This time, they offered a free shuttle from the hotel to the high-speed train station, which was a real help. The staff were most friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome indeed. I look forward to the next time I can visit them in Siyang.

A fabulously clean and quiet hotel. Spacious room with good heating. The receptionist was courteous and helpful as were all the staff I encountered. Free usage of laundry facilities. The Asian breakfast selection didn’t include coffee but you can get a nice coffee at the Yanghe Distillery cafe across the street. Convenient location to stay if you are visiting the distillery.

I said I brought a bottle opener. The check-in staff at the front desk were also very courteous and friendly. The staff then took me into the room, and I was instantly surprised. Not only were there fruit snacks in the room, but a red wine glass was also placed for me. Only then did I notice the name on the staff member’s employee ID number: Song Weiwei. She might have noticed it. I was confused, smiled and explained to me that I had just informed the housekeeping department of the red wine glass when I checked in. A simple gesture touched my heart. Before leaving, I told her if I needed anything during my stay, I could contact her directly to solve the problem for me... The room was also clean and tidy, and there was also a footbath bucket. Everything made me feel like home, and I was given souvenirs when I checked out. In short, this is the best experience I have ever had since I stayed in a hotel. I couldn't help but write so much. It's all my own truth. I feel that I will come again in the future and recommend it to my relatives and friends.

The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station, the decoration is very new, the smart toilet, the sanitary environment is very good, and the sound insulation effect is good and quiet. The only inconvenience is that the charging pile is some distance in the next community.
