Location:  the location of the hotel is a bit hard to find as it is at the back of the building and needs to go pass through the security gate upon entry and exit. And although it’s in the heart of the City. There are no resto around the  needs to walk more than 400 meters.  -the big Wanda mall is just 10 mins drive. -Shenzhou Bird park is 15 to 20 mins drive. Ambiance: the rooms is so spacious and has a great view and the interiors and amenities are excellent. Their toilet bowl is automatic. And has  remote control. We actually didn’t expect to find this high tech and trendy hotel in this city.  PS   We had a good time celebrating my baby’s first birthday. It’s comfy and price friendly. I’ll stay here again next time.

The breakfast has many varieties and is clean and hygienic. It tastes very good.

Hygiene: quite clean Environment: quite high, with its own independent yard, there is a basketball court 100 meters behind, and people played basketball in the morning recently. Environment: The sound insulation is not very good, I feel the neighbors shouting above my head when I sleep at night, the sound insulation of the room door is also average, I can hear people talking in the corridor clearly, it feels that the corridor is too closed and has reverberation

The hotel rooms are well lit and ventilated, and the air is very fresh. The facilities are complete, the laundry room and restaurant are available, the service is super good, the environment is beautiful and soft and comfortable, the room layout is warm, like home. The supplies are fully equipped, clean and practical. The sound insulation effect is good, and the rest at night is not disturbed.

Great hotel for the price with a good restaurant as well. Other than having a really hard time getting didi/taxis, it was a good stay. Appreciated the hotel manager driving me to the train station as well as hotel staff helping me out during CNY with transportation

I have stayed at this hotel more than once. The front desk and the room sister have good service. I am responsive. Any problems during my stay can be solved as soon as possible. In the future, this hotel will become my first choice for Luohe.

When booking, I chose a hotel that was close to the destination. I didn't expect much from a store that opened in 2015. I just thought that since it was a star-rated hotel, the supporting facilities should be better. But after checking in, I was actually pleasantly surprised! Although the service was not special, the room was clean and the details were very good. The spare quilts were not stored in black plastic bags like many hotels, and the spare pillows were also flat, clean and dry. The room was also large. The night view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was great. It was really a good experience. The restaurant had good service, the dishes tasted good, and the price was reasonable. I would like to add that the water pressure in the room was not enough.

1. The location is superb, 5 minutes walk to the subway, the room is clean, the bed is good to sleep, I will choose this next time! 2. The front desk service is warm, the processing is fast, the room has no smell, the shower water pressure is sufficient, and the price is online. 3. Near the scenic spot, it is super convenient to go back when you are tired, the health is done carefully, the breakfast is enough, recommended! 4. The room is spacious, the facilities are new, the night is very quiet, not noisy, the customer service is on call, and the experience is good. 5. The price is close to the people, the bedding is clean, there are convenience stores around, travel and shopping are easy and satisfactory. 6. Sanitation is passed, there is no dust in the corner, the front desk also helps to store luggage, the transportation is convenient, it is worth staying.

The environment is generally poor; the hallway is dimly lit, and the room has a low ceiling and no main lights, making the whole place very dark. The soundproofing is terrible; the cleaning lady's work area is right next to the room, and you can hear her talking inside. You can also hear people ordering takeout in the next room, which is very disruptive. The hairdryer is also subpar; it broke after less than a minute, leaving my hair completely dry.
