Traveling out is too important to the hotel! This is really beyond expectations, the location is excellent and convenient to travel, the hotel is quiet and not noisy. The room was clean and warm, the mattress was super comfortable, and I slept until dawn. The service is meticulous, the health is not dead, the facilities are well maintained, the overall quality is online, I really recommend it to everyone!

Amazing new hotel with modern facilities and very kind, helpful staff. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the whole property feels fresh and well maintained. There’s a lovely tea room that also connects with the gym area — perfect for relaxing after a workout. The hotel also has convenient washing and drying facilities, which is a big plus for longer stays. Although there isn’t much immediately around the hotel, everything you might need is within 10–15 minutes by car. It’s located in a calm area that’s great for peaceful walks, and there’s even a grocery store right in the same building. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable stay in Qidong New Town.

The hotel is newly opened, and all the staff are very enthusiastic. In particular, Celia Jin at the front desk made us feel completely at home throughout our stay. A polite gentleman from the concierge, wearing glasses, was very welcoming. He accompanied us to our room and introduced all the hotel facilities along the way, which was very professional. The breakfast was bountiful, and the garden design is exquisite and elegant! It's perfect for a vacation. Since it's a new hotel, some areas have elevation changes that require warning signs, as shown in picture three. Also, the entrance from the underground parking to the hotel lobby also has an elevation change without warning signs, which needs improvement! Additionally, a glass panel in the underground passage to the swimming pool is broken and needs to be replaced as soon as possible, with proper protection put in place.

The room facilities are very new, intelligent, clean and sanitary. Downstairs is very convenient, there are many places to eat, it is basically located in the city center, and the breakfast is also OK. The washing machine and dryer are very useful, and the Samsung brand is safe to use.

The hotel has a great location with plenty of options for dining and drinks nearby. The parking lot is 20 meters away (free). The rooms are clean and well-equipped. The breakfast selection isn't extensive, but the food is quite good, especially the rice noodles. The service is also very good. The only downside is the poor soundproofing of the windows. Because of the good location, it gets noisy very early in the morning, so sleeping in is out of the question.

這裡是一個超出我預期的民宿，我們同學三家週末聚會，全是體驗的不錯 老闆和老闆娘是上海人，在這裏用心經營這自己的精神自留地！ 老闆曾經在德國讀書，並且在德國的中餐和西餐都有涉獵，在這裏我們預訂了一餐晚餐，不是農家樂方向而是更加精緻的融合中餐口味！比如牛腩蘿蔔煲，味道相對粵式但也有上海精緻口味的平衡，據老闆展望，下次應該可以去他家嘗試德國香腸和酸菜豬肘，看他自信滿滿的樣子比較期望！相約下次等他家正式準備有配餐了，再來體驗美食！ 他家有游泳池，有桌球房，乒乓球，麻將房（有兩桌，建議兩個座子還是分開兩個房間比較好，相互不幹預），還有k歌房（音響和核心一般，吃飽喝足隨便唱唱也就湊合了）。 房間的乾淨和細節的設計滿用心的，據説明年在現有一樓的玻璃房頂上，會在上面建一個大的水族箱，在下面喝着咖啡啤酒抬頭就能看到魚在頂上游來游去，應該滿享受的！ 這裏離日出的沙灘20公里左右，需要早上4點出發，能拍到美麗的日出，而趕海的地方，不建議在恆大威尼斯里麪碧海銀沙，這裏人巨多水臭，而且受限，可以出來野沙灘趕海！

I had a pleasant stay at the Homeinn Selected Hotel. The hotel was very nice, clean, and easy to locate. The room was well-maintained, smelled fresh, and included all the essentials one would expect for a comfortable stay. However, checking in as a foreign guest proved to be a bit challenging, despite the hotel's claim of being welcoming to both locals and international travelers. It would be helpful if the check-in process were made smoother for non-Chinese guests. Overall, a good experience in terms of cleanliness and comfort, with just a bit of room for improvement in the check-in process for foreigners.

The accommodation was very nice, a small 1 bedroom apartment, the staff were nice and helped to get the kitchen ware which was missing when we first checked in, however the location is remote and transportation is almost non existent, therefore you will need to have your own car to enjoy your stay here.

The hotel is strategically located in the core area of ​​the industrial park, surrounded by many companies, with a well-developed transportation network and close to subway stations and bus stops. The bedding is soft and comfortable, allowing me to quickly fall into a sweet dream after a busy day. The room facilities are complete, the TV has clear picture quality, the air conditioning has excellent cooling and heating effects, and the intelligent control system adds a lot of convenience and fun to your stay. The configuration of desk, sofa and other facilities is just right, meeting my dual needs of work and leisure. The hotel's service is first class. The front desk staff was warm and friendly. When checking in, they were not only efficient and quick, but also noticed that I was tired from the journey. They offered me a cup of hot tea and took the initiative to introduce restaurants and facilities around the hotel. When I asked for a nearby printing shop to prepare business materials, they immediately helped me find and provided detailed route information. The room service is meticulous and the room is spotlessly clean every day. One time I accidentally knocked over a water cup and called for it to be cleaned up. The staff arrived in less than three minutes and quickly cleaned it up. They also asked me with concern whether I was burned. The hotel's public areas are elegant and well decorated. The gym is fully equipped with equipment, allowing me to keep exercising while on business trips; in addition, the free parking lot solves my worries when I drive myself. In short, the Industrial Park Magnolia Hotel performs well in all aspects and is highly recommended to friends who are traveling for business or vacation!
