The service was excellent, and breakfast was great too. The room was very clean and quiet. I loved that there was complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby, just like at quick-service hotels abroad. During the Chinese New Year, they even gave us a small gift of Qiaomi rice, which was a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were always gentle-voiced and smiling. It was truly wonderful. I suggested they make the lobby smell nice, like hotels overseas, and they were very grateful and receptive! That was also a good sign! It would be even better if the value for money was higher during holidays. I hope the hotel continues to improve. I'll definitely stay here every time I come back.

This stay was great! As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the front desk greeted us warmly and poured us a cup of hot tea. The front desk checked us in quickly and considerately, and also introduced the hotel's services in detail. Any needs were responded to quickly, the room environment was impeccable, cleaned spotlessly, warmly decorated, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing me to sleep well every night. The hotel’s good night porridge is also good. If the weather is cold and you don’t want to go out to eat, you can eat it in the hotel lobby and you can still be very full!

This kind of hotel is really good in the mainland. The service details are very good. I invited friends for lunch and dinner in the hotel. The service in the Chinese restaurant was really good and enthusiastic. It is really amazing that a hotel in a prefecture-level city can provide such service at such a high price. The environment of the hotel is very good, and the facilities and equipment are also very complete. The laundry room, gym, dryer, ironing machine are all on the fourth floor, and there is a large parking lot. The service at the front desk is also very good, the front desk lady is warm and thoughtful, and there are small snacks in the room. Very close to Jingmen West Station, the admissions and examination bureau is not 20 minutes drive. I cook really delicious together. Friends who go shopping can also go to Zhongtian Street for shopping. There are several big shopping malls. The location is very good. The room is clean and tidy. The lighting is very good.

Overall satisfied but rooms quite darkness cos lights bulb look like not enough. Wild car & helmets super dirty & didn’t clean at all, make me & my friends dressed & hair have too much dust. Abit disappointed too.

Some high-end room types, such as the ”Bo Xin Tang Yuan” and ”Zi Jin Tang Yuan” villas, also feature independent courtyards and even larger outdoor soaking tubs, further enhancing privacy and the overall experience. In terms of experience details, the hot spring water originates from the Tangyanfan Geothermal Field and is a rare hot spring rich in various minerals such as metasilicic acid, radon, fluorine, and strontium, leaving the skin feeling smooth after soaking. The hotel opened in 2023, so the facilities are relatively new and the overall environment is clean. The natural wood-style decor is also well-received. Service is responsive; requests for services such as water and mops are quickly fulfilled. However, some guests have mentioned details that could be improved, such as the less-than-ideal soundproofing of some room doors. Overall, for families seeking privacy, convenience, and high-quality family time, the private hot spring rooms at Jingshan Tianmu are a highly recommended choice.

The hotel eventually resolve the issue by relocating me to another, better room. But the room they initially gave me had heating problems, such that it would heat the room up to 80° without a way to stop the heat from coming in. At the same time, there was some mold growing in the grout in the shower area. The room they relocated to is a more expensive room and much better. The part that was infuriating was that they were trying initially to explain to me that that’s the way the heating system would work. Eventually, I had to call Trip.com to complain, and that was when Trip.com called the hotel, and then they relocated me to another room. 

At first, I was not used to not seeing the lobby on the first floor, but when I walked to the top of the building, I saw another scene, which was a pleasant surprise. The overall feeling was comfortable, the service was warm, the environment was clean and tidy, and it was quiet without being disturbed by the outside world. I could feel that the boss was a person who pursued comfort.

Must praise his breakfast, the variety is more than expected, the porridge is very good, with four kinds of porridge side dishes. The little girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic, watching us take the children, and took the initiative to help with the luggage. The parking lot is spacious and easy to park, close to the elevator entrance, too friendly to self-driving tourists.
