GGuest UserOne of the best hotels in Shanghai, the room is large, the health is very good, every time I come back for business trips, I live here. The location is excellent and the travel is convenient. The front desk service is warm and efficient and the check-in is fast. The room is clean and bright, the facilities are well maintained and the bedding is comfortable. Rich breakfast, sufficient hot food supply, good living experience, continue to live here next time

LLynne MilneWarmish welcome at reception. Room was changed due to disappointing view from window (partially blocked). There was some confusion when I asked about the Light Meal, despite using translation apps. In the end there was no beef - but was offered egg and tomato. I did not receive the Midnight Diner Meal and was too tired to go to reception again to ask for it. From previous reviews, it appeared that these meals were brought to the room automatically. Mine were not. No Delicious Hand-Made dessert either. Disappointing. Afternoon Tea was delicious and snacks were delivered to my room. However, a member of staff also appeared at my door to check that I did not have a companion. Why? Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The majority of reception staff should try to learn from them about customer service. I had a medical issue and reception staff were helpful, though. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. But noisy - traffic and other guests could be heard. Overall, a pleasant stay but not the relaxing break I needed.

GGuest UserThe service at Atour Hotel in Fuyang is truly excellent, and it has deeply touched me. As I just arrived here, I was unfamiliar with many apps, including the basic Didi Taxi. Ningyu at the front desk took the initiative to help me book a taxi and reminded the driver to ensure I arrived at my destination safely. It was incredibly heartwarming.
During meals, I was pleasantly surprised. Following the guidance of the restaurant staff, I tried Fuyang's specialty ”Gelatio” for the first time. The rich flavor of sesame paste is still unforgettable to me—it's truly one of China's delicious cuisines, and I never expected to taste it at Atour Hotel. The soybean residue wrapped in pancakes was also incredibly fragrant.Thank you, Atour Hotel, for your thoughtful and warm service, which made me, a traveler from afar, feel the touching warmth of home. I will definitely recommend Atour Hotel to my colleagues and suggest they choose Atour when visiting China.

GGuest UserI feel like I'm really old. The receptionist made me feel very gentle. I don't know if she is really gentle or just gentle to customers. Anyway, it reminded me of a friend. Also, the hotel apartment, I thought it would be a hotel, but it was actually a B&B. I feel really old. I saw the hustle and bustle of Nanjing's traffic and high-rise buildings. All around were steel and concrete, beautifully dressed, with all kinds of heavy makeup, and the hurried takeaways in the middle, garbage in the corners, and the bright lights and feasting overhead. I felt a little dazed and suffocated for a moment. The last 5-star praise was for that touch of gentleness.

GGuest UserBig shout out to the hotel front desk staff! Their service was professional and incredibly welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were super fast. They were also very patient and helpful when I asked for directions and information about local facilities. They're genuinely friendly, and their attention to detail really made a difference. I had an excellent stay and highly recommend this place!

GGuest UserAlthough the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are better and should be renovated. Convenient location, very close to the airport and train station, a few hundred meters walk to Wenfeng Park, is a free park, there is a Xiangyang sign Wenfeng Tower, it is worth seeing. The front desk service was good, the room was upgraded for free, and fruit was delivered.
