The room was incredibly clean and fresh, with no strange odors. The service was absolutely superb, from the front desk to the restaurant staff – everyone was so helpful. I loved the smart toilet, and having Xiao Ai control the lights was a cool touch. For anyone staying in Donghai, this is definitely the hotel to choose! I stayed with my child and felt completely at ease. I forgot to take pictures this time, but I'll be sure to next time I stay!

The service was so bad it didn't feel like a chain restaurant. They tried to get a membership card as soon as I walked in, saying there would be a discount for extended stays, but in the end it wasn't even as cheap as booking online. They just bundled up my laundry and put it in a bag; it was wrinkled when I took it out. The front desk said they were out of large cups of coffee and had to split it into two cups, one for me and one for her.

The room is spacious, and the stand-up AC cools down very quickly. Downstairs is quite lively, and there's free underground parking available. It's also very close to the high-speed train station and Crystal City.

The hotel is high-end atmosphere, very stylish, very high-grade feeling, praise, stay did not disappoint, the hotel environment is really satisfied, 001 service is very intimate, satisfied!

The hotel location is very good nearby the pedestrian street.  The room condition is not bad & clean, but no refrigerator & the room has strong smoking smell.  Breakfast is fair.  Front staff are very good, even though they don't speak English at all, but they are trying to accommodate my requests well enough.  Overall is considerate & value for money especially in comparison with the amount paid, besides Donghai is a county, so far, this hotel is one of the good options for a short stay.

The surrounding environment is quiet and not noisy, so you can have a good rest at night, while not losing the convenience of life. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. 🏨 **Comfortable and clean room** The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept until I woke up naturally! The hot spring was very comfortable, the bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, the hot water was stable, and the quality of toiletries was also good. The room was cleaned by a special person every day and kept very tidy. 💁 **Intimate and thoughtful service** The front desk staff was enthusiastic, efficient in checking in, and took the initiative to introduce local fun places and special food. The room service responded quickly, and any needs could be solved in time, making people live very comfortably. Furu Donghai Hotel has done a good job in details. It is a five-star hotel with super high cost performance. Next time I come to Donghai County, I will definitely choose here!

The hotel's facilities are also very plus points, there is a free self-service laundry room, washing and drying machine + hanging ironing machine is too convenient, the business trip party is ecstatic! Beautiful hot springs and nature, but come prepared! We stayed in a luxury cabin in the Donghai Hot Spring Resort. Overall, we had a nice experience, but there are a few important things international travelers should know. The Positives: Hot Springs & Nature: The hot springs were wonderful and very relaxing. The nature surrounding the resort is beautiful and peaceful. Great BBQ: We really enjoyed the barbecue area and even grilled some delicious shashlik (skewers) there. Helpful Staff: The girls at the reception were very kind. They helped us book a taxi to Donghai Railway Station for 100 RMB. Upon check-out, they also gave us a lovely Lianyungang souvenir magnet, which was a very sweet touch. Things to Consider: Room Outlets: There are no European-style power outlets in the cabins. We asked the reception for an adapter, but they didn’t have any. Luckily, we had our own power banks, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to charge our devices. Bring your own Chinese plug adapter! There is a possibility to rent a power bank in main building though for 5 RMB/hour. Breakfast: The breakfast is purely Chinese style. Do not expect Western options. We had noodles, seaweed, eggs, fruit, and Coca-Cola. It was fine for us, but good to keep in mind. Location: The resort is quite isolated. If you do not have a car, it is very difficult to leave the property or get around on your own. We enjoyed the hot springs and the peaceful vibe, but the resort could improve by providing international adapters for foreign guests.

Special offer room, there is a billboard outside the wall, but it doesn't matter, I kept the curtains open anyway. The hygiene and other aspects are very good. The price/performance ratio is very good and cost-effective. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity.
