GGuest UserThe service was so bad it didn't feel like a chain restaurant. They tried to get a membership card as soon as I walked in, saying there would be a discount for extended stays, but in the end it wasn't even as cheap as booking online. They just bundled up my laundry and put it in a bag; it was wrinkled when I took it out. The front desk said they were out of large cups of coffee and had to split it into two cups, one for me and one for her.

The hotel is in a good location, close to popular attractions and commercial areas, and very convenient for travel. The surrounding environment is quiet and not noisy, so you can have a good rest at night, while not losing the convenience of life. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
🏨 **Comfortable and clean room**
The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept until I woke up naturally! The hot spring was very comfortable, the bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, the hot water was stable, and the quality of toiletries was also good. The room was cleaned by a special person every day and kept very tidy.

The front desk staff was enthusiastic, efficient in checking in, and took the initiative to introduce local fun places and special food. The room service responded quickly, and any needs could be solved in time, making people live very comfortably.

GGuest UserThis time, I brought my child along for a trip and booked a tent hotel. It was absolutely fantastic, a truly great experience. Stepping out, you're immediately greeted by lush nature, truly breathing fresh air among the trees. The hotel's service was also superb; it was clean, hygienic, and everyone had an excellent attitude. The park is very large but exceptionally clean. The front desk staff were very patient, and when we misplaced something, the housekeeping team promptly updated us. It was genuinely a wonderful experience. There are plenty of activities for children, including a petting zoo and grass-sliding. The tent cabins are incredibly atmospheric and perfect for photos, and there were no mosquitoes – the hotel handled everything brilliantly.

I arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m., but the front desk was still very enthusiastic and solved the problem in a timely manner. The breakfast was very rich and the children ate very well.
