I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the room was very comfortable. The price was affordable and definitely worth the value provided. The hospitality of the staff was very good. They were friendly, helpful, and made guests feel welcome throughout the stay. The food was excellent, especially the buffet breakfast which offered a wide variety of choices. I was also pleasantly surprised that afternoon tea and supper were provided, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

I decided to stay an extra night and moved into another room. There was a torrential rainstorm and the 2nd floor corridor was flooded. Rainwater also came into my room. The staff worked very hard to clear the water. When I checked out, the lady on reception was not particularly friendly. Hardly looking up from her phone/laptop when I gave her my room key. I did not recognise her, was she a manager? The other receptionists and members of staff were very pleasant and helpful, though. A disappointing end to an otherwise pleasant stay.

The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. As were the housekeeping staff. Room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious. Stayed for 1 night only and intend to return. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe hotel experience of this trip is really great! The cleanliness of the room exceeded expectations, the bedding was changed and washed very clean, there were no stains and smells, the mattress was very elastic, and it was very comfortable to sleep; the furniture in the room was cleaned very clean, there was no dust and oil, the floor was dry and not sticky, the garbage was cleaned up in time, and the bathroom had no damp smell. The sink mirror was polished brightly and the details were handled in place. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful. When checking in, I took the initiative to say hello, patiently explained the check-out policy and hotel services, and also helped recommend nearby specialty restaurants. The attitude was super good. The price is super high, this price can live in such a clean and comfortable room, it is really worth it. And the sound insulation effect is great, there is no noise interference at night, the room is very quiet, sleeps particularly heavy, wake up in the morning full of energy, it is worth recommending to everyone!

Convenient location. Great service with friendly staff who are eager to please. Nice breakfast. Free onsite laundry. They even offer free simple dinner but I did not get a chance to try. Overall a great chain hotel though the hardware start showing its age. I have stayed here three times and each I was a great experience. There are some higher end hotels in town but they are on the outskirts of the town. This is the best hotel in the town center.
