GGuest UserSurprisingly good! The room was spacious and very clean. I originally planned to stay only one day because I was just passing through, but the bed and pillows were so comfortable that I slept very well, so I decided to stay an extra day to rest. The owner was also very nice and recommended fun and delicious places to eat. Parking was convenient too. It's safe to say it's incredibly good value for money, the best private hotel of its kind we've stayed in. A must-try!

GGuest UserThe hotel has a good environment, a good location, the reception service at the front desk is warm and free to upgrade the room type, thoughtful, the room cleaning is timely and efficient, the staff are very dedicated to handling problems in time, put themselves in the care of the guests, very satisfied with a stay experience, I feel the warmth of home, the beds are comfortable, the supplies are intimate, and the service is meticulous. It is an ideal place to stay for business trips and travel.

SShakilacaoThe reception was warm and welcoming, and the dinner and breakfast were delicious. You didn't have to leave the room, they would be delivered to the room. The whole house is hygienic and clean, and there are electric heaters to cool down at night. The mattress was great to sleep on and the duvet was warm. Two large beds, a family of four traveling together, a very comfortable stay!

The snow still exists in April, and the thin ice makes you fall lightly.
It has the geographical advantages of being far away from the village and the store, and enjoying the snow in winter and escaping the heat in summer!
Facilities: Although it is off-season, everything is available! It depends on what you want!
Hygiene: Clean and tidy.
Environment: Needless to say: beautiful
Service: Excellent, the beauty at the front desk saw me fall while riding a bike, and she was so nervous that she almost took me home to take care of me! I wish you happiness.
Restaurant: Dinner: I didn’t want to order dishes, so I had a staff meal, which tasted very good!
Breakfast: steamed buns, rice porridge, eggs and pickles, delicious and filling.

GGuest UserWhen I went to Genhe temporarily booked the hotel, the proprietress upgraded the thatched house room type. The room was very large and very good. It was the most spacious room I lived in on this trip. The whole house was smart. The only drawback was that it might have just been renovated soon, and there was a taste. Then the ventilation was a small door. More ventilation measures can be added, the rest is perfect

AAnonymous User1. The hotel does not have a front desk, so you have to check in and check out at the Iqsamar hotel front desk on the side.
2. The whole check-in process of entering the hotel is not service at all. I can't find the room. There is no one in the room area. There is no guide sign on the stairs. The breakfast waiter is very good. Butler service does not exist. The gym did not see it.
3. The room facilities are very new and the taste is very big. It is recommended to put a taste in the business. The water quality is very poor.
4. At 9:55 in the morning, room service knocked on the door to confirm whether it could be cleaned. I kept chatting at the door and said why I hadn't checked out. Can you if you are a guest? Very annoying.
