Hotels with Breakfast in Shan County

Located in the center of Fortune Plaza, next door is the Shanxian Food ”first pot·Shanxian mutton soup”: the hotel is clean and the service is excellent!

The overall is very good, the room is clean and hygienic, the layout is reasonable, and the living is very comfortable. The service is intimate, the environment is quiet, the price is high, whether it is a travel or a business trip, it is very suitable, praise!

The room is OK, the service is relatively poor, the parking and service desk are far away, you need to enter the license plate to enter, no one guides, you need to find a temporary parking space by yourself, the temporary parking space is particularly tight, and then run to the service desk to scan the code to enter the license plate. Then drive the car into the underground parking lot. The underground parking lot cannot directly reach the check-in floor. You can find the lobby on the first floor. The door to the lobby on the first floor is closed and there is no sign. Half a day, the front desk is only one person, there are questions and answers throughout the whole process, and there is no active reception. I didn’t even say the room number to me. I asked myself. The distribution of the floor was a bit messy, and the sign instructions were messy. I found the room for half a day. In short, the experience was very poor. This front desk is estimated to have also invited an ancestor. The first time I met the hotel, this service and reception method, the customer owed her, also served

The air conditioner in my room was not cooled. I slept until 2:30 in the middle of the night and woke up sweating. I called the front desk and the response was too hot. The front desk asked the project to answer the air conditioner. The front desk still changed me to a room north, opened the window and opened the air conditioner, and fell asleep in a daze. Wake up in the morning and find that the air conditioner is still cooling, it should be that the air conditioner in the room I live in is broken. The front desk service gave a compliment. The level of the engineering department is not good, shouldn't the room air conditioner be monitored daily? It can only be found after the tenants check in. What is this?
