GGuest UserThe service was so bad it didn't feel like a chain restaurant. They tried to get a membership card as soon as I walked in, saying there would be a discount for extended stays, but in the end it wasn't even as cheap as booking online. They just bundled up my laundry and put it in a bag; it was wrinkled when I took it out. The front desk said they were out of large cups of coffee and had to split it into two cups, one for me and one for her.

From the moment I entered the door, I could feel the hotel's care: the front desk lady had a super sweet smile, and the porter led us to the room after checking in quickly. He introduced the opening hours of the hot spring and the characteristics of the restaurant in detail, and was as friendly as a friend~
The room was more spacious than expected, and the mattress was moderately soft and hard. I felt relaxed as soon as I lay down. The hot spring was also very comfortable. My skin was smooth after the bath. The waiter would smile and greet me every time he met me. This feeling of ”being remembered” was so warm!
I thought it was just an ordinary vacation, but I didn't expect that everything from hardware to service exceeded my expectations, and it was completely worthy of the five-star standard. I have recommended it to my girlfriends, and I will definitely visit it again when I come to Donghai County to take a hot spring bath next month!

GGuest UserI was traveling independently during the Spring Festival, and this hot spring hotel was the one I was most looking forward to, but the actual experience was quite poor. The hot spring didn't feel like an authentic hot spring. The outdoor hot spring would be very cold if the temperature was below 15°C. The so-called private hot spring rooms were just bathtubs connected to the hot spring, which didn't really qualify as private hot springs; you could only soak in hot water. The changing room was a complete mess.
