"I stayed for 4 nights, and this is my second booking.
**Facilities:** It's an older hotel. The lobby and hallway common areas are fairly well-maintained, but the in-room facilities are quite old.
**Cleanliness:** The suite's cleanliness was not good. Perhaps due to a low occupancy rate, the bathrobe, when newly opened, was actually dirty. There were two long hairs on the sofa, and the carpet was very dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned.
**Environment:** The location is downtown, and there's plenty of parking.
**Service:** Items were delivered fairly quickly, but the staff would sometimes forget to bring certain things. The training seems to be subpar."

Really good! Health is in place, the room is comfortable, the bedding pillows are very comfortable. Must praise the front desk lady, warm and thoughtful. Seeing that I took more things, I was very enthusiastic to prepare a bag for me to pack scattered clothes, very intimate.
The breakfast is rich and varied. There is also free parking, and the ground and underground are very spacious.
Luck is also very good, the window can see the fireworks.
The price is absolutely perfect, come back next time!

The food stalls near the hotel were clean and hygienic, and the food was quite good! It would be even better if the hotel offered late-night snacks! We booked three rooms, and in one of them, there were bloodstains on the headboard, which appeared to have been left uncleaned! Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel's service and facilities!

Because of the heavy snow on the 22nd, we reserved the whole place on the 21st. It was really amazing. Every scene was amazing, mainly because the dogs were so well-behaved. Plus it was snowing, it was so atmospheric. If you come here in the summer, you can call a few friends or have a company meeting. Anyway, we will come again next time. Knowing it was my birthday, she specially decorated the place and sent champagne 🍾️. She was very enthusiastic. The auntie who cooked was also very nice. She heated up the food for us the next day for fear of waste. It was a warm and cozy stay!

Decided on a whim to visit Liuyang for the fireworks. Seeing it was ranked second among luxury hotels on Ctrip, I booked it without hesitation. The hotel is located right by the Liuyang River, and from the room's balcony, you can see the entire river. In the evening, fireworks are set off along the river, which was a beautiful sight. While the hotel room had a slightly dated feel, it was impeccably clean. The only minor drawback was the bathroom layout; the toilet and sink were too close, making it quite cramped to wash your face. Also, no hair conditioner was provided among the toiletries, which I hope they can improve. During both check-in and check-out, the bellhops were very helpful and enthusiastically assisted with luggage. Overall, it truly felt like a home away from home.
