The service provided by the young man and young lady at the front desk was also very good, and they also introduced me to some delicious restaurants nearby. The room facilities are complete and the sound insulation is very good! I will continue to choose this hotel for my future business trips.

The hotel rooms are clean and spacious, with good lighting and complete facilities. The service is not to say, the staff is warm and efficient, basically responsive, and the response is very fast. The most plus point is that the price is affordable and free parking is provided. This stay experience is very satisfactory!

There are not many hotels in Jiuzhen Town. The hotel is located at the core of the traffic at the crossroads. It is one of the few hotels that can be selected on Trip.com . In addition to the lack of elevators in the hotel, the hardware is acceptable.

Guest User這次出差選擇了海凡星連鎖酒店，整體體驗非常滿意，來分享一下真實感受。
先説服務。前台小姐姐特別熱情，一進門就遞上一杯熱茶，辦理入住也很迅速。前台還有個百寶箱，裏面刮鬍刀、耳塞、牙線、小童拖鞋這些一次性小物件備得很齊全，衞生打掃得乾淨細緻。
再説房間設施。房間寬敞明亮，床鋪乾淨舒適，衞生間沒有異味，熱水來得也快。我住的那間有投影，晚上躺着看電影很愜意。酒店還配了自助洗衣房，對出差黨特別友好。交通方面，門前停車位充足，免費停車，去商圈很方便。
綜合來看，海凡星在同類連鎖酒店裡性價比相當高，服務熱情、衞生乾淨、設施齊全，基本沒什麼大毛病。整體還是很值得推薦的。

The room has good lighting, reasonable layout, comfortable bedding and thorough cleaning. The store is equipped with a 24-hour free self-service laundry room, washing machine, dryer, laundry detergent, especially practical for travel guests. The staff is friendly, responsive, and the overall stay experience is full, which is worth recommending.

Very good stay experience, the hotel location is very good to find, just opposite the city. The entrance is the square tree-lined, next to the sports center and the 4A free scenic spot Lu Yu hometown. The hotel staff is also very welcoming, the room is good, and the living is more comfortable. Recommended.

The room was cleaned, the bed was soft and sleepy, and the hot water was sufficient and the soundproofing was good. Xiao Xu at the front desk service is particularly intimate, take the initiative to recommend local delicious snacks and play routes, the underground parking lot guidelines are clear, the overall price is very high, come out to play here to save worry and comfortable, next time you come to choose this.
