GGuest UserThe location is excellent, not far from the attractions, and the dining next to it is very rich. The room is large, fully equipped, hot water is sufficient, laundry detergent lotion conditioner is everything. The front desk and the hotel's overall service are warm and thoughtful. The breakfast is quite rich, but the freshly cooked wonton has a kind of shredded pork noodles. The only dissatisfaction is that there may be a problem with hygiene. After I checked in, I found a blood spot on the sheets. I didn't want to trouble it. As a result, I passed by the front desk and happened to hear the front desk girl picking up a complaint call about the sheets. 😂 I hope the store attaches great importance to improving it!

I didn't expect that the room, which is less than 170 square meters, has such a good environment, very clean and hygienic, and impeccable service. The check-in lady was very fast and introduced it to me in great detail. She also sent us wontons and noodles so late at night. The breakfast was indeed as rich as described in the reviews, so much that I couldn't eat it all. I stayed there the next day and when I came back, I saw the waiter had folded my clothes neatly. I also paid with a card, which was handwritten. I was so moved. In the afternoon, they also sent snacks with a chewy texture. I have to say that they were so thoughtful. This is a treatment that even a five-star hotel with a room rate of more than 100 yuan doesn't have. How can I not recommend it?

I decor was lovely with nice art, flower's and teddy bears. A real cute feel.
The room was cleaned daily. New clean soft sheets each day was appreciated. The bed was soft and comfortable. Air conditioner was appreciated. The WiFi worked well. The lounge was comfortable to use.
The room snacks were tasty. I loved the ice creams from the foyer. Providing bottled water was appreciated.
The breakfast was filling. I found the fruit such as watermelon to be so tasty.
A high quality washing machine was helpful.
The location is central and handy to lovely restaurants, a park, banks.

recommend. It was the right decision for me to choose your hotel as my business trip destination in Fuyang. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by the ancient atmosphere here. I would like to especially thank the hotel's front desk service team. After my first night there, the front desk lady called me the next day to ask if there was any noise at night and whether I needed to change rooms. The meticulous service made me feel very warm and at ease. The room was spacious and bright, with simple decoration and soft beds and quilts, ensuring that I could get a good rest after a busy day. The hotel also thoughtfully prepared a wide variety of breakfast, afternoon tea, and supper. The waiters were friendly, making my dining experience more pleasant. In addition, the hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation around it, making it easier to get a taxi. Thanks again for the hotel's excellent service!

They were also very patient and helpful when I asked for directions and information about local facilities. They're genuinely friendly, and their attention to detail really made a difference. They even offered complimentary drinks. A big thank you to Xiao Qian at the front desk. The location is also fantastic, making it easy to get to different areas of Fuyang.

CCJLIUConvenient location. Great service with friendly staff who are eager to please. Nice breakfast. Free onsite laundry. They even offer free simple dinner but I did not get a chance to try. Overall a great chain hotel though the hardware start showing its age. I have stayed here three times and each I was a great experience. There are some higher end hotels in town but they are on the outskirts of the town. This is the best hotel in the town center.

At first, the shower had a shi smell, and later it was found that it was the smell of the sewer. I didn't find customer service, because I just changed it and I didn't bother to change it.
