GGuest UserThis is the first time I have actively given a good review to a hotel since I used the platform. I didn't expect that the room, which is less than 170 square meters, has such a good environment, very clean and hygienic, and impeccable service. The check-in lady was very fast and introduced it to me in great detail. She also sent us wontons and noodles so late at night. The breakfast was indeed as rich as described in the reviews, so much that I couldn't eat it all. I stayed there the next day and when I came back, I saw the waiter had folded my clothes neatly. I also paid with a card, which was handwritten. I was so moved. In the afternoon, they also sent snacks with a chewy texture. I have to say that they were so thoughtful. This is a treatment that even a five-star hotel with a room rate of more than 100 yuan doesn't have. How can I not recommend it?

I checked in at about 14 o'clock, and I checked out after 14 o'clock on the second day. It was really good.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by the ancient atmosphere here. I would like to especially thank the hotel's front desk service team. After my first night there, the front desk lady called me the next day to ask if there was any noise at night and whether I needed to change rooms. The meticulous service made me feel very warm and at ease. The room was spacious and bright, with simple decoration and soft beds and quilts, ensuring that I could get a good rest after a busy day. The hotel also thoughtfully prepared a wide variety of breakfast, afternoon tea, and supper. The waiters were friendly, making my dining experience more pleasant. In addition, the hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation around it, making it easier to get a taxi. Thanks again for the hotel's excellent service!

Convenient location, very close to the airport and train station, a few hundred meters walk to Wenfeng Park, is a free park, there is a Xiangyang sign Wenfeng Tower, it is worth seeing. The front desk service was good, the room was upgraded for free, and fruit was delivered.

The cleanliness of the room exceeded expectations, the bedding was changed and washed very clean, there were no stains and smells, the mattress was very elastic, and it was very comfortable to sleep; the furniture in the room was cleaned very clean, there was no dust and oil, the floor was dry and not sticky, the garbage was cleaned up in time, and the bathroom had no damp smell. The sink mirror was polished brightly and the details were handled in place. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful. When checking in, I took the initiative to say hello, patiently explained the check-out policy and hotel services, and also helped recommend nearby specialty restaurants. The attitude was super good. The price is super high, this price can live in such a clean and comfortable room, it is really worth it. And the sound insulation effect is great, there is no noise interference at night, the room is very quiet, sleeps particularly heavy, wake up in the morning full of energy, it is worth recommending to everyone!

CCJLIUConvenient location. Great service with friendly staff who are eager to please. Nice breakfast. Free onsite laundry. They even offer free simple dinner but I did not get a chance to try. Overall a great chain hotel though the hardware start showing its age. I have stayed here three times and each I was a great experience. There are some higher end hotels in town but they are on the outskirts of the town. This is the best hotel in the town center.
