The room was spotless, not a speck of dust anywhere. For dinner, we had mushroom stew with free-range chicken and stir-fried wild vegetables – truly delicious! 😋 The next day, she dropped us off at the entrance of the Maiji Mountain scenic spot at 7:30 AM, so we were the first ones to go in at 8:30 AM. After our visit, we saw a super long queue had already formed outside. Afterward, we took a taxi to explore Xianren Cliff and Jingtu Temple. Finally, the hostess even drove our luggage to the Line 34 bus stop to drop us off. It was a truly perfect day, so relaxed and easy. We avoided the crowds in the morning and didn't have to wait in long lines, making for a 10/10 visiting experience. Huge thanks to the hostess for the pick-up and drop-off service!"

"The hotel facilities are complete, and all staff members are exceptionally kind and always willing to help. We brought our child, and not only did they provide us with disposable amenities for kids, but they also upgraded our room. The hotel has an underground parking garage, and since our car was quite large and had items on the roof rack, the staff actively contacted someone to help us watch it. The room itself was well-equipped, clean, and hygienic. The hotel also features a laundry room (with a dryer, garment steamer, iron, and laundry detergent) and a gym. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit."

I stumbled upon this recommendation on another platform and booked it after checking the reviews. The standard room was clean and tidy, and the best part was that they provided convenient items like disposable face towels and bath towels – a really thoughtful touch. They also offer pick-up and drop-off service up the mountain. Although we were stopped outside the scenic area by a heavy rain, we still managed to catch a glimpse of it from afar, leaving a little regret for another trip. The owners were incredibly welcoming. I had called well in advance to inquire about getting up the mountain, and they carefully explained the time and route. Later, when we went to Xianren Cliff, they actively helped me find a solution and provided a lot of convenience. 👍🏻 I wish them great success in their business!

Location to visit Maijishan is so near,just about less than 10 minutes walk, the owner is very friendly, helpful and honest, very are very satisfied with the rooms, comfortable beds, drinking water and Hot water machine is also provided, rooms are spaciou, washing machine, covered roof top floor are also available for washing and hanging of our clothes,we ate at the hotel for the period of three days and two nights, the foods are very delicious, even though the prices are expensive (some reviews) but we found it very reasonable, because it's at Tourist attractions spots and distance from the town, most important the dishes serving are plentiful, very big, very quiet during days and nights, will definitely recommend to friends, and we will stay again if we come back to visit Maijishan in the future.

This is near the railway station, not the high speed rail station (15 mins apart by car). It is also in a quieter part of town, probably 20 minutes from the main city. We enjoyed staying here as it is not touristy and it's right across from the bus to Maijishan Grottoes. There's a ***** mall on the next street with plenty of food options and shopping necessities. McDonald's is also nearby for proper coffee. The first room they gave us faced the railway station so it was quite noisy. The shower had intermittent hot and cold water and drainage was blocked. So they moved us to a room facing the river. It was quiet, comfortable and warm. Loved it! Staff were helpful and friendly.

I was very satisfied with my first experience. It is indeed a good place to relax. I will come here often in the future. The environment is very good because there are not many people, so there is a better atmosphere. I will come again next time! I came here because the reviews were good. Linglan is actually an excellent location despite the obvious. It's half way between Fuxi temple and Mt. maiji. The bus stop is directly outside the hotel & 5 yuan takes U to Fuxi temple & old town. (Beware last bus is around 730pm, taxi back from Fuxi temple was around 40rmb) For its price point, it's a wonderful, newly renovated g well appointed. Despite management's best effort to be a none-smoking establishment, hotel guests tend to ignore this policy. However, with communication, hotel kindly moved me to a far end on the top floor. They also offered pick up/drop off from train station. The restaurant provided simple yet tasty staples. All in all it was a wonderful stay

Overall, the experience was quite good. It's the off-season now, so the price-performance ratio is very high. The parking lot is right at the hotel entrance. The service was very warm and patient. The hotel was also quite clean and tidy, and the elevator was very convenient.
