"Brand new hotel. Excellent room design and layout. High-end hotel with all amenities like toothbrush, rasor, slippers. Complimentary fruits basket in the room when I arrived. Super clean and tidy. Showerbx and a separate bathtub. I liked the hotel. At the hotel lobby, very attentive, polite and helpful people, my check in experience was very good. The hotel associate that did my check in also helped me buy a flower bouquet and had it delivered to my room. Her name is Celia, and she did an outstanding job with the check in as well as for the flowers purchase. The hotel restaurant offers a variety of foods, pastries, western and Chinese cuisine. Lovely overall."

"My friend and I checked in around 11 p.m. that night. I asked the receptionist if the room occupancy rate was high that night. She said it wasn't. So I asked if she could upgrade my room type. I had booked an executive king room. She said that the executive king room was already the highest level and there were no upgrades available. So I asked if it would be possible to upgrade to an executive twin room. She said it was okay, and we checked in. On the day of the check-in, several friends accompanied me to play cards. The receptionist reminded us to keep our voices down, and we agreed. I also reminded my friends. Later, when we got to our room (room 708), we continued playing cards, perhaps a little too loudly. The neighbors next door kept calling the front desk to complain. We were polite during the first few calls, but on the third call, the receptionist, Lanshan, was very rude and said she wanted to kick my friends out of the hotel. I got angry and asked for a full refund. She said no, and then immediately offered to change my room. I agreed, and we were moved to the next room (710). As soon as we changed rooms, we realized something was wrong. Initially, room 708 was downgraded to a square room. On Ctrip, room 708 is a superior twin room, but I originally booked an executive king room. Not only did she not upgrade me, she downgraded it. If the neighbors hadn't complained about our noise and we hadn't had to change rooms, we wouldn't have known that this receptionist, Lanshan, had downgraded our room without our consent. The next day, the front desk staff apologized and begged me not to complain. I thought it best to forgive and forget that we were in the wrong for arguing first, and that we should be forgiving. However, on the third day at 3 PM, my friend was waiting for me in the hotel lobby when another receptionist told her to keep her voice down. My friend wasn't even that loud while using her phone. I understand if she complained about us later that night, but complaining about the noise in the lobby at 3 PM, especially when there was no one else around, makes me wonder if guests at Atour are now forbidden from speaking? Also, the sink drains were very slow and prone to clogging. The receptionist, especially Lanshan, had a terrible attitude. I used to have a good impression of Atour, but after staying here, my opinion has changed. Anyone who reads my review should avoid staying here if possible, otherwise, you'll be the one suffering. Service: Extremely poor, especially the receptionist Lanshan. Hygiene: Clogged sink drains."

"The hotel is quite new and overall in good condition. Some of the staff speak English, which makes communication easier, and the in-room TV is very good quality. However, be careful with the Japanese restaurant inside the hotel, the pricing can be misleading, and you may end up paying significantly more than expected. Overall, a decent stay, but worth paying attention to extra costs."

"The hotel offers one-on-one butler service, and they'll call and add us on WeChat in advance for easy communication. We checked in that afternoon, and the weather was very hot. Having informed us we were leaving, the butler thoughtfully turned on the air conditioning, which instantly made us feel welcome upon entering. The room was large and spacious, immaculately clean, and even had a large hot tub. I forgot to take a picture, but it was quite relaxing to soak in it on a hot day! On check-out day, the butler also let us know early that we could take a photo of our room card and leave. They also assisted with check-out, which was very thoughtful. Overall, the experience was excellent, and the service was spotless. I'll definitely be back!"
Evergrande Venice Resort
"This hotel was a complete waste of hard-earned money. The location is absolutely and extremely remote. The advertising leads you to think it is in a developed area, but it is not. In my case, I spent $1200 for 3 nights, and there was no iron in the room, nor was there room service. The hotel had a poor restaurant that served only greasy local dishes, and there wasn’t even steak on the menu. The nearby restaurants were absolutely terrible. If you want a steak, you must drive at least 25 km. All of the pools in front of the hotel are broken and empty. You cannot even go inside. There's a small, enclosed beach that everyone has to use, leaving no space to move around. There was trash outside the elevators, and even the parking lots were dirty and smelly near the garbage cans. This is basically a failed project, and my most expensive travel blunder."

"Three bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms, just right for a family of six. Clean and sanitary, affordable. Great location, good view, three meals a day can be done downstairs. Walk to the Blue Sea and Silver Sand for more than ten minutes, and you can drive to a closer parking lot. The store owner is very enthusiastic, answering all questions and responding to all requests. Although we didn't meet in person, everything was arranged properly. If you don't have high requirements, there will be no problem. Recommended~"
