"The service was excellent, with staff always attentive to our needs. The honey water provided upon check-in was delicious and heartwarming. The evening porridge service was very thoughtful; we expected only plain porridge, but they even included steamed buns with pickled vegetables and pork floss, which we enjoyed with our leftovers from lunch – a delightful treat that relieved the fatigue of our long drive along the 318 highway. The bedding and decor were also very tasteful; compared to a certain other brand, I still prefer Atour, haha. The laundry lady was incredibly kind, even washing and drying our clothes – so convenient! Thank you! Breakfast was especially plentiful; my favorites were the spicy braised pig's ear and the stir-fried chicken with green peppers – the taste rivaled that of a restaurant!
P.S. The cherry blossoms in Linzhi are beautiful!"

"I had a very comfortable three-night, four-day stay at the Nyingchi Crown Plaza, which was truly an unexpected highlight of my Tibet trip. I simply have to give them genuine praise.
👍 First, the service was incredibly thoughtful. We were greeted with a welcome dance upon arrival, and every evening we received a complimentary 'goodnight' drink and fruit. The room was always impeccably cleaned, and they even helped fold clothes and wash socks (which I was so grateful for!).
💐 The hotel's decor and aesthetics are wonderful; both the lobby and rooms are spacious and beautiful. Our room had a view of the snow-capped mountains, and there were free ******* incense making classes and afternoon tea experiences available.
🥞 The breakfast selection was very rich and satisfying every morning. The sweet tea was delicious, and the stone pot chicken for lunch was also quite good.

"The hotel is in the scenic area and it is very convenient to drive there. The scenery is just outside the window: the Lulang forest in the distance and the herds of cattle and sheep nearby are all displayed before your eyes. Although it was still a bit cold when I went there in early April, I experienced the warm ******* home visits and the tranquil alpine pastoral scenery. The proprietress warmly invited us to drink butter tea, eat homemade snacks, and introduced the place to us.
Some of the scenic spots outside were a rip-off. They first asked us for tickets, and when they knew we were staying in the scenic area, they said we could get free tickets. But they still charged us 10 yuan to drive in, which was for ranch maintenance. There was no receipt, and it felt like he was charging exorbitant fees."

Living in the seclusion is the most memorable day of this trip. The whole hotel is exquisitely designed, warm, very clean, the toilet is smart, and the service is very good. Give us a free upgrade room type, I feel like going home. I heard that it has been in business for six years, but there is no sense of oldness. I see the boss and maintain it with ulterior motives. I highly recommend it to friends who come to Nyingchi.

After staying at the hotel, I asked the hotel waiter where I could buy oxygen cylinders. The waiter immediately sent four bottles and explained the use method carefully. Half an hour later, we went out to work. On the way, we received a call from the hotel to ask if we had altitude sickness. It turned out that the hotel staff asked for oxygen cylinders because we checked in. Every time there is a problem, the scenic spot said that it did not receive the message. The hotel said that it was reported. I have to wait a long time every time, and this experience is very poor. The hotel is on the edge of the cliff, there is no place to eat around, the first night of the room, the hot water was turned on for ten minutes, gave us the key to another room, two rooms were let us use, but the hot water in the other room is the same, ten minutes of hot water, There was no hot water after that. The next day, we changed a room close to the cliff. The hot water was normal. There was no problem with two people washing their hair and bathing. The view of the whole hotel is very good. My Snow Mountain Lake View Suite had floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, offering a direct view of the sacred Basongcuo Lake. The water was like a mirror, reflecting the snow-capped mountains, and the morning light pierced through the clouds, painting the lake surface like a moving masterpiece unfolding right outside my window. The hotel's private pier lay peacefully by the lake, providing exclusive, undisturbed views of the stunning sunrise and sunset.
The ******* butler offered hot ginger tea and a Hada, which felt like a genuine welcome, not just a formality. An oxygen concentrator was promptly delivered to my room, instantly easing my altitude sickness worries. The rich ******* breakfast in the morning, paired with a heartwarming tremella soup in the evening, showed thoughtful attention to every detail. The entire room had comfortable floor heating, and the latex mattress provided excellent sleep. Outside, the starry sky and morning mist alternated, making even breathing feel lighter. This isn't just a hotel; it's a sanctuary for the soul amidst the ******* mountains and waters.

The hotel surroundings are beautiful, and you can see snow-capped mountains right from your window 🏔️. The staff were also very helpful, assisting with luggage throughout our stay 🧳. We even got a free airport pick-up and an extra drop-off service, which was a pleasant surprise. It's really hard to find satisfying food in Tibet, but the breakfast at this hotel was surprisingly delicious!

It was a bit beyond my expectation. I didn't expect that I could stay in such a good hotel at this price. The hotel is quite big and has complete facilities. There is a washing machine with a dryer on the first floor, which is just right for washing the dirty clothes from the previous few days. It is really practical.
The room felt very clean and spacious, and there was an oxygen concentrator in the room. The most thoughtful thing is that there is body lotion on the sink. My skin was so dry after staying here for a few days, so I used it right away.
The restaurant on the sixth floor is very unique. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the snow-capped mountains opposite while having breakfast in the morning. There is also a celebrity helicopter check-in point outside the restaurant, a starry sky restaurant, and a rooftop swimming pool (it feels like no one goes there because it's too cold).
I arrived early yesterday and went to the gym for a short run. The weather was good, so I ran while looking at the scenery outside the window.
The only downside is that there is no travel guide at the front desk, so you have to do your own research.

The view outside the window is absolutely stunning! Lying on the bed, you can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance. When the sun shines on the mountains, the whole room is dyed golden, which is breathtakingly beautiful. The ******* breakfast at the homestay is also very unique. The butter tea is rich and mellow, and the barley cakes are chewy, which starts a day full of energy. Next time I come to Tibet, I will stay here again!
