I added it to my wishlist last year when it opened, and finally stayed here this year! Seeing so much greenery on the way here instantly lifted my spirits, and the red brick color scheme of the entire complex immediately calmed my mind. The whole hotel has a very high-quality feel. From the lobby to the second-floor public areas to the rooms, I loved the color scheme and furnishings; it had a sense of timeless elegance. The terrace overlooks a large lawn, and looking up, you're greeted by a view of lush greenery. I loved it. Staying in the room was so comfortable; the bright green outside and the calming brown inside made it perfect for relaxation. The warm yellow lighting at night was gentle and not glaring. There were books and a reading lamp by the bedside, making it easy to fall asleep after a couple of pages. The hotel service was excellent. They added me in advance with their contact information and informed me of the location, parking, and other details before I checked in. During my stay, communication and response were very quick. They even provided sincere and practical solutions for a minor water outage due to maintenance. I truly felt at home. The staff were all very nice, especially the guy who greeted me. Before leaving, I wanted to ask for the hotel's name, but they said no thanks, haha—such a big heart! The amenities were also great. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of choices. The First Canteen was very convenient, and the burger was delicious. My favorite restaurants for main meals are Shiwei Valley and Xiaomai. The public bathhouse is also quiet and comfortable with few people. The mountain forest exploration route and the corner tower climbing route both offer beautiful scenery. It's a nice day! The dog is super cute. I love that when you come to Aranya, you don't have to worry about anything else. It's perfect for a relaxing 2-3 day getaway!

I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a night or more, near Jinshanling Middle Gate Great Wall. It is just beside the ticket counter. And when other shops are closed after sunset, the property can still cook up some dinner for the guests. On my second night, the portion of my fried rice was so big, I felt grateful for the treatment. The bed was comfortable. The room heater worked very well. The place was not noisy. It was a good stay.

Very satisfied, mainly close to the scenic spot. I had dinner in the evening and rented a car from Beijing to stay at the foot of the Jinshanling Great Wall for one night. I saved parking and family shuttle fares. The room was very cheap and what kind of bicycles were needed. Climbing the Great Wall the next morning, there were no people. When I came out at 9:30, the tourists slowly had some. The boss is also very good, we want to buy a bottle of water and send a bottle directly.

Just a 2-minute walk from the Great Wall ticket office. The room was clean, and the homemade fried dough sticks and steamed buns for breakfast were delicious! 😋 The owners and their family were so warm and helpful. When we called from the visitor center, the owner came to pick us up. And when we checked out, since the owners weren't home, the owner's mother even drove us back to the visitor center on her electric tricycle! 🤣 We'll definitely stay here again next time.

The environment is fantastic, the park and room design are excellent, and the views are superb, with a distant sight of the Great Wall. The service is also very good. As a newly opened hotel, it's very clean, though there's still a faint new smell. The hotel occupies an entire large park, themed around sports. It features standard basketball courts, football fields, and other sports facilities, as well as a chess and card room, and a **game room for guests. On the ground floor, there are bicycles available for use within the park, including Giant bikes, which are very user-friendly. This is a great touch, truly adapting to the local surroundings and suitable for the hotel. Some details and areas for improvement: - The central air conditioning operation isn't very smooth; instructions for use should be provided. - There's no shampoo, shower gel, or hand soap; these should be added. - The mouthwash cups are too small and not very practical; they should be adjusted. - There's no space for storing clothes; hangers are needed. The balcony is beautiful, so consider adding a drying rack. - The lighting control system is too simple; the desk area should have separate controls. - There's a lack of emergency lighting and fire escape items; a flashlight and gas mask should be provided.

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and fresh air, and both the facilities and cleanliness are impeccable. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious. Overall, the service was satisfactory. However, I have to complain about a front desk staff member who answered the phone between 7 and 10 PM on the 31st. The first time I reported the washing machine wasn't working, she actually told me it was leaking and advised me not to use it. I ended up fixing and using it myself. The second time I called about the shower water not getting hot, her response was even more ridiculous: she told me to just keep running the water until it got hot. I wasted nearly half an hour, and the water never got warm. In the end, a housekeeping staff member came and simply inserted the gas card, which solved the problem. What's worse is her terrible attitude; she was argumentative and refused to admit her incompetence in handling issues, acting as if she knew everything. She definitely deserves a bad review! On another note, the hotel is very close to Jinshanling Great Wall, which is absolutely worth a visit!

The surrounding area is very prosperous, eating is very convenient, living is quite good, the waiter is very enthusiastic, especially the front desk, how to say, the special room is enough, if the economy is rich, you can set a high floor room

The guesthouse is at walking distance to the gate of the Jinshanling wall. The people running it are very helpful and kind and the food at their restaurant is delicious (with a lot of vegetarian options). I would recomendo this place if you are planning on visiting the wall.

The hotel room is not very warm, the quilt is relatively thin, and the soundproofing is very poor. At 23:30 last night, people in other rooms in the corridor were still making loud noises, which was very speechless. A deposit of 100 is required for check-in, and it cannot be refunded upon check-out, only 100 in cash, but it must be paid after the cleaning staff has checked the room (I don't understand what the 100 deposit is for in such a shabby hotel with nothing in the room?). It is a waste of time!

The room was simple but clean. It didn’t face the outside but the dinner veranda area, so if you are every sensible to noise while sleeping not ideal. I slept super good no issues. The owner/ manager was nice and welcoming. Food is ok, a bit oily but good. Amenities where a bit scarse, no towel, only a reusable one which is not enough for a shower. Overall is a good price for location hotel.
