This hotel is indeed excellent. The facilities are comprehensive, and the room is smart, allowing you to use ”Xiaodu” to turn on the TV, which is very high-tech. Oh, and when checking in at the front desk, the staff immediately gave us two fruit platters with cream dates, ginseng fruit, and apples, all very fresh. The hotel's breakfast is quite rich and has everything, catering to all tastes. The souvenir gifted by the front desk when checking out was also a pleasant surprise. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to ”Balihe”.

It was a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located, with shops, restaurants, and even a hair salon just nearby. As bicycle travelers, we especially appreciated being allowed to store our bicycles safely for one night in the area behind the lobby. We were also delighted to receive a local noodle soup in our room, which was absolutely delicious. The breakfast buffet the next morning was equally enjoyable, offering a great variety of tasty options. We would particularly like to express our sincere thanks to all the staff for their warm hospitality, helpful recommendations, and patience. Since we do not speak Mandarin, their kindness and willingness to assist us made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. The room we originally booked was a bit small, so we paid extra to upgrade. The new room was very spacious with excellent facilities, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. The bed was super soft and the pillows were very comfortable, though the duvet was a bit thin. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, and the Fuyang-style 'Sa Tang' (soup) tasted fantastic. The noodles at supper were delicious too. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and actively resolved any issues we had. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

This stay really exceeded expectations and must be praised. The front desk staff is gentle and courteous, the check-in speed is very fast, there are unclear places will be explained in detail, there is no perfunctory in the whole process, people feel very comfortable as soon as they enter the door. The room was cleaned, all corners were cleaned up, the supporting facilities were all available, the air conditioning and cooling effect was particularly good, and I slept quietly all night.
