The B&B offers a little note for guests that allows you to visit a nearby alpine pasture for just 10 RMB per car, where you can ride horses, shoot arrows, and even pick mushrooms.

The bathroom design of the room is simple and high-end, the gray rock tiles are clean and refreshing, the round mirror has lights, and there is a retractable makeup mirror. The toiletries are complete, the hygiene is in place, and there is no smell. The overall decoration is modern and atmospheric, the details are attentive, the environment is quiet and comfortable, it is very suitable to travel here, recommend friends who come to Nyingchi to choose!

This time I came to Tibet by car with my friends. The friend recommended to stay in the seclusion. I didn’t choose the wrong one. Living in the seclusion is the most memorable day of this trip. The whole hotel is exquisitely designed, warm, very clean, the toilet is smart, and the service is very good. Give us a free upgrade room type, I feel like going home. I heard that it has been in business for six years, but there is no sense of oldness. I see the boss and maintain it with ulterior motives. I highly recommend it to friends who come to Nyingchi.

The hotel is in the scenic area and it is very convenient to drive there. The scenery is just outside the window: the Lulang forest in the distance and the herds of cattle and sheep nearby are all displayed before your eyes. Although it was still a bit cold when I went there in early April, I experienced the warm ******* home visits and the tranquil alpine pastoral scenery. The proprietress warmly invited us to drink butter tea, eat homemade snacks, and introduced the place to us. Some of the scenic spots outside were a rip-off. They first asked us for tickets, and when they knew we were staying in the scenic area, they said we could get free tickets. But they still charged us 10 yuan to drive in, which was for ranch maintenance. There was no receipt, and it felt like he was charging exorbitant fees.

The public areas are beautiful, with lush greenery everywhere and fresh air. You can see Basong Tso Lake from a distance, and its beauty is beyond words! The room amenities are decent, probably the best they could do given the limited resources. However, I do think there's room for improvement and upgrades regarding the hardware. As for the service, it's outstanding. The genuine and warm ******* staff made us feel right at home, far surpassing the service attitude of most hotel staff in first and second-tier cities. The service, for me, is the most commendable aspect of Songtsam. I want to give a special shout-out to the tall, slender, glasses-wearing receptionist at the Horizon restaurant. Yesterday, after dinner, it was raining heavily, and all the umbrellas in the designated spot outside the restaurant were gone. When I told him, he didn't hesitate, immediately rushed out, and brought back several umbrellas from elsewhere, without even using one himself. I was deeply touched. I wanted to ask for his name when checking out, but unfortunately, he wasn't working today. I hope the hotel recognizes and commends him!

I chose this hotel because I had an early morning flight the next day; it's about a 10-minute drive from the airport. The rooms are container-style, and the soundproofing isn't great. They're also too small for a family of three, but fine for a one-night stay. As for the scenery, the views of the Yarlung Tsangpo River and the starry sky are absolutely stunning. It would definitely be beautiful in spring with the peach blossoms.

After checking in, I asked the hotel waiter where I could buy oxygen cylinders. The waiter immediately brought four cylinders and carefully explained how to use them. Half an hour later, we went out to do some work. On the way, we received a call from the hotel asking if we had any altitude sickness. It turned out that the hotel staff had specially arranged to provide us with a large medical oxygen tank because we asked for oxygen cylinders when we checked in. They were worried that we would not be able to adapt. I was really touched. Thank you 🙏🙏🙏

It was a bit beyond my expectation. I didn't expect that I could stay in such a good hotel at this price. The hotel is quite big and has complete facilities. There is a washing machine with a dryer on the first floor, which is just right for washing the dirty clothes from the previous few days. It is really practical. The room felt very clean and spacious, and there was an oxygen concentrator in the room. The most thoughtful thing is that there is body lotion on the sink. My skin was so dry after staying here for a few days, so I used it right away. The restaurant on the sixth floor is very unique. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the snow-capped mountains opposite while having breakfast in the morning. There is also a celebrity helicopter check-in point outside the restaurant, a starry sky restaurant, and a rooftop swimming pool (it feels like no one goes there because it's too cold). I arrived early yesterday and went to the gym for a short run. The weather was good, so I ran while looking at the scenery outside the window. The only downside is that there is no travel guide at the front desk, so you have to do your own research.

A very pleasantly surprised homestay, the most comfortable one I've stayed in since coming to Tibet, with a great environment and considerate and meticulous service. I watched a movie in the screening room and drank tea made by the owner in the tea room. The atmosphere was very good and relaxing! Full marks!

Everything about the service, hotel environment, and facilities was fantastic! My only regret was that the power cut out automatically at 8:50 AM, even though I was planning to check out at 9 AM. The front desk strongly denied doing it, so it might have been a system issue. This minor glitch won't stop me from staying here again.
