I initially booked a hotel for that night on Ctrip, but later saw a discounted package deal. I immediately contacted customer service to modify my booking, and they listened to my request and contacted the hotel promptly to change the order. We were extremely satisfied! 👍 Furthermore, the hotel service was excellent, thoughtful, and attentive. A small note with a greeting was like a warm current dispelling the chill. In short, it was a truly unforgettable experience."

"The location is excellent, close to the train station and the city center, about ten minutes by taxi. The lobby is grand, Xiaoyu at the front desk is very professional, and the service is great. We arrived late at night and ordered takeout, and Xiaoyu helped us deliver it to the room. The room we were arranged in was also good. The room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, the bathroom had a large bathtub, windows, and a large floor-to-ceiling window with a good view. There are many types of breakfast on the second floor, and the taste is good. There is free parking on the underground first floor"

"Cons: the hotel in general is general dirty, the elevator smell bad and when we enter the room The table extractor sounded strange, we had a hard time knowing how it turned off. Near the beds we found hairs, the extractor It was full of dust. The shower dorm had a leak that wet whole bathroom. Pros: the breakfast was very delicious. We definitely don’t recommend this hotel."

"Environment: Clean and comfortable Service: Good, attentive, and prompt The hotel is very close to the museum, just a ten-minute walk away. The streets of the old city are wide and not crowded. It's only a 6-minute walk from the hotel to the ancient city wall. The exterior looks a bit old, but the front desk upgraded our room, and the inside was fine. The room was spacious, well-lit, and the soundproofing was decent. When we told the front desk that the floor drain was slow, they immediately sent someone to fix it – impressive efficiency! The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and it has its own parking lot, which is convenient."

This hotel, part of the Jinjiang chain, is conveniently located very close to the train and bus stations, making transportation a breeze. There are also several snack shops next door, which is great for quick meals. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The hot water supply was plentiful. I especially appreciated the instant hot water dispenser, which was a nice touch and removed any concerns about a traditional kettle. Breakfast was also good. Five-star rating all around!

The room is nice, new, big, and parking is convenient. Although the night milk is made of milk powder, it is very rich. The store is willing to give milk powder. Good night milk: good. Exquisite snacks: a variety of delicious. The elderly at home think it is good and live in peace and quiet. I will stay here again next time and hope to keep it up. In addition, the restaurant manager is beautiful, very polite, friendly, and a big beauty.

I’ve always like Ji Hotel. The decor is consistent and classic. The location for this hotel is quiet and it suits my purpose for this trip to Jingzhou. The 阿槹 there brings out the microwave oven to help me heat up my food even though they are having their lunch. She even remembers that I stayed at level 10. Very good customer service. The other interesting observation is that this outlet doesn’t have urine smell on the engineered wood floor at the toilet. I think the 阿槹did a good job in cleaning.

You honestly won’t be expecting this attentive super B customer service from this hotel, really on par and even better than 5 star hotels. Receptionist was so kind, polite sweet, and ready to help when I needed help with booking a car to the airport, she handled my baggages with so much care and sent me off to my car (which she didn’t had to however she insisted out of good will). Didn’t manage to get her name, sweet lady with spectacles and tied up hair. I came by and sat in the lobby twice and was served with a drink politely. The lobby looks super IG post worthy, room was the same as described and advertised. If I’d ever come here again, this is my to stay hotel. Thanks for having me.

A solid old style hotel. The room was big, the water hot, the bed comfortable and everything needed was provided. The hotel is access from a laneway off the main road and there was no noise from outside. The internal plumbing was very noisy. The hotel is not far from the east gate of the ancient city wall, a great place for a walk and itks easy to get to all the beautiful surrounding gardens. If you turn left on the main street and walk about a block you will find a good little restaurant. Don’t forget to visit the terrific museum.

Staying at the Fairfield by Marriott in Jingzhou for this trip was an experience that truly exceeded my expectations – I just have to rave about it! The hotel lobby is decorated with such thoughtful touches. They have a special 'Jingzhou One-Day Travel Guide' message board filled with heartwarming tips from travelers, and you can even write down your own travel thoughts, creating such a wonderful atmosphere. Nearby, there are displays of unique Jingzhou cultural products, toiletries, and other great items. Every little detail shows how much care they put in; even the hotel's exclusive maple leaf-shaped tag is exquisite and beautiful, making everything feel so special. The front desk staff, especially Xiao Zhan, was warm and friendly, and she thoughtfully informed me of the breakfast times during check-in.

First of all, the address is easy to find, it is in Jingzhou Wanda, and there are many delicious foods and places to visit nearby; secondly, the room is very comfortable and clean; and the front desk service is also very considerate. Must-stay for families with kids! My child absolutely loved the water park. The in-room hot spring was also great. Even though it was a holiday and crowded, everything was well-organized. The bedding was soft, and staff member 0040 was incredibly helpful, even assisting us with our luggage and taking us to the underground parking. We'll definitely bring the elders next time. This resort is highly recommended for hot springs in winter!
