Environment: quite high, with its own independent yard, there is a basketball court 100 meters behind, and people played basketball in the morning recently.
Environment: The sound insulation is not very good, I feel the neighbors shouting above my head when I sleep at night, the sound insulation of the room door is also average, I can hear people talking in the corridor clearly, it feels that the corridor is too closed and has reverberation

The front desk staff is kind and patiently answer questions. The location is also good, it is very convenient to travel and eat, the overall experience is full, highly recommended!

The location displayed in the booking was correct. We appreciated welcome snack and drink. The bed is comfortable.

WWangmanfuI was very satisfied with my stay. I got a room upgrade, the breakfast was delicious, and the facilities were complete. The mattress was very comfortable, and the room was clean, so I slept really well at night. The front desk service was absolutely fantastic; they even patiently helped me with a package I forgot to pick up. A big thank you!

Ttetsky19Location: the location of the hotel is a bit hard to find as it is at the back of the building and needs to go pass through the security gate upon entry and exit.
And although it’s in the heart of the City. There are no resto around the needs to walk more than 400 meters.
-the big Wanda mall is just 10 mins drive.
-Shenzhou Bird park is 15 to 20 mins drive.
Ambiance: the rooms is so spacious and has a great view and the interiors and amenities are excellent. Their toilet bowl is automatic. And has remote control. We actually didn’t expect to find this high tech and trendy hotel in this city.
PS We had a good time celebrating my baby’s first birthday. It’s comfy and price friendly. I’ll stay here again next time.

GGuest UserWhen booking, I chose a hotel that was close to the destination. I didn't expect much from a store that opened in 2015. I just thought that since it was a star-rated hotel, the supporting facilities should be better. But after checking in, I was actually pleasantly surprised! Although the service was not special, the room was clean and the details were very good. The spare quilts were not stored in black plastic bags like many hotels, and the spare pillows were also flat, clean and dry. The room was also large. The night view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was great. It was really a good experience. The restaurant had good service, the dishes tasted good, and the price was reasonable. I would like to add that the water pressure in the room was not enough.

The environment was comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The common areas were elegant, and the lounge areas were comfortable.

Most importantly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very enthusiastic in helping me with my personal needs. Special thanks to the two lovely young ladies who were on duty at the afternoon and evening reception(FD), and also to the kind older sister who taught me how to wash my clothes🙏❤️👏👍 #407

GGuest UserThe environment is generally poor; the hallway is dimly lit, and the room has a low ceiling and no main lights, making the whole place very dark. The soundproofing is terrible; the cleaning lady's work area is right next to the room, and you can hear her talking inside. You can also hear people ordering takeout in the next room, which is very disruptive. The hairdryer is also subpar; it broke after less than a minute, leaving my hair completely dry.
