"I was worried the facilities might be a bit outdated since it's been open for a while, but they were surprisingly new. The front desk proactively helped us upgrade to a family suite, which was great. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended. The room was spotless and odorless. They helped us choose an inward-facing room, which had a nice view of Beihu Lake, was quiet, and had a good view – highly recommended. My wife said the smaller room didn't have air conditioning, but I think it did, though perhaps the unit was small. It's a 10-minute walk to Beihu Lake with a small child, a great location. The breakfast selection was plentiful and the space was spacious – very good. I would definitely consider staying here again."

"My overall stay was far better than expected – a definite five-star rating! The hotel's location next to Wanda Plaza and the high-speed rail station is incredibly convenient, making it super easy to find food and go shopping. The lobby is clean and spacious, and the front desk staff were warm and polite, making check-in and check-out very efficient. The room itself was large, spotlessly clean, and odor-free. The bedding was fresh and comfortable against the skin, and the orthopedic mattress made for a very relaxing sleep. The soundproofing was excellent, so it was quiet and peaceful at night. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water was instant. All the facilities were well-maintained. Housekeeping cleaned meticulously every day and responded promptly to any requests. This chain brand consistently delivers quality, and for the price, the value for money is unbeatable. If I'm ever back in Tianmen, I'll definitely choose Yishang again. Highly recommend!"

I called the store to park, but I told the store that there was no parking space in the courtyard. I parked in the rain box 100 meters away from the hotel. The clerk did not show humility. Second, the feeling of coolness in the house, the temperature was low due to the rain on the day, the window was open, the indoor air conditioning was complicated and not turned on, so I contacted the clerk to open it, and asked the clerk to check in. I only entered the house after an hour of eating. Can the clerk not turn on the air conditioner in advance to heat up? The clerk said that he gave feedback to the leader. The overall experience of this hotel selected for a business trip exceeded expectations. The rooms were cleaned spotlessly, there was no smell, the bed was moderately soft and hard, and I slept peacefully. There are not many hotels in Jiuzhen Town. The hotel is located at the core of the traffic at the crossroads. It is one of the few hotels that can be selected on Trip.com . In addition to the lack of elevators in the hotel, the hardware is acceptable.

Returning to the hometown to visit relatives on New Year's Eve, the family room booked, the room is quite big and clean, there is no smell. Smart curtains, TV is also very big, watching the Spring Festival Gala is very clear, the heating is enough, the bathroom is not small, the bath water is big enough and hot enough, the toilet has a heating washer and self-cleaning function. The service at the front desk is also very good, especially a handsome guy with a square face and a low voice. Because the child loves the quilt, he wants an extra quilt for adults and children to use separately. In the case of full rooms, it still meets our needs in time. Breakfast is the kind of express hotel, the variety is not too much, the taste is good. Need to come back next time!

Very good stay experience, the hotel location is very good to find, just opposite the city. The entrance is the square tree-lined, next to the sports center and the 4A free scenic spot Lu Yu hometown.
