The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the rooms are warm and comfortable, the bedding is soft, and I have a good night's sleep. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, check-in and check-out were very fast and responsive. The price is super high, the next trip will choose Hanting!

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times now, and have never been disappointed with my stay there. This time I noticed that they have improved the front desk by lowering it so that people can sit in chairs to talk with the desk clerk. (It would also be a much better arrangement for anyone in a wheelchair.) There are lots of shops just a few blocks away and lots of buses to connect with other shopping areas. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

GGuest UserThe stay experience was very satisfactory, the hotel environment was clean and tidy, the decoration was warm and comfortable, the room was well lit and soundproofed. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, the check-in was efficient and fast, and the staff was kind and patient. The surrounding transportation is convenient, the facilities are complete, and the overall price is very high. I will choose here next time I travel, I really recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserHave to complain! The conditions are really bad! There are long hair left by the last customer everywhere. (Figure 2 is thin and short hair is mine). There are no non-slip mats and sandals for bathing in the bathroom. The most outrageous thing is that there is a public toilet smell between intervals. The experience is really bad! The only thing that is gratifying is that the bed looks very clean.
