Guest User入住當天夜裡在七層的自動售貨機買吃的，付費結束後沒出貨，我打了屏幕提示的號碼和後台號碼，沒人接，我就拍了照片，回房間了。第二天退房的時候跟值班前台説了一下，也給看了照片，前台（質）問我昨晚（半夜12）點為什麼不找，今天一上午（我在睡懶覺）為什麼不找。到了下午的時候，前台發微信説工作人員已經去過了，機器上沒有卡住的商品，不能給我退賠。
Okok，我不要了🙃
另外，攜程，這個酒店為什麼在貴平台登記的名稱，和實地名稱不一致？

The room upstairs was nice, clean and tidy, and the slippers were very comfortable. Breakfast is the real highlight. A dozen local dishes are particularly delicious.
