This hotel, part of the Jinjiang chain, is conveniently located very close to the train and bus stations, making transportation a breeze. There are also several snack shops next door, which is great for quick meals. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The hot water supply was plentiful. I especially appreciated the instant hot water dispenser, which was a nice touch and removed any concerns about a traditional kettle. Breakfast was also good. Five-star rating all around!

You honestly won’t be expecting this attentive super B customer service from this hotel, really on par and even better than 5 star hotels. Receptionist was so kind, polite sweet, and ready to help when I needed help with booking a car to the airport, she handled my baggages with so much care and sent me off to my car (which she didn’t had to however she insisted out of good will). Didn’t manage to get her name, sweet lady with spectacles and tied up hair. I came by and sat in the lobby twice and was served with a drink politely. The lobby looks super IG post worthy, room was the same as described and advertised. If I’d ever come here again, this is my to stay hotel. Thanks for having me.

The room is large in size, the bathroom is very clean, there is no smell, the location is very good, the taxi is also convenient. It is originally booked for another season and chose the late check-out service. Later, I refunded and changed this one. I forgot to check it out, resulting in the check-out. I can buy an extra season membership card. It's equivalent to changing a late check-out

First of all, the address is easy to find, it is in Jingzhou Wanda, and there are many delicious foods and places to visit nearby; secondly, the room is very comfortable and clean; and the front desk service is also very considerate. The room is nice, new, big, and parking is convenient. Although the night milk is made of milk powder, it is very rich. The store is willing to give milk powder. Good night milk: good. Because of the high school entrance examination, the booked room was full, so the hotel upgraded us to a luxury twin room on the fifth floor. The room was large, the toilet was large, and it was very quiet. It was a great room.

The recommendation from Xiao Zhan at the front desk was spot-on! The entire street was bustling with local life, featuring a rich variety of authentic specialty foods. The selection was extensive and the flavors were genuine, clearly frequented by locals. We brought our child along, who enjoyed picking and tasting everything, absolutely loving every bite. Besides eating, we also enjoyed wandering and playing in the alleys. The novel snacks and lively atmosphere kept our little one excited the entire time. On one side, there's the tranquil beauty of the ancient city river, and on the other, the vibrant energy of the snack street – a perfect blend of peace and excitement that made for a truly fulfilling experience. It's a great place to appreciate historical charm and unwind, while also savoring authentic local delicacies. Highly recommended for an evening stroll with family. It was a very satisfying trip.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the surrounding business districts are complete with dining, and it is particularly convenient to travel for food. The service is even more highlight, the front desk check-in is efficient, take the initiative to help with luggage and explain the facilities in detail, and learn that I have specially upgraded the high-floor quiet room with my children. The rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and clean, the design of smart curtains and dry and wet separation bathrooms is very intimate, and the Wi-Fi signal is stable and smooth. The breakfast is rich in variety, the freshly made oysters taste great, and the fruit is fresh and juicy. I didn't encounter common problems such as poor sound insulation and perfunctory. Every detail is professional. The price is super high, I will definitely choose here next time I come to this city!

First of all, Wangwang (0006) in the front desk was very nice, patient and helpful to me all the time. She provided me ice amd dvdn thought she wasn't on duty the next day, she still managed to check on me. The Resort has such amazing facilities, unfortunately some areas look unattended and some pools are closed. I stayed in a cabana looking the lake, it was very cozy and comfortable, but the swimming pool closeby was closed so I needed to walk about 10-15 mins to go to another swimming pool. Surprisingly, the one that was open was in the area were they are reshaping some rooms, so it was noisy with hammering and drilling all day. Not good when you go there just to relax. and this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the hotel description or small letter. It’s a good destination for families with kids, since it has a water park inside.I would go back once I know the remodeling is finished.
