GGuest UserThe first time I came to Jingshan to practice tennis, the biggest surprise was the enthusiasm of Jingshan people, simple and staying at this Senbreath Hotel. The hotel seems to have opened last year, the hardware facilities are very new, the large screen TV, the bedding is very comfortable, the soft and moderate, no less than the Shangri-La bedding in Wuhan. The shower water quality, water pressure, water flow are very good, and the bathroom supplies taste very high. The sky garden on the 8th floor of the hotel is very beautiful and you can also barbecue. There is also a large writing desk that can be used for office in the lobby on the first floor. The location is also very good, there are many restaurants, convenience stores and a park nearby. What makes me most satisfied is the service of the hotel staff at home, which is really responsive and has the standard of answering questions. In addition, the hotel provides free service for car pick-up and delivery within 5 kilometers. The general manager personally drove us to various tennis courts to experience! Very good stay experience, highly recommended, next time you come to Jingshan, you must still be this hotel!

GGuest UserThis stay was great! As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the front desk greeted us warmly and poured us a cup of hot tea. The front desk checked us in quickly and considerately, and also introduced the hotel's services in detail. Any needs were responded to quickly, the room environment was impeccable, cleaned spotlessly, warmly decorated, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing me to sleep well every night. The hotel’s good night porridge is also good. If the weather is cold and you don’t want to go out to eat, you can eat it in the hotel lobby and you can still be very full!

The service in the Chinese restaurant was really good and enthusiastic. It is really amazing that a hotel in a prefecture-level city can provide such service at such a high price. I would like to thank their lobby manager Wu Huarong for helping me arrange the itinerary.

The promotion focuses on the original ecological homestay style of the century-old house. Looking at the ancient charm, the atmosphere is full. I only found out that the so-called old house characteristics are all reflected in the old hardware. The house is old, the walls are mottled everywhere, the light in the house is dim and depressing, and the sun does not shine all year round. It looks gloomy and depressed all day long, and it perfectly restores the most authentic appearance of the old house.
The surrounding environment is quiet and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the location is remote and the traffic is very inconvenient, the travel is extremely troublesome, the surrounding facilities are nothing, and the daily shopping and eating have to be long-distance. It is very suitable for tourists who like to be alone and do not like to go out.
The room focuses on retro feelings, the facilities inside are simple and old, the decoration is simple and rough, the furniture style is old and aging, and it is limited to use everywhere. The dust and moisture in the house are very well done. The room is humid and stuffy all year round. The corners can be seen with moisture traces. The air circulation is very poor. It is uncomfortable to enter the door.
The sound insulation effect can be called the original ecological level, the wall of the house is thin, the wind and insects outside the house, the neighborhood movement can be heard clearly, the night is particularly noisy, there is no way to rest safely, it is a test of personal sleep determination.
The washing and bathroom facilities are strong in age, the equipment is aging, the water is intermittent, the water pressure and temperature are unstable, and the washing process is not smooth everywhere. The room cleaning is perfunctory on the surface, the sanitary details are rough, the corner debris dust is unattended, and the cleanliness is really not flattering.
The staff's attitude is flat and loose, the service awareness is weak, the check-in process is delayed, there is any need for help on weekdays, the response is cold and delayed, and the problem is never actively helped to solve it. The whole process is basically taken care of by the guests.
The main catering emergency reserve, there is instant noodles, and there is a charge, there is no ham sausage, barely can fill the stomach.
The whole is advertised with a century-old house net red steamed bun, the appearance atmosphere looks attractive, the actual accommodation conditions are simple and backward, and the living comfort is extremely poor. Suitable for simply punching in and taking pictures, people who do not pursue accommodation environment, do not pay attention to sanitary conditions, and do not have requirements for the quality of life to come and experience it. I really do not recommend travel and living options.

SSelf RelianceThe hotel eventually resolve the issue by relocating me to another, better room. But the room they initially gave me had heating problems, such that it would heat the room up to 80° without a way to stop the heat from coming in. At the same time, there was some mold growing in the grout in the shower area. The room they relocated to is a more expensive room and much better. The part that was infuriating was that they were trying initially to explain to me that that’s the way the heating system would work. Eventually, I had to call Trip.com to complain, and that was when Trip.com called the hotel, and then they relocated me to another room.

WWillory360I was actually amaze by the service , they actually care alot about the customers they help me with everthing that even when its not part of the service , the Hotel enviaroment is suitable for travalers who came for bineses in the city of Jingmen the Hotel is located in a silence place , i recomend it ❤️.

But 1. It is not recommended to put a fabric sofa, because unlike the sheets and quilts that can be replaced every day, the dirty cloth guests feel bad.
2. The kettle may have been boiled before or something, there are eggshells! There are attachments at the bottom! It is difficult to grasp repeat customers without strict control.
3. At night, 2.20 was awakened by the next door, and it felt like it was on the top. You can hear the speech and soundproof.
