本次入住體驗極差，核心問題在於衞生。床單上有明顯的污漬和使用痕跡，並非全新更換。作為連鎖酒店，如此敷衍的衞生管理，嚴重辜負了消費者的信任。已向平台投訴，希望能得到妥善處理，也希望酒店方能夠正視問題，加強管理。
