GGuest UserThe hotel is newly opened, very clean, decorated and atmospheric, the room is very spacious, the layout is reasonable, and the bedding is particularly clean. Breakfast is included, the breakfast is also rich in variety, very similar to our taste, there is a small garden on the first floor downstairs, it is very colorful, you can sit there and drink tea and enjoy your leisure time. The front desk lady is particularly warm and the service is good and thoughtful. The price is reasonable and will choose again in the future.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by the ancient atmosphere here. I would like to especially thank the hotel's front desk service team. After my first night there, the front desk lady called me the next day to ask if there was any noise at night and whether I needed to change rooms. The meticulous service made me feel very warm and at ease. The room was spacious and bright, with simple decoration and soft beds and quilts, ensuring that I could get a good rest after a busy day. The hotel also thoughtfully prepared a wide variety of breakfast, afternoon tea, and supper. The waiters were friendly, making my dining experience more pleasant. In addition, the hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation around it, making it easier to get a taxi. Thanks again for the hotel's excellent service!

GGuest UserIt was my first time to come to Fuyang to watch the Zebra Music Festival. It was very quiet. Two bottles of beer were given with the ticket, which was very ceremonial. It was only ten minutes away from the Zebra Music Festival. The breakfast was also very good. There was a manager with glasses at the breakfast who was very nice, considerate and gentle in his words. Because I was very tired after watching the first show the day before, the front desk didn’t call to inform us to check out today, fearing that it would affect our rest. Every detail was very touching. Thank you Fuyang, thank you Atour, I am really, really satisfied! Come again next time!

I decor was lovely with nice art, flower's and teddy bears. A real cute feel.
The room was cleaned daily. New clean soft sheets each day was appreciated. The bed was soft and comfortable. Air conditioner was appreciated. The WiFi worked well. The lounge was comfortable to use.
The room snacks were tasty. I loved the ice creams from the foyer. Providing bottled water was appreciated.
The breakfast was filling. I found the fruit such as watermelon to be so tasty.
A high quality washing machine was helpful.
The location is central and handy to lovely restaurants, a park, banks.

Convenient location, very close to the airport and train station, a few hundred meters walk to Wenfeng Park, is a free park, there is a Xiangyang sign Wenfeng Tower, it is worth seeing. The front desk service was good, the room was upgraded for free, and fruit was delivered.

The cleanliness of the room exceeded expectations, the bedding was changed and washed very clean, there were no stains and smells, the mattress was very elastic, and it was very comfortable to sleep; the furniture in the room was cleaned very clean, there was no dust and oil, the floor was dry and not sticky, the garbage was cleaned up in time, and the bathroom had no damp smell. The sink mirror was polished brightly and the details were handled in place. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful. When checking in, I took the initiative to say hello, patiently explained the check-out policy and hotel services, and also helped recommend nearby specialty restaurants. The attitude was super good. The price is super high, this price can live in such a clean and comfortable room, it is really worth it. And the sound insulation effect is great, there is no noise interference at night, the room is very quiet, sleeps particularly heavy, wake up in the morning full of energy, it is worth recommending to everyone!

CCJLIUConvenient location. Great service with friendly staff who are eager to please. Nice breakfast. Free onsite laundry. They even offer free simple dinner but I did not get a chance to try. Overall a great chain hotel though the hardware start showing its age. I have stayed here three times and each I was a great experience. There are some higher end hotels in town but they are on the outskirts of the town. This is the best hotel in the town center.
