"Service: Incredibly attentive! After we checked in and went out, our friend ordered takeout. When we returned, the front desk lady immediately recognized our friend and handed her the delivery. She recognized us at first glance, which was so thoughtful. Also, my child left their retainers at the hotel buffet, and the front desk staff promptly collected them and even mailed them back to us. Truly exceptional service!
Environment: Very clean. The view of Siyang from the hotel room was absolutely stunning."

"We booked a suite for three adults and one child.
Amenities: The curtains closed automatically upon swiping the card to enter – a big thumbs up! Everything we needed was there, and if anything was missing, the receptionist had it too – you name it! 😁
Cleanliness: The hotel was newly renovated, so there was no smell of paint, just a faint fragrance. Everything was very clean.
One small suggestion: the toilet flushing was a little loud. I was too scared to go to the bathroom after watching a horror movie late at night, but the toilet flushed automatically! 😂 It's fine if you're not watching a horror movie! 🤣 I forgot to take pictures, only of the heart-shaped plant at the hotel entrance."

"The Hilton Garden Inn Siyang, Jiangsu, had slightly small rooms but was well-equipped. It got a bit noisy on weekends due to outdoor activities right outside the window. The hotel's evening restaurant was convenient, and the breakfast was quite rich and tasty.
Parking, both above and below ground, was ample, and you didn't need to scan codes to enter or exit. The staff here were different from other places; they all seemed quite expressionless. There was a noticeable disconnect between the front desk and housekeeping services. What was agreed upon with the front desk, the housekeepers claimed not to know, and for anything you told a housekeeper, they'd say they needed to check with the front desk, which was a bit inconvenient.
However, one staff member, Xiao Zhao, stood out. When I was scanning my card at the breakfast counter, she proactively asked how I rested last night and if there were any issues. I decided to mention to her that the shower faucet was very noisy when running. She immediately contacted someone to help with the repair. Thumbs up for her!
If the hotel had a couple more staff members like Xiao Zhao, it would be even better!"

Back to my hometown during the Chinese New Year, I stayed in Hanting. The overall experience exceeded expectations and must be greatly praised by the front desk staff! From the beginning of check-in, the staff was particularly enthusiastic and proactive, with a gentle and patient attitude, and the whole process was intimate and thoughtful. The rooms are clean and tidy, warm and comfortable, with complete facilities and good sound insulation, which can make people rest at ease. During the Chinese New Year, the front desk is still meticulous and responsive, and you can feel the intentions everywhere.
The price is super high, the travel is convenient, and it makes people feel at ease and comfortable. I highly recommend everyone to choose, and I will continue to stay next time I return to my hometown!

Guest UserOn March 23, 2026, I stayed at Jinjiang Inn 5.1 Suqian Siyang Jida International Trade Plaza for business travel, and the experience was outstanding! The high-speed internet was stable throughout the trip, and I was able to work and hold video conferences in the room without any lag in the afternoon. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept very well that night, feeling refreshed and energetic for business discussions the next morning. I had the buffet breakfast at 8 am; the dining environment was clean, the food was plentiful, and it quickly met my breakfast needs without delaying my schedule. Check-out was at 10 am on March 24th, and the front desk was incredibly fast, even providing free printing and photocopying services, which was a huge help. The hotel is very close to the Siyang Government Service Center and Industrial Park, both within a 10-minute drive. Free parking is convenient, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. As a popular chain brand, the facilities and service exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be a regular business traveler in Siyang, and this hotel is now on my list of preferred hotels!

Friends came to Siyang to play, and I took them to stay. Choosing Atour was not disappointing. The hotel is beautifully decorated, especially the lobby and guest rooms, with complete facilities and equipment, making people feel very comfortable and relaxed. Checked in at three in the morning, the service of the front desk lady was also very warm and thoughtful, and poured us warm black tea, which made us feel very kind and warm. The location is superior and the transportation is convenient, parking is free, and the breakfast tastes good and has a rich variety. When we checked in, we upgraded the room for free, and I also had water to take with me when I left the store, which created a feeling of home for friends.
