MMasato ShibataI stayed at the Chuyue Hejin Hotel in Luohe for two nights during a business trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The design felt new and upscale, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and relaxing.
The staff were polite and professional. While not all of them spoke fluent English, they were very helpful and used translation apps to assist when needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth.
Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of both Chinese and some Western options. The restaurant also served dinner, which was convenient since there weren’t many restaurants within walking distance.
The location was central in Luohe and easily accessible by car. It’s a good option if you're visiting for business or just passing through the city.
I would definitely consider staying here again. The quality exceeded my expectations for a hotel in this price range.

Most importantly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very enthusiastic in helping me with my personal needs. GGuest UserWhen booking, I chose a hotel that was close to the destination. I didn't expect much from a store that opened in 2015. I just thought that since it was a star-rated hotel, the supporting facilities should be better. But after checking in, I was actually pleasantly surprised! Although the service was not special, the room was clean and the details were very good. The spare quilts were not stored in black plastic bags like many hotels, and the spare pillows were also flat, clean and dry. The room was also large. The night view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was great. It was really a good experience. The restaurant had good service, the dishes tasted good, and the price was reasonable. I would like to add that the water pressure in the room was not enough.

Ttetsky19Location: the location of the hotel is a bit hard to find as it is at the back of the building and needs to go pass through the security gate upon entry and exit.
And although it’s in the heart of the City. There are no resto around the needs to walk more than 400 meters.
-the big Wanda mall is just 10 mins drive.
-Shenzhou Bird park is 15 to 20 mins drive.
Ambiance: the rooms is so spacious and has a great view and the interiors and amenities are excellent. Their toilet bowl is automatic. And has remote control. We actually didn’t expect to find this high tech and trendy hotel in this city.
PS We had a good time celebrating my baby’s first birthday. It’s comfy and price friendly. I’ll stay here again next time.

The lobby is bright and clean, the front desk staff is warm and professional, and the check-in is quickly checked in. The room is more spacious than expected, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the night is good. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, cleaned very clean, and hot water supply is sufficient. The overall price is very high, I will choose here next time!
