Warmish welcome at reception. Room was changed due to disappointing view from window (partially blocked). There was some confusion when I asked about the Light Meal, despite using translation apps. In the end there was no beef - but was offered egg and tomato. I did not receive the Midnight Diner Meal and was too tired to go to reception again to ask for it. From previous reviews, it appeared that these meals were brought to the room automatically. Mine were not. No Delicious Hand-Made dessert either. Disappointing. Afternoon Tea was delicious and snacks were delivered to my room. However, a member of staff also appeared at my door to check that I did not have a companion. Why? Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The majority of reception staff should try to learn from them about customer service. I had a medical issue and reception staff were helpful, though. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. But noisy - traffic and other guests could be heard. Overall, a pleasant stay but not the relaxing break I needed.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the room was very comfortable. The price was affordable and definitely worth the value provided. The hospitality of the staff was very good. They were friendly, helpful, and made guests feel welcome throughout the stay. The food was excellent, especially the buffet breakfast which offered a wide variety of choices. I was also pleasantly surprised that afternoon tea and supper were provided, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

The room we originally booked was a bit small, so we paid extra to upgrade. The new room was very spacious with excellent facilities, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. The bed was super soft and the pillows were very comfortable, though the duvet was a bit thin. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, and the Fuyang-style 'Sa Tang' (soup) tasted fantastic. The noodles at supper were delicious too. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and actively resolved any issues we had. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. As were the housekeeping staff. Room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious. Stayed for 1 night only and intend to return. Highly recommended.

AAnonymous UserI found the ideal choice here for the high requirements for the accommodation environment. The cleanliness of the room has reached a professional level. The lamps are dust-free, the walls are stained, and the corners of the furniture are wiped in place. The front desk service makes people feel happy, the staff can always remember the guest's name and greet them warmly, and the small things are also very careful. Comprehensive location, facilities and services, this price is very competitive. The most commendable is the sound insulation effect, using professional sound insulation materials and design, completely isolated from the external environment sound, so that I, a person sensitive to noise, can sleep peacefully.

Convenient location. Great service with friendly staff who are eager to please. Nice breakfast. Free onsite laundry. They even offer free simple dinner but I did not get a chance to try. Overall a great chain hotel though the hardware start showing its age. I have stayed here three times and each I was a great experience. There are some higher end hotels in town but they are on the outskirts of the town. This is the best hotel in the town center.
