I stayed at the Chuyue Hejin Hotel in Luohe for two nights during a business trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The design felt new and upscale, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and relaxing. The staff were polite and professional. While not all of them spoke fluent English, they were very helpful and used translation apps to assist when needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of both Chinese and some Western options. The restaurant also served dinner, which was convenient since there weren’t many restaurants within walking distance. The location was central in Luohe and easily accessible by car. It’s a good option if you're visiting for business or just passing through the city. I would definitely consider staying here again. The quality exceeded my expectations for a hotel in this price range.

It is a good choice for business trips and examinations, and is within walking distance of the train station. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Except the room has no window, everything else is good. Second stay. There are laundry machines and a fitness room available. The breakfast is worth praising, I ate a lot. High cost performance.

This hotel is the first choice for business trips, the lobby is magnificent, and the reception of customers is very face. The layout of the rooms is reasonable, the rest is not wrong, and the quiet is not noisy. Equipped with high-end Chinese food private room, business banquet is just right, buffet breakfast is convenient and rich, the location is excellent, the overall facilities are new, the health is in place, the stay experience is full 💯

The overall feeling is OK. The hotel environment is clean, tidy and sanitary. The hardware and software facilities are good. The room area is not as big as expected (I have stayed in many Vienna International Hotels, and the characteristic of them is large rooms), but it is still OK. The front desk service is quite professional, and the room manager can help solve problems in a timely manner, which gives people a good feeling. The breakfast is buffet style with a decent variety. It has its own parking lot and there are quite a few restaurants around, so it is very convenient to have a simple meal.

優點:房間整體挺好，周邊吃飯可選擇黃河廣場，步行20分鐘，騎行也比較方便 缺點:出差到的比較晚需要打印資料，入住前已確認可以打印，結果到前台時告知電腦內存已滿無法打印，太晚周邊打印都已關閉。希望可以改進吧，這樣入住體驗感會更好

When booking, I chose a hotel that was close to the destination. I didn't expect much from a store that opened in 2015. I just thought that since it was a star-rated hotel, the supporting facilities should be better. But after checking in, I was actually pleasantly surprised! Although the service was not special, the room was clean and the details were very good. The spare quilts were not stored in black plastic bags like many hotels, and the spare pillows were also flat, clean and dry. The room was also large. The night view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was great. It was really a good experience. The restaurant had good service, the dishes tasted good, and the price was reasonable. I would like to add that the water pressure in the room was not enough.

The lady at the front desk was so kind and gave me a free room upgrade. The room was also very clean and well-maintained. I especially want to give a shout-out to the front desk lady – this was my first stay, and I'll definitely be back!

I have stayed at this hotel more than once. The front desk and the room sister have good service. I am responsive. Any problems during my stay can be solved as soon as possible. In the future, this hotel will become my first choice for Luohe.

This stay was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly until morning. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was well soundproofed, so I wasn't disturbed at all. The only minor drawback was that breakfast wasn't included, but overall, it was excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose this place again!
