GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy. The breakfast selection was extensive, including mutton soup, oven-baked flatbread, and a variety of other pastries. Today I had elm seed cakes, which felt very homey. The receptionist was a friendly and approachable young woman; she was patient and gentle. I liked the decor. For this county town, it was a very cost-effective hotel, quite affordable. I would recommend it. I also highly recommend trying the famous mutton soup nearby; it's very well-known locally!

GGuest UserThe room facilities are relatively new, the toilet is automatic, and the hot water on the 9th floor is no problem during the peak water period at night. The service attitude is very good. From the front desk to the breakfast waiter, to the aunt who cleans up the breakfast table, is very friendly. This is especially praised. It can be seen that the hotel management training is in place. I ate breakfast twice and found that the breakfast for two days was still different. The taste of each day was very good. The missing things were made up quickly and it was a surprise. Overall satisfaction, will choose to live again next time!
Suggestion: The room cleaning should also be strengthened for training and inspection. The floor should be vacuumed, and the basin should be brushed with a small brush. The hygiene can also be improved. There should be someone to manage the entrance of the restaurant, the dining table should be sorted out in time, and the countertops that are messed up by the guests with vegetables and porridge should be wiped clean in time. Personal hands can be added.
I hope this hotel is more and more professional! Business is booming!

GGuest UserThe air conditioner in my room was not cooled. I slept until 2:30 in the middle of the night and woke up sweating. I called the front desk and the response was too hot. The front desk asked the project to answer the air conditioner. The front desk still changed me to a room north, opened the window and opened the air conditioner, and fell asleep in a daze. Wake up in the morning and find that the air conditioner is still cooling, it should be that the air conditioner in the room I live in is broken.
The front desk service gave a compliment. The level of the engineering department is not good, shouldn't the room air conditioner be monitored daily? It can only be found after the tenants check in. What is this?
