Advantages: 1. The overall design of the B&B is quite good, and you can see that the designer hopes to create a new scene at every step. There are also many areas for children to do activities and adults to relax and drink tea. The overall environment is good; 2. The food is delicious and I ate three meals in a row without any disappointments; 3. The room area is quite large and the facilities are sanitary; 4. The stove-side tea-making set meal we ordered only includes one handmade activity, but because we have two children, the housekeeper generously gave us an extra one after communicating with us; 5. My husband drank too much and vomited on the cotton fabrics in the room. I asked for compensation, but the B&B did not accept it. I felt understood and tolerated for this, and I felt better. Things that need to be improved: 1. As the hotel is newly opened, it has not experienced winter yet. The air conditioning and hot water effects in the lobby and rooms are not very good. If it gets colder, it will probably affect the stay experience; 2. It feels a bit too busy during the meal peak. If you order food in advance, you must confirm with the customer service number repeatedly to avoid mistakes; 3. It is recommended that the staff wear uniforms to work. It feels a bit strange to not be able to tell who is the staff during the stay. Overall, although there are no value-added services such as small gifts, every staff member is warm and friendly when you seek help. I recommend it.

From booking to check-out, every detail was touching! The receptionist had a warm smile and proactively upgraded our room. The room was exquisitely decorated, with a stunning view from the bay window. The turndown service was especially thoughtful, even tidying up the charging cables for us. This level of service deserves a five-star rating.

The weather was fine during the Minor Snow solar term. It's convenient to get to the Sky Theater, Cuiyuan Park, and Xihu Mountain Park from the hotel. The hotel service was warm and welcoming. The housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices.

Because of the heavy snow on the 22nd, we reserved the whole place on the 21st. It was really amazing. Every scene was amazing, mainly because the dogs were so well-behaved. Plus it was snowing, it was so atmospheric. If you come here in the summer, you can call a few friends or have a company meeting. Anyway, we will come again next time. Knowing it was my birthday, she specially decorated the place and sent champagne 🍾️. She was very enthusiastic. The auntie who cooked was also very nice. She heated up the food for us the next day for fear of waste. It was a warm and cozy stay!

Nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms with very good air conditioning. The decoration is exquisite, and the boss is very thoughtful about the decoration. The walls of the room are covered with tiles, which is very high-end. There is also an elevator. The environment is good and the experience is great. It feels as warm as returning home. The front desk service is very warm and considerate, the room rate is affordable and very cost-effective, the location is very convenient to go anywhere, and the parking downstairs is quite wow, there are parking spaces everywhere. There are snack bars and supermarkets next to it, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. All in all, the experience was very good and I will come again next time.

Staff are very friendly and check-in was quick. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The only downside is that the whole hotel, from lobby to rooms, smells strongly of cigarette smoke. The smell even got into our sleeping clothes from the room. This is a problem with guest behavior, and I don’t think the hotel can fix it, but it is unpleasant.

I don't often write reviews, but my recent stay at the Hanyi Hotel in Liuyang truly offered a unique and impressive experience. Firstly, no deposit was required, which actually surprised me a little, as it's usually standard practice in bigger cities. The area around the hotel is very convenient for dining, with a local market nearby and Tianhong Shopping Mall also within close proximity. The service from the staff was impeccable. My room was spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly, even leaving a thoughtful greeting note. The lobby also provides complimentary wellness teas and lemonade. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend it.

This hotel is incredibly close to the Sky Theater, making it perfect for watching fireworks, and getting there was a breeze. We felt completely at ease during our stay. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, and any issues we had were handled incredibly quickly. Highly recommend!

Decided on a whim to visit Liuyang for the fireworks. Seeing it was ranked second among luxury hotels on Ctrip, I booked it without hesitation. The hotel is located right by the Liuyang River, and from the room's balcony, you can see the entire river. In the evening, fireworks are set off along the river, which was a beautiful sight. While the hotel room had a slightly dated feel, it was impeccably clean. The only minor drawback was the bathroom layout; the toilet and sink were too close, making it quite cramped to wash your face. Also, no hair conditioner was provided among the toiletries, which I hope they can improve. During both check-in and check-out, the bellhops were very helpful and enthusiastically assisted with luggage. Overall, it truly felt like a home away from home.
