During the Chinese New Year, they even gave us a small gift of Qiaomi rice, which was a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were always gentle-voiced and smiling. It was truly wonderful. I suggested they make the lobby smell nice, like hotels overseas, and they were very grateful and receptive! That was also a good sign! It would be even better if the value for money was higher during holidays. I hope the hotel continues to improve. I'll definitely stay here every time I come back.

The service at the front desk is also very good, the front desk lady is warm and thoughtful, and there are small snacks in the room. Very close to Jingmen West Station, the admissions and examination bureau is not 20 minutes drive. I cook really delicious together. Friends who go shopping can also go to Zhongtian Street for shopping. There are several big shopping malls. The location is very good. The room is clean and tidy. The lighting is very good.

The hotel eventually resolve the issue by relocating me to another, better room. But the room they initially gave me had heating problems, such that it would heat the room up to 80° without a way to stop the heat from coming in. At the same time, there was some mold growing in the grout in the shower area. The room they relocated to is a more expensive room and much better. The part that was infuriating was that they were trying initially to explain to me that that’s the way the heating system would work. Eventually, I had to call Trip.com to complain, and that was when Trip.com called the hotel, and then they relocated me to another room.
