"My overall stay was far better than expected – a definite five-star rating! The hotel's location next to Wanda Plaza and the high-speed rail station is incredibly convenient, making it super easy to find food and go shopping. The lobby is clean and spacious, and the front desk staff were warm and polite, making check-in and check-out very efficient. The room itself was large, spotlessly clean, and odor-free. The bedding was fresh and comfortable against the skin, and the orthopedic mattress made for a very relaxing sleep. The soundproofing was excellent, so it was quiet and peaceful at night. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water was instant. All the facilities were well-maintained. Housekeeping cleaned meticulously every day and responded promptly to any requests. This chain brand consistently delivers quality, and for the price, the value for money is unbeatable. If I'm ever back in Tianmen, I'll definitely choose Yishang again. Highly recommend!"

"The first time I stayed at the Orange Hotel, I felt very good. The hotel was newly opened and the decoration style was very refreshing. The smell of oranges was displayed everywhere. Hotel health, the front desk service is particularly human, especially a girl surnamed Chen, introduced us to the Huazhu Club membership system, helped us download the Huazhu Club APP, we became a Huazhu Club member for the first time. "I was worried the facilities might be a bit outdated since it's been open for a while, but they were surprisingly new.
The front desk proactively helped us upgrade to a family suite, which was great. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.
The room was spotless and odorless. They helped us choose an inward-facing room, which had a nice view of Beihu Lake, was quiet, and had a good view – highly recommended.
My wife said the smaller room didn't have air conditioning, but I think it did, though perhaps the unit was small.
It's a 10-minute walk to Beihu Lake with a small child, a great location.
The breakfast selection was plentiful and the space was spacious – very good.
I would definitely consider staying here again."

"The twin rooms with windows are facing the road, so there is some noise, which does not affect the sleep, but it is difficult to sleep in the morning, which is a small disadvantage. It would be better if you move to the inner side. The hotel is very new, the front desk service is good, the texture and details of the facilities can be improved, and the water will splash. The bed was very comfortable and there was a wide variety of breakfast options across from the hotel. Prices during the Chinese New Year are a bit expensive, more expensive than many popular tourist cities. The laundry room looks comfortable"
