房間乾淨整潔，超靜晚上休息的很好，早餐豐富，可口，但感動我的是，我睡過了頭，去餐廳用早餐的時候，餐廳已經再收拾清潔了，但一個男士，應該是酒店管理層的，馬上站起來招呼服務員幫我準備一些吃的，真的很暖心，對得起這個品牌，現在好多酒店客人離店要客户給好評，但我這個點評是我自願給的，值得推薦

本來可以打5星的，酒店整個環境設施以及前台的接待都不錯，但洗完澡後發現浴巾竟然是濕的，仔細查看原來是枱面盆的下水管漏水，浸濕了浴巾，不禁讓我一陣噁心。這是我幾十年酒店入住中第一次遇到這種情況，

過年回金湖探親，原來回來都住明發，有了希爾頓，必須選它。新開的，地理位置優越，各方面都不錯，尤其硬件上，客房乾淨，明亮，床品舒適。雖然是花園店，但畢竟是直營，各方面希爾頓的標準還是有的。服務人員的意識還有待提高，早餐用餐人數較多，品種補給有點跟不上。特別感謝Jerry Li，給予了很周到，很貼心的幫助和服務！五星好評！特別感謝！畢竟新開，給酒店一點時間，培訓、磨合好了，一定是金湖最舒適的酒店，沒有之一！新年裡，也祝酒店長紅～！！！
