This hotel was very nicely decorated and provided a comfortable resting place after a long drive from Heilongjian into Inner Mongolia. The welcome was warm and the room had everything I needed. I was also able to quickly and easily get my washing done and dried. There is also plenty of parking. If you like trains, this place is also located by the tracks so it's an added bonus. Just be prepared for the horn. I must return with my partner next winter to Genhe as, sadly, the weather was too warm and it did not get down below -30c. There must have been a heatwave or something. If and when I return, I shall very likely stay here again. Thanks and Happy Chinese New Year.

We stayed with children, and although it was below freezing outside, the room was very warm. The hotel's decor was exquisite and thoughtful, which the kids loved. The service was warm and welcoming, especially the hotel restaurant, which was just a short walk from the hotel. The food was delicious, and the portions were very generous. The sweet and sour pork and the cabbage and tofu were particularly tasty. The private rooms were full of people having dinner parties in the evenings, and there's also a wedding banquet hall downstairs.

Excellent choice for friendly, warm, helpful, clean and modern hotel. The owner and family is extremely friendly and helpful. You won’t feel you are just a lodger. The Xiwuqiya Cuoluozi Camp in Genhe was absolutely the best accommodation experience of our Hulunbuir trip, bar none. The hotel is conveniently located, close to Genhe's landmarks and the Aoluguya Reindeer Village. The environment is clean and full of local character, with well-appointed rooms and prompt room service. A special shout-out to our housekeeper, Miaomiao, who provided warm hospitality throughout our stay and offered many thoughtful tips and suggestions. Additionally, the hotel arranged an Ewenki folk performance in the evening, which was clearly put together with great care – both adults and children had a fantastic time.

The unique window view and the buffet breakfast deserve full marks. I forgot to take a picture of the breakfast. There are many choices, the service is friendly, and the surroundings are very quiet. You can see the mountains and autumn scenery across the street, which is very characteristic of the Greater Khingan Range. It is only a 10-minute drive from the center of Genhe. If you drive by yourself and are not in a hurry, this place is very convenient. #breakfast The breakfast is rich, fresh, delicious and very refreshing. #The service is a little more expensive than in Hailar City. It would be better if they could provide more disposable supplies.

This newly opened hotel is ideally located within the Aoluguya scenic area. It's an unbeatable spot, just a short walk to the Aoluguya Reindeer Tribe. The scenic trail right next to the hotel offers stunning views, and waking up to the forest landscape outside my window every day was incredibly pleasant. The staff were friendly and courteous, patiently helping with all my questions, especially with arranging taxis and chartered cars. They even delivered my food orders right to my door. The only slight downside was that since September isn't peak season, the hotel restaurant only offered breakfast, and all other dining options within the scenic area were closed. For lunch and dinner, if I didn't want to go out, my only option was food delivery, but there weren't many choices nearby. I also have a few small suggestions: I hope the hotel can provide more hooks in the bathroom and restroom. There was nowhere to hang used hand and bath towels, and the only place to hang clothes was a row of hooks, no hangers. A small improvement here would greatly enhance comfort. The bedding and towels were very clean, and I slept comfortably. Although the room didn't have air conditioning, simply opening the window provided a lovely natural breeze and fresh air, which was perfect for autumn. The scenery here is so beautiful that I'd love to visit again in the future! I hope there will be more dining options nearby then, so I can stay longer without worrying about food and drink.

The bathroom has a large bathtub for bathing, and a disposable bathtub cover is provided. There are a lot of restaurants within a 500m walk, and Mixue Ice City is opposite.

The room is spacious, parking is better, heating is very quiet, and travel is very convenient. No breakfast is provided. The price is still expensive. There were small bugs on the bed. After being bitten, the skin was itchy and red. I went to the China-Mongolia Hospital to see the emergency department and spent more than 70 yuan.
