From the moment we arrived, we was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality that made us feel right at home. The owner’s attentiveness sets this guesthouse apart from any other accommodations I've experienced. He ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect, from offering personalized recommendations to constantly updating and checking up on us.Their passion for providing an exceptional experience was evident in every interaction. The guesthouse itself was beautifully maintained, featuring cozy rooms with a unique decor that reflected the character of the area. The access road to the guesthouse was quite frefreshing with amazing views but the the last 1,3 km was scary. If you planning a visit I suggest ensuring that your vehicle is in good condition and ideally having an experienced driver behind the wheel. With patience and caution, you’ll be rewarded with an unforgettable stay in a beautiful, serene setting.

I came to Yiwu to visit the trade city and compared several hotels in the area. I'm so glad I chose Cai, because staying here felt like the absolute right decision. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to phases 2 and 3 of the trade city, making it easily walkable. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The lobby has an elegant ambiance, and every little detail is meticulously maintained, showing how dedicated the hotel management is. The front desk service was gentle, polite, and enthusiastically attentive – truly impeccable! The room was clean and bright with good lighting. The hotel's voice-controlled butler was very convenient. The space was just right, with a well-organized layout. The bathroom had a clean wet/dry separation, and the toiletries were complete and of decent quality. The breakfast buffet was rich and abundant, offering a full range of Chinese simple meals. The congee was warm and comforting for the stomach, and the pastries were soft and delicious, freshly made daily. The taste was truly outstanding! For the price, considering the overall service, environment, and facilities, it far surpassed competitors in the same price range. I didn't encounter any unpleasant issues during my stay; it was comfortable and hassle-free. I highly recommend it and will definitely rebook for future trips.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to the Qin Palace and Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden scenic areas, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, and the room was spotlessly clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, comparable in quality to what you'd find in a star-rated hotel. It's great value for money and highly recommended as the top choice for anyone visiting Hengdian.

What a stroke of luck! As soon as we checked in, we met the legendary 'landlady' (bao zu po), who warmly escorted us to our room. We were absolutely delighted with the room we booked this time; it had two balconies facing different directions, offering a constant view of the performances 🎭. All the hotel staff were very friendly, and the concierge group chat was incredibly convenient, with super-fast responses. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next visit!

Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel Rating: ★★★★☆ We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay: **Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店 **Check-In Experience:**   We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.   **Room Comfort:**   Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. **Facilities:**   The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine. **Service:**   The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out. **Room for Improvement:**   While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment. **Final Thoughts:**   This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.  In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages. Would we return? Absolutely!

The hotel is located directly within the scenic area, granting guests unlimited free entry and exit throughout their stay. During closing hours, food delivery comes directly to your room; during opening hours, it's delivered to the front desk. However, even the furthest rooms are only a 10-15 minute walk from reception, with some as close as 2-3 minutes. Rooms are scattered throughout the scenic area, each with a different style, and I'd estimate the tallest buildings are no more than three stories. Do note that some rooms lack elevators, and while it's only one or two flights of stairs, it might be inconvenient for elderly guests or those with young children, so it's best to specify your needs when booking. The scenic area itself is mainly for sightseeing, costume photography, and enjoying shows and activities. It's not huge but is well-laid out; you can walk the entire park in about an hour. The NPCs are dedicated and enthusiastic, engaging well with visitors and creating a lively atmosphere. A special shout-out to the ever-present 'landlady' (Baozupo character) for her warm service, fulfilling all sorts of small wishes for the kids – truly appreciated! Three things to note: 1. Since it's located within the Guangzhou Street scenic area and themed around various film and TV dramas, don't set your expectations too high for room size or internal facilities. 2. There are restaurants, a supermarket, and milk tea shops within the park. You won't go hungry, and prices aren't outrageous, but don't expect gourmet dining. Even food delivery options are limited, as Hengdian is essentially just a town. 3. This place is ideal for those who enjoy costume photography and family trips. If you're looking for deep cultural immersion or natural tranquility, this might not be the best choice.

The hotel overall is pretty good. The lobby offers amenities like eye masks and mouthwash, which is a really thoughtful touch! Next time I'm in Yiwu, I'd definitely choose this place again!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Borreman Hotel in Yiwu. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with excellent service. A special thank you to Xiao Zhang and the entire team for their kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness throughout my stay. Everyone made me feel very welcome and was always ready to assist whenever needed. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Yiwu. Highly recommended!

The hotel I stayed at this time was quite satisfactory. Parking is convenient, there is a bus stop next to the hotel, it is especially easy to go out by car, whether it is to go to the attractions or the business district is very convenient. The room is OK, the space is not cramped, and the daily activities are completely enough. Toiletries are also quite complete, toothbrushes, combs and face towels are individually packaged, and you can rest assured. Cleaning will be cleaned on time, changing garbage bags and replenishing daily necessities are very timely, and the desktop floor is always clean. The front desk and floor attendants are very good. They patiently answer questions when checking in. They also take the initiative to help with luggage when checking out. They smile all the time and feel very kind. Next time I come here, I should choose this one again.

Overall, I would give this hotel four stars, mainly because the location is truly excellent and one of its biggest strengths. The hotel is tucked slightly away from the main street, which actually makes it quieter and more relaxing, while still being incredibly convenient. It’s only minutes from the metro, the market, restaurants, and everything I personally needed during my stay. For location alone, I would absolutely give it five stars. I also want to especially recognize the gentleman at the front desk. He was tremendously helpful throughout my stay, always kind, professional, and accommodating. His service was outstanding and made a very positive impression on me. I stayed in the loft room, which offers a very good value for the price. The room itself was fairly nice, although there were a few challenges. One important thing for future guests to know is that the elevator only goes to the fifth floor, and then you must walk up stairs to reach the loft rooms on the sixth floor. For some travelers, especially those with heavy luggage or mobility issues, that could be difficult. The hotel would also benefit greatly from remodeling and updating. The facility is older, and a few things do not function as well as they could. That said, I can usually overlook those types of things when the service and atmosphere are warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, while the gentleman at the front desk was excellent, the woman who also helped clean the rooms was not particularly friendly or accommodating during my stay. A little more warmth and hospitality there would have made a big difference and likely would have brought this review to five stars. Still, overall, the location, value, and convenience make this a worthwhile place to stay, especially for travelers looking for easy access to the city at a reasonable price.
