This lakeside B&B was a true delight! From the patient customer service during booking to the warm welcome from the owner upon check-in, the entire experience was fantastic. The lake view room we booked had an incredible view, directly facing the shimmering water. Wake up to the chirping of birds in the morning, and as I opened the curtains, I could see the morning mist drifting across the water, a fairy-like experience. In the evening, sitting at the small table on the balcony, watching the sunset paint the lake a golden red, sipping a cup of tea in the gentle breeze, all the fatigue of the day melted away. The room was incredibly clean, the furnishings were all high-quality and beautiful, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the room was incredibly quiet at night, resulting in a wonderful sleep. The breakfast prepared by the auntie was also fantastic, featuring local rice noodles and side dishes, fresh and delicious! The B&B is also very close to the lakeside trail, making it convenient for morning and evening strolls. There are also several great eateries nearby, and the owner was very helpful in recommending them, making research a breeze. This stay was so pleasant that I've already added this place to my must-stay list and will definitely choose it next time I visit!

This was my first time visiting Lushan. After checking Ctrip and comparing various options, I decided on this hotel. Over my three-day stay, the hotel proved to be exactly as described, even exceeding expectations with its welcoming atmosphere and more attentive service. The shuttle service to/from the cable car station was a huge relief for me and my child. The driver was always there waiting for us ahead of time, never the other way around, and even helped with our heavy luggage while offering helpful tips on local routes. The front desk staff were equally thoughtful, explaining everything in detail. They even went out of their way to pre-arrange our shuttle during their busy hours and personally saw us off at the entrance when we left, inviting us and our friends to visit again – it felt like a heartfelt promise for a future return! The hotel is ideally located very close to the former site of the Lushan Conference, which also serves as a transfer hub for sightseeing buses. This meant getting around anywhere on the mountain was incredibly convenient without having to descend. Plus, it was wonderfully quiet at night, ensuring excellent rest every evening! All in all, our Lushan trip created beautiful memories for my child and me. We've only just left, and we're already eager to return!

The hotel boasts beautiful scenery and excellent front desk service. They arranged a shuttle to the cable car for us and even recommended a private car driver whose prices were reasonable and service was enthusiastic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Some beautiful sights can only be seen with the eyes, not captured in photos. Zilu Hotel gave me many surprises! I love the location, a commanding height at Lushan's Yangtianping, with unparalleled views! This sense of close proximity to nature is a luxury you simply can't experience in city hotels. The hot springs were wonderful. At night, soaking in the 40-degree springs, feeling the mountain breeze, was a relaxing experience. The hotel was very considerate: hot ginger tea, non-slip slippers, and waiters always provided bath towels by the pool. The dining options also exceeded my expectations. I expected limited options at the top of the mountain, but the local rice noodles and freshly ground soy milk for breakfast were authentic. For dinner, I ordered the stone chicken (a Lushan specialty frog), and the butler went out of his way to inquire about my preferences. I highly recommend the ”privately prepared beef ribs.” The hotel is also very family-friendly and attentive. With my five-year-old, the hotel had already placed building blocks and picture books in the children's area, and even provided a complimentary cartoon toiletry bag. The children's meals were nutritious (less salt and oil), and they even provided children's tableware—a level of detail rarely seen in resort hotels. The only minor drawback is that the road up the mountain has a steep curve, so a four-wheel drive is recommended for self-driving (the hotel can arrange transfers, but reservations are required). However, this also helps to screen out noisy tourists, preserving the hotel's elegance and privacy.

The hotel is in the middle of the mountain, the sightseeing bar can not go up, but there are 5 buses directly to the side door (0.5～ 1 hour shuttle bus), there are several long ladders nearby, 6 minutes walk to Guling Street, the return trip to the ladder takes 10 minutes, it is not difficult to walk. We booked a view room. Through the large glass windows, you can see the surrounding trees and red-top houses. Especially in the morning and when it rains, the fog and rain are ethereal. Sitting by the window to enjoy the scenery is particularly comfortable. The hotel room is medium in size, there are many public spaces indoors and outdoors, seats for guests to sit and rest, and the gym is not bad. The hotel provides a simple buffet breakfast, you can eat before you go out to play. Ruiyun Park Hyatt Hotel opened earlier this year. I feel that the rooms and facilities are very clean and tidy. It has been raining in Lushan these days. It feels very humid outside, but the walls and floors in the hotel feel dry. It is estimated that there is a moisture-proof design or building materials. The young people at the front desk are friendly and work hard. We all like this hotel and will come again next time.

I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. The hotel's location was convenient, close to major attractions and public transportation. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I look forward to returning in the future.

Cleanliness: The room was very clean. Amenities: The hair dryer is a Dyson. Because the B&B is quite old, there's no elevator. However, the highest floor is only four, so a daily climb isn't a problem. Environment: The location is excellent, quiet amidst the hustle and bustle, just a ten-minute walk from the bustling city center and the transportation management station. Service: The guy who picked us up from the cable car was very friendly, and check-in was smooth. The housekeeper was very polite. Hmm... Well, the entire stay was just the right amount of politeness, not overly enthusiastic, yet always responsive. We stayed three nights and received fresh fruit and snacks every day. The housekeeper would remind us of the evening activities, and we were lucky enough to try the hotel's free barbecue and witness the traditional tea-making process. We had a delicious green tea. Food: The breakfast buffet was pretty consistent all three days—not particularly extensive, but all good. The kids loved the cakes, and dishes like rice noodles and wontons were cooked to order. We booked dinner at the B&B for all three nights. I give it 100 points for both the taste and the service. It felt like the B&B put a lot of care into everything. If I had to point out a small complaint, it would be that the bed was a little soft for my family and me. Finally, thank you so much for everything at Songmo. Super satisfied. After getting off the Lushan Cableway station, it was difficult to get a taxi on Didi. I called the hotel to inquire and someone was picked up immediately! The service attitude is very good, the hotel environment is elegant, the decoration is elegant, the space is large, and it is very comfortable. The accompanying toiletries are great, small, easy to use, and don't have a particularly strong smell. I like them very much. When leaving the hotel, the hotel sent a car to the ropeway entrance, and also gave a souvenir, crispy tea cakes, which was great ~ a thoughtful hotel🏨

The hotel is located at the entrance of the east line and has a large parking lot. The hotel is well-managed and the standard facilities of the rooms are reasonably laid out. It is clean, sanitary and moisture-free. The sewers are unobstructed. The beautiful woman at the front desk is hospitable and welcomes guests to inquire about travel routes and answers all questions. Breakfast is provided in a fixed amount and non-buffets can be packed (no fruit), and tasted delicious Poyang Lake fish for dinner. I felt good and stayed for another three nights.
