GGuest UserThe service was excellent, and breakfast was great too. The room was very clean and quiet. I loved that there was complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby, just like at quick-service hotels abroad. During the Chinese New Year, they even gave us a small gift of Qiaomi rice, which was a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were always gentle-voiced and smiling. It was truly wonderful. I suggested they make the lobby smell nice, like hotels overseas, and they were very grateful and receptive! That was also a good sign! It would be even better if the value for money was higher during holidays. I hope the hotel continues to improve. I'll definitely stay here every time I come back.

AAnonymous UserBooked parent-child room, the room layout is super careful, cartoon bedding, small tents and children's toys are all available, the children are particularly happy as soon as they enter the door. The bed is very comfortable, clean and odorless, and the lighting and vision are very good. The facilities are complete and intimate, and there are children's toiletries, and the details are full. Convenient location, close to the Jingmen South Expressway intersection, the hotel has a large yard for parking! The front desk lady is warm and thoughtful. The breakfast buffet is good, the experience of bringing the baby is full, and this will be the first choice for the next trip!

GGuest UserThis kind of hotel is really good in the mainland. The service details are very good. I invited friends for lunch and dinner in the hotel. The service in the Chinese restaurant was really good and enthusiastic. It is really amazing that a hotel in a prefecture-level city can provide such service at such a high price. I would like to thank their lobby manager Wu Huarong for helping me arrange the itinerary.

The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in speed is fast, the staff are patient to answer when encountering problems, the attitude is gentle and courteous, people feel very comfortable. The rooms are well equipped and well maintained, air conditioning, hot water, bedding are very comfortable, the lighting and layout are also very reasonable, and the living is very convenient. The sanitary environment is even more satisfactory, the ground is clean and tidy, the bathroom has no smell, the bedding towels are all new to replace, there is no dust in the corner, and the whole is refreshing and clean. The location is convenient, the surrounding facilities are complete, the price is reasonable, and the price is super high compared to the same grade hotel. It is suitable for business trips or travel. It is safe and comfortable to live. I will choose here next time. I really recommend it to everyone.

Each room is equipped with free mineral water and flower tea, as well as a charging cable. In addition, the fragrance of lavender in the lobby smells very good. The hotel parking is also very convenient and free. The hotel has a wide variety of breakfasts, including steamed buns, Jiangxi rice noodles, freshly ground coffee, fruits, pastries, hot dishes, etc., which are very rich. The front desk lady has a very good service attitude, specially helped me upgrade to a deluxe bed, very comfortable and warm, and will come again next time on business trip.

SSelf RelianceThe hotel eventually resolve the issue by relocating me to another, better room. But the room they initially gave me had heating problems, such that it would heat the room up to 80° without a way to stop the heat from coming in. At the same time, there was some mold growing in the grout in the shower area. The room they relocated to is a more expensive room and much better. The part that was infuriating was that they were trying initially to explain to me that that’s the way the heating system would work. Eventually, I had to call Trip.com to complain, and that was when Trip.com called the hotel, and then they relocated me to another room.
