"I stayed for 4 nights, and this is my second booking.
**Facilities:** It's an older hotel. The lobby and hallway common areas are fairly well-maintained, but the in-room facilities are quite old.
**Cleanliness:** The suite's cleanliness was not good. Perhaps due to a low occupancy rate, the bathrobe, when newly opened, was actually dirty. There were two long hairs on the sofa, and the carpet was very dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned.
**Environment:** The location is downtown, and there's plenty of parking.
**Service:** Items were delivered fairly quickly, but the staff would sometimes forget to bring certain things. The training seems to be subpar."

"The room was new, with a slightly vintage-style decor. The front desk and lobby manager were very helpful upon check-in and even provided travel tips. Parking was free, and there was no price increase even during the May Day holiday. However, that evening, when ordering takeout, the delivery robot malfunctioned. The front desk said the robot had made three deliveries, but the room phone wasn't ringing (although it could answer calls to the front desk). Despite this, the front desk still decided to let the malfunctioning robot deliver a fourth time. On the fourth attempt, I opened the door to wait for the robot, but the password was incorrect. One takeout delivery took an hour and a half."

"It was quite late when we arrived. The bed was comfortable to sleep on, and the curtains had excellent light blocking effect! The room was very transparent with floor-to-ceiling windows. The watermelon and cantaloupe in the breakfast restaurant were quite fresh, and the Hunan rice noodles were really a must 👍🏻👍🏻 The braised pork soup noodles had a rich soup base. I will choose this place again next time I come to Liuyang on a business trip! !"

Guest UserAdvantages: 1. The overall design of the B&B is quite good, and you can see that the designer hopes to create a new scene at every step. There are also many areas for children to do activities and adults to relax and drink tea. The overall environment is good; 2. The food is delicious and I ate three meals in a row without any disappointments; 3. The room area is quite large and the facilities are sanitary; 4. The stove-side tea-making set meal we ordered only includes one handmade activity, but because we have two children, the housekeeper generously gave us an extra one after communicating with us; 5. My husband drank too much and vomited on the cotton fabrics in the room. I asked for compensation, but the B&B did not accept it. I felt understood and tolerated for this, and I felt better. Things that need to be improved: 1. As the hotel is newly opened, it has not experienced winter yet. The air conditioning and hot water effects in the lobby and rooms are not very good. If it gets colder, it will probably affect the stay experience; 2. It feels a bit too busy during the meal peak. If you order food in advance, you must confirm with the customer service number repeatedly to avoid mistakes; 3. It is recommended that the staff wear uniforms to work. It feels a bit strange to not be able to tell who is the staff during the stay. Overall, although there are no value-added services such as small gifts, every staff member is warm and friendly when you seek help. I recommend it.

This homestay has a puppy named Yunduo and a very tame little cockroach (temporarily called Xiaohei), they are very clingy, and they sleep in the sun on the bench with them. This is a homestay that can heal people. I don't want to praise their home's decoration style and service quality. It is more that I can really feel the warmth and comfort brought by being away from the noise of the city. I like this store very much, this is a store that will make me nostalgic.

Travel with your partner to the treasure hotel! The room is super light, the decoration is gentle and textured, the hygiene is impeccable, the mattress is soft, the sound insulation is superb, and the rest is completely undisturbed. There are many foods downstairs, very close to the attractions, and it is super convenient to go out and play. The staff is intimate and gentle, full of details, the overall atmosphere is warm and relaxing, giving a lot of points for the journey, couples travel is highly recommended!

The walls of the room are covered with tiles, which is very high-end. There is also an elevator. The environment is good and the experience is great. It feels as warm as returning home. The front desk service is very warm and considerate, the room rate is affordable and very cost-effective, the location is very convenient to go anywhere, and the parking downstairs is quite wow, there are parking spaces everywhere. There are snack bars and supermarkets next to it, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. All in all, the experience was very good and I will come again next time.

Porter FamilyStaff are very friendly and check-in was quick. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The only downside is that the whole hotel, from lobby to rooms, smells strongly of cigarette smoke. The smell even got into our sleeping clothes from the room. This is a problem with guest behavior, and I don’t think the hotel can fix it, but it is unpleasant.

I don't often write reviews, but my recent stay at the Hanyi Hotel in Liuyang truly offered a unique and impressive experience. Firstly, no deposit was required, which actually surprised me a little, as it's usually standard practice in bigger cities. The area around the hotel is very convenient for dining, with a local market nearby and Tianhong Shopping Mall also within close proximity. The service from the staff was impeccable. My room was spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly, even leaving a thoughtful greeting note. The lobby also provides complimentary wellness teas and lemonade. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend it.

This hotel is incredibly close to the Sky Theater, making it perfect for watching fireworks, and getting there was a breeze. We felt completely at ease during our stay. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, and any issues we had were handled incredibly quickly. Highly recommend!

Decided on a whim to visit Liuyang for the fireworks. Seeing it was ranked second among luxury hotels on Ctrip, I booked it without hesitation. The hotel is located right by the Liuyang River, and from the room's balcony, you can see the entire river. In the evening, fireworks are set off along the river, which was a beautiful sight. While the hotel room had a slightly dated feel, it was impeccably clean. The only minor drawback was the bathroom layout; the toilet and sink were too close, making it quite cramped to wash your face. Also, no hair conditioner was provided among the toiletries, which I hope they can improve. During both check-in and check-out, the bellhops were very helpful and enthusiastically assisted with luggage. Overall, it truly felt like a home away from home.
