SSongzhongjiMy stay at Lushan Lotus Terrace Garden Resort was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is nestled on the mountain, offering a serene environment and fresh air, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway.
The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The complimentary parking and luggage storage services were a thoughtful touch.
It's especially perfect for anyone looking to unwind and relax in Lushan. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

GGuest UserHighly recommended! The hotel is in a great location, right near the cable car platform. It's only about a ten-minute walk from the cable car, according to navigation. Even better, there's an express lane within the hotel, just a three-minute walk to the cable car—super convenient! The hotel's main entrance is also convenient for exploring the West Flower Trail scenic area. ^_^
The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. Their recommended routes were fantastic, saving both time and effort!
The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the environment was comfortable and pleasant. I look forward to staying here again next winter!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in the style of the Republic of China. The rooms are warmly decorated and fully equipped. It snowed on Mount Lushan. The staff called in advance to inform us of the situation on the mountain and the time to take public transportation. They would arrange for a driver to pick us up and turn on the air conditioner and heater in advance. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and recommended a suitable route for the elderly and marked the order of the tour on the map. There is a table in Jiaohe for breakfast.

The staff helped us with our luggage the entire time, and the hotel even has its own parking spots, which solves the problem of finding parking. Since we booked two different room types for our two-night stay, the staff, considering we'd have to switch rooms in between, proactively upgraded us to an incredibly beautiful room. We were able to enjoy the snow, rime, and the mists of Mount Lu right from our room.

GGuest UserThe room is very clean and tidy, with complete facilities, a large bathtub, and very newly decorated. It has a mountain view room. The heating in the room is also sufficient. Even when it snows heavily, the room is not cold at all. Fruits are given in each room, and the oranges are very sweet. The breakfast is also very delicious. The service attitude is super good. The front desk upgraded the room for free. Because it is not very convenient for us to bring our baby, they also delayed our check-out. When we left, they also gave us a thermos cup and souvenirs.

Had us added their hotel communication through wechat immediately after booking, walked us through the steps and any questions that we have about the travel in lushan even non hotel related questions. Had a hotel driver that picked/dropped us from the cabal car station from/to hotel. Even guided us back to hotel when we ventured out in town at night and couldn't figure out which bus to take to get back :) The location of the hotel is also excellent. It is not in middle of town so was quiet and tranquil and hear the bird ”singing” in the morning and the night wind howling at night when we kept the window open. It is also walking distance away from the bus station for both the west and east line of the scenery right. Will definitely book them again when coming back to lushan in the future.

1. The hotel is right next to the ropeway and it is very convenient to walk for 5 minutes. At that time, I was holding a large suitcase, and the little beauty boss also arranged for the driver to drive to the ropeway entrance. The service is very warm!
2. Come over by car, park the car at the hotel and take the cableway to Lushan. After staying in Lushan for two nights, the hotel helped to waive the parking fee and save 60 yuan.
3. The standard room booked includes 2 breakfasts, and an extra one is given, which is equivalent to no charge for breakfast for children.
4. The hotel's breakfast is in the back yard, there are several outdoor dining tables, the environment is very comfortable.
During the National Day, the price of 200+ enjoys these services and feels very satisfied.

GGuest UserThe room was really spacious, and it was pretty quiet since it's a bit of a distance from town, so I slept incredibly well at night. The fried noodles for breakfast at the hotel were especially delicious; my kid even talked about wanting more 'Howard Johnson fried noodles' after we got home. As for transportation, the hotel has a shuttle bus every hour that can take you to town or a specific stop. Just contact the front desk half an hour in advance, which is quite convenient. Walking to town takes about half an hour, so it's a nice option for those who enjoy hiking. On the day we arrived, we were able to visit Huajing Park, which is quite close to the hotel. The complimentary foot bath was a lifesaver after hiking; my sleep quality was fantastic after soaking my feet.

AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent, it is convenient to go anywhere on the main street, very close to the West Line sightseeing bus stop, and there are many places to eat in the surrounding area. In addition, you can pick up and drop off at the ropeway entrance. This service is very good, but the room is small and the facilities are old. Water will overflow into the bathroom when taking a shower. There is no drain, so it accumulates there, and there is no absorbent towel floor mat, which is inconvenient. I particularly don't like the carpet in the room, it feels dirty. The B&B is right next to the main street, and it is a bit noisy at night. After all, the price is relatively affordable, and we can't ask for too much. However, I don't like that guests are forced to write 5-star reviews when leaving the hotel.
