GGuest UserI have always enjoyed staying at this hotel, and they constantly improve their services to the guests. This time, they offered a free shuttle from the hotel to the high-speed train station, which was a real help. The staff were most friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome indeed. I look forward to the next time I can visit them in Siyang.

GGuest UserA fabulously clean and quiet hotel. Spacious room with good heating. The receptionist was courteous and helpful as were all the staff I encountered. Free usage of laundry facilities. The Asian breakfast selection didn’t include coffee but you can get a nice coffee at the Yanghe Distillery cafe across the street. Convenient location to stay if you are visiting the distillery.

WWumiaomiaoThe room is very clean and tidy, and the items have their own characteristics, including electric curtains and wireless flushing. The location is also convenient. There is a commercial street not far around. The service attitude of the front desk is super good. I thought the view of the room I booked at first was not wide, so they moved me to another room. There is a room with a street view along the street. I just called and said that I missed some items. All in all it was a pleasant trip.

XXintongbaobeiI went here based on the online reviews, and after looking at the prices and online reviews of other nearby hotels, I finally chose Jintian International. I thought I'd like to see how good the service is at a lower price than other places. Not long after placing the order, the hotel called me to confirm the itinerary, including the weather forecast, and inquired about my room and special requests. These are all services available in ordinary hotels, and I don't think they are very special. When I entered the hotel lobby, the staff immediately greeted me, helped me carry my luggage, saw that I was carrying a bottle of red wine, and asked me if I needed a bottle opener and wine glasses in the room. I said I brought a bottle opener. The check-in staff at the front desk were also very courteous and friendly. The staff then took me into the room, and I was instantly surprised. Not only were there fruit snacks in the room, but a red wine glass was also placed for me. Only then did I notice the name on the staff member’s employee ID number: Song Weiwei. She might have noticed it. I was confused, smiled and explained to me that I had just informed the housekeeping department of the red wine glass when I checked in. A simple gesture touched my heart. Before leaving, I told her if I needed anything during my stay, I could contact her directly to solve the problem for me... The room was also clean and tidy, and there was also a footbath bucket. Everything made me feel like home, and I was given souvenirs when I checked out. In short, this is the best experience I have ever had since I stayed in a hotel. I couldn't help but write so much. It's all my own truth. I feel that I will come again in the future and recommend it to my relatives and friends.

The hotel has excellent greenery, quiet and elegant environment, clean and tidy overall, and it is particularly comfortable to live in. The rooms are spacious and quiet, the bedding is soft and the rest is good. The restaurant dishes taste authentic, fresh and delicious, and the price is very high. The service is intimate and thoughtful, I will choose here next time I come to Xiangyang, highly recommended!
