After a trip to Northern Xinjiang with friends, we stopped by Dunhuang. I booked the Dunhuang Zhongzhou International Hotel based on Ctrip's hotel rankings. After checking in, I just had to praise the hotel's service; it feels like every staff member embodies a service-oriented mindset. The hotel offers airport/station pick-up service, and after making a reservation a day in advance, a hotel staff member quickly got in touch. Upon arrival at the airport, I easily connected with the pick-up vehicle and arrived smoothly at the hotel. During check-in, a staff member thoughtfully offered us tea. On the evening of our check-in, we could enjoy a complimentary bowl of noodles at the hotel restaurant, which was perfect for dinner since we arrived quite late. Additionally, the hotel offers a free 'Late Night Porridge' supper from 9 PM to 11 PM for guests who need it. The room was clean and tidy, with plenty of bottled water. Each room comes with a foot bath bucket, and the bathroom has two large rolls of toilet paper, unlike the smaller ones found in other hotels. It was perfect for playing in the sand and attending the concert. 2. The desert-themed decor and furnishings are incredibly photogenic, and the hotel facilities are brand new, including smart toilets. They even have cute little kittens around! ☺ 3. It has a starry sky theme, and the owner gives amazing stargazing classes. The rooftop terrace is perfect for stargazing, and the owner even has a professional telescope. It's fantastic! 4. The breakfast is homemade by the owner. While simple, it's clean, hygienic, and tastes great. 5. The best part is the owner's service. The whole family is incredibly nice and hospitable. They helped us with our luggage, answered all of my child's astronomy questions, provided airport transfers, and even recommended local itineraries. It's just wonderful!

Inside there is everything you need for a perfect and comfortable stay and rest. Even the smallest details, both functional and aesthetic, have been considered. There were snacks and water in the room as a compliment from the hotel. On the 5th floor there is a self-service laundry room and dryer available to guests. The cleanliness is perfect. The breakfast is rich and has both European and Asian offerings. The location is very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby, and the beautiful central part is also within walking distance. The room facilities are very complete, the environment is very good, and it is not far from the attractions. Every service staff is very enthusiastic, especially the lobby manager.
