International Landison Plaza Hotel Jinhua

My home is in Jinhua, but I came back with my girlfriend, so I booked a hotel that I thought was better. But a hotel that costs more than 500 and is comparable to the price of a four-star hotel in Hangzhou is really not worth it. I arrived at 2:30 pm on the first day and the room had not been cleaned yet. The window in the room cannot be closed. There have been many reports that it is very cold. The air conditioner is useless because the central air conditioner is not working at all. It is said that it can be used at 10:30, but the air conditioner is still very cold. The next day, I really caught a cold from the cold. They sent me a heater, but it didn’t work (picture below). And there are blood stains on the sheets, which is really embarrassing. I will definitely not stay here again when I come back. I am very disappointed with the hotel in my hometown.

Hygiene: Hygiene is not very ideal. As a relatively high-end hotel in Jinhua, no one noticed the obvious mark on the curtains. The water stains on the bar are also obvious. You can look at the pictures for yourself. Facilities: Although it was winter, it was still very hot in Jinhua that day. The room temperature was 30 degrees. I was told that the air conditioner could not be turned on. An electric fan was sent but it was still broken. I can’t understand why the waiter didn’t check it before delivering it. ? Environment: There was a wedding banquet and a team on the day of check-in, and there was no one to guide the hotel. The lobby was clearly non-smoking, but there were still people smoking. There was also a strong smell of smoke in the elevator. I wonder if the party upstairs was very noisy after the wedding banquet in the middle of the night. Service: Generally speaking, hotel staff do not have any proactive service awareness. Except for the guy in the breakfast room who added ice cubes to my coffee, he was very nice. He was polite throughout the whole process and handed things with both hands. I don’t know his name. I stayed throughout the stay. He was the only one who impressed me the most. I hope other staff can learn more from him.

I like to stay at the Radisson Hotel every time I travel, and this time I went to Jinhua no different. The room was upgraded to an executive king room for free. The hotel's breakfast is also very rich, including Jinhua snacks. It is very close to Jinhua Museum, Ten Thousand Buddhas Pagoda and Xichun Street. Hotel lobby manager Zhang Yuanxuan also provided warm reception and guidance. I will also choose Radisson.

I am satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The location is very good, the transportation is convenient, the environment is beautiful and it is close to Wujiang River. It is comfortable for running and walking. The room is clean and tidy. After checking out, the first officer Zheng Peng paid a return visit and made suggestions. I hope my next stay will be better.

The room date was wrongly booked, and the front desk quickly corrected it. The attitude is also very good and the breakfast is also good.

The location of the hotel is good. I have stayed here many times and the experience is very good. It is a very good choice to stay. The service of Zheng Peng, the assistant manager in the hotel lobby, is great when he returns. I like it.
