This homestay is so so comfortable, so clean and new and very nicely and thoughtfully designed, it makes us want to retire in a house just like this! Our hosts are a family, very hospitable, helpful and sweet, they make us feel right at home. The older, strong Uncle insisted on helping us carry our luggage up the mountain as we made our way up to the scenic spot! We also love their breakfast - fresh, with a decent variety that will hold us over for hours. This location is as close to the entrance of the bus terminal that will take us up the mountain (no taxis or private cars are allowed up), so if you want to spend time up there, this is a good location. 这家民宿真的非常舒服！房间干净崭新，设计得美观，贴心，让我们都想退休后住进这样的房子里！房东是一家人，非常热情好客、乐于助人又亲切，让我们感觉像在家一样自在。那位健壮的叔叔还坚持帮我们把行李扛上山，一路陪我们走到景区呢. 我们也很享受他们家的早餐——很新鲜，种类足够让我们撑上好几个小时。 这里的位置离上山巴士站入口很近（私家车和出租车不允许上山），如果想在山上多玩会儿，选这里准没错！

Yun Wai Mountain Residence is highly recommended. The hotel is located at the Qiongtai Scenic Spot, approximately 300 meters from the base of the cable car and 50 meters from the bus stop, at an altitude of nearly 1000 meters. This is an ideal location for exploring Wudangshan. The staff is exceptionally friendly and very helpful. I was repeatedly and pleasantly surprised by how much everyone cared for a foreigner without any knowledge of Chinese. The hotel's restaurant offers local and Taoist specialties. The food is excellent. The atmosphere is elegant and meditative. The rooms are spacious with fantastic mountain views. I felt very comfortable for a week – nothing was lacking. Bonus: the five cats also take excellent care of the guests, especially during nighttime strolls. Note: you must take the last bus to the cable car (Qiongtai) at 5 pm, otherwise you will remain in the valley (no exceptions).

Facilities: ✨ The room facilities are all new, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and functional, and there are thoughtful little details. Cleanliness: 🧹 Overall, it's very clean, from the public areas to the corners of the rooms, everything is meticulously maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. Service: 🙋♀️ The owner and staff are very welcoming, responding quickly to any issues, and proactively recommending nearby attractions. This guesthouse we chose for our trip with friends truly exceeded our expectations! The environment is tranquil, the facilities are complete, the cleanliness is exceptionally well maintained, and the service is incredibly attentive and thoughtful. We'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The room is very nice, clean, and strategically located in the town - shops and restaurants all around, close to the pedestrian street. That's all great. The only issue (and it's a huge one) is that there's no staff on site. You need to call them upon arrival, which I did. Unfortunately, they just dropped my call and ignored me, leaving me standing at the entrance with no one coming. I actually had to contact Trip.com support to get them to reach the hotel so I could access my room. The lady who eventually came was very nice and friendly. Nevertheless, if I have to call the platform's customer service just to check in, that's a massive failure of the most basic service on the hotel's part.

Let me start with the good things: the hotel has a nice environment with small bridges and flowing water, the service staff are very polite, the main dishes in the restaurant taste very good, the hygiene in the room is good, and the mineral water and other things are replenished in a timely manner when needed. Other regrets: it is right next to the main road, the noise from the transport trucks is quite loud, the breakfast is a bit monotonous, there might be a monastic training class in the hotel, as I was woken up by their music at 6:20 in the morning.

Treasure Resort Hotel, nested in the mountains, convenient parking, warm butler, great staff, help me take my luggage to the room, floor heating and air conditioning have been turned on, really good 👍 The restaurant is also very good, the fish must be ordered, fresh and delicious 👍 The hotel is very close to Wudang Mountain, very convenient. The room is simple and cozy, clean and comfortable, with soft bedding that makes you feel relaxed. It's very quiet at night. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the local food is delicious. The hotel front desk helped us plan a very practical travel itinerary, saving us from taking too many unnecessary detours. They even thoughtfully reminded us to bring motion sickness patches and medicine, as the winding roads up Shiwangwan Mountain are particularly challenging for those prone to motion sickness.

The room is impeccably clean, spotless, and fully equipped with air conditioning, a TV, and tea set—it's even more comfortable than home. 📚Common Areas: Overflowing with Healing Charm, Warm and Cozy Like Home The common areas are absolutely amazing! An entire wall of bookshelves is filled with books. When the sunlight streams in, curling up on the sofa to read a few pages, listening to music from the gramophone, is instantly therapeutic. There's also a vintage gramophone, exquisite tea sets, and plush sofas—whether you're daydreaming, reading, or chatting with the owner, it's incredibly cozy and a true haven during your travels. ✨ Overall Experience: The Best Choice for Staying in Wudang Mountain When visiting Wudang Mountain, you really don't need to worry about accommodation! This guesthouse not only looks great, but its comfort is off the charts. Convenient location, quiet environment, and meticulous attention to detail—it truly embodies ”healing.” Whether you're visiting Wudang Mountain for pilgrimage, hiking, or enjoying a slow-paced lifestyle like I did, this is the perfect place to stay. I've already recommended it to all my friends who are planning a trip to Wudang Mountain, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

I really liked the service quality of the lady who checked me in. She was engaging, efficient and effective. In this respect I give her 10/10. However she knocked on my door after I had gone to sleep to inquire why I didn't give the hotel a higher rating. On the second she knocked the door again. The reason was she didn't see me going out and wondered if something was wrong. I thank her now for the concern. Nevertheless it is important for her to understand that guests don't want to be disturbed especially when they are about to sleep or were already sleeping. I emphasised to her this point. Second, she needs to understand that WHEN to speak is as important as WHAT is said and how it's said. I write with no ill feelings but with the hope she will learn and have a good career and happy life.

The location is very convenient, close to Yuxu Palace and the museum, and the surrounding area is not noisy. Facilities: The facilities are relatively old, the windows cannot be closed, and the window screens are useless when they are barely closed. The air conditioner rumbles like a tractor all night, and the air outlet is broken. It blows towards the bed, which makes your mouth dry. Several rooms are like this. Hygiene: The bathroom may have just been cleaned, it is full of water. As soon as you enter, the whole room smells of betel nut. Service: Checked in at night, came on the second day of the Chinese New Year, maybe there were too many people, and there was no room to change. The front desk said to find someone to repair the window, but it didn't come. Even more bottles of water were not given.
