"Let me start by saying the experience was excellent. 1. **Location**: There are four Wanda Reign Hotels, each located at one of the four cardinal points of the Bagua diagram on Jinjie Street. Qixia Wuyi is one of them, and it's the second closest to the Wudang Mountain entrance. 2. **Hotel Layout**: The four smaller hotels are situated above a small street. Qixia Wuyi is above a photo studio, making it the quietest. The rooms are arranged in a grid pattern, and there are only three floors. The front desk is on the first floor, with most rooms on the second. There's a room type with windows facing the hallway, which you can see in my pictures. Most rooms, however, have windows at the back. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, so while the stairs aren't steep, elderly guests should be mindful. The front desk offers free luggage storage; if you're staying for a short period and don't want to carry all your bags, you can store your main luggage and just take your essentials to your room. 3. **Room Facilities**: The front desk upgraded us to a family room, which had one 1.5-meter double bed and one 1.3-meter single bed. The bathroom is split into wet and dry areas, with a smart toilet room, a shower room, and a vanity area. The only downside is that the vanity area in the bathroom doesn't have a door, so it's not separated from the bedroom. 4. **Service**: When booking through Ctrip, we received a complimentary ticket to the Wudang Yimeng performance each night, which is a stage play with excellent stage effects. The front desk has a self-service beverage vending machine, and there's a laundry room and several small tables on the second floor. Downstairs from the hotel is Jinjie Street, which, unlike other scenic areas, has normal prices. There are many chain restaurants and stores like Starbucks, Ruixing Coffee, Dookoo, Mixue Bingcheng, McDonald's, and JD Supermarket. However, these eateries close early, so if you arrive too late, you'll have to order takeout."

"Finally got to Wudang Mountain for some much-needed relaxation! This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel's ambiance is fantastic, especially the large terrace – the view is breathtaking. On a clear day, seeing the distant mountains and sea of clouds instantly brings a sense of peace. The room itself is designed in a new Chinese style, with thoughtful details, and the bathroom looks very high-quality; it was a really comfortable stay. Beyond the beautiful scenery, the overall experience was top-notch! In the afternoon, there's complimentary Shenshi tea, perfect for sitting down, sipping tea, and chatting – so pleasant. Breakfast was also delicious, with a rich variety of fresh options that left me feeling energized. You can also catch the sunset over at Nanyan Palace. The biggest surprise was the free Tai Chi class! Practicing Tai Chi with the instructor on the terrace in the evening, with the sky above and mountain breeze, was incredibly therapeutic. The instructor was very professional and responsible, correcting postures hand-in-hand and patiently guiding us, so even beginners could quickly pick it up. The service throughout was superb, making us feel completely at home. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Wudang Mountain!"

"The location is quite remote, catering purely to tourists. Although it claims to be a four-star hotel, the room facilities are basic and definitely don't meet industry standards; it's more like a regional four-star. The biggest highlight is the excellent breakfast with a wide variety and good taste. For dinner, I'd suggest eating in town as the hotel's dinner is not good value for money. For those with a car, staying a bit further out might offer better value."

"The room was spacious, highly automated, and the facilities were new. The shower had a strong and comfortable water pressure. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The service was excellent. The only inconvenience was that there was road construction in front of the hotel, and the Gaode Map navigation couldn't get there if you were driving. You had to contact the hotel reception and take a detour, driving against traffic, to get to the hotel."

"the location of the hotel is convenient because it is near the tourist center where you can go to take the sightseeing bus, which will later transfer to the cable car, that will bring you to visit the golden summit and nearby attractions. However, the hotel is a bit old and they need to fix some broken amenities."

"We had a great stay, the environment near by is great, and the hotel just located near the guest centre of WuDang Mountain, a basketball court is in front of the hotel. The room is old fashioned and very clean with all necessary facilities. Staffs are very good and serve us like friends! What surprises us most is the restaurant of the hotel, and it is the first time we have our three meals in a hotel restaurant! The only thing we don’t like is customers able to smoke in room although they provide non smoking rooms, we could still smell very strong smoke in the corridor."

"The only bright spot: the front desk staff were friendly, and the bedding was clean and tidy. The downsides are numerous and I would not recommend it: 1. The pictures are misleading; there's no private courtyard, just a simple balcony on the second floor. 2. The lighting controls are outdated; the bathroom light can only be switched on and off at the door, which is very inconvenient. 3. The price is ridiculously high; similar accommodations in the area cost 180-300 yuan, while this place charges 450-500 yuan, making it extremely poor value for money. 4. The downstairs bar is noisy with singing late at night, and the poor soundproofing severely affects my sleep. 5. It's right next to a tourist information center; tour guides loudly solicit customers at 7 am, and advertisements are constantly playing through the loudspeaker at 8 am, making it impossible to sleep in. I paid a high price for extremely poor accommodation; I will never come back."

"At the foot of Wudang Mountain, the room is very large and clean. The main toiletries are not like other homestays. The supplies are also very elegant. The boss is very careful. It takes only a few minutes to walk from the scenic spot. If you don’t want to go, the boss can pick up the car and send it. In the evening, you can ride the boss’s little eDonkey to go out for a stroll. The boss is very enthusiastic and there is a little social fear. There is a parking space to wash clothes. It is cost-effective. The sisters who go climbing are rushing."

"The hotel is located in front of cableway station in summit mountain. The hotel rooms overlook on the east valley, perfectly to watch the sunrise in the room,if there isn't foggy. To go on the gold temple it's necessary 20 minutes by foot (it's only way). The rooms are nice and conforteble with a small living room near the windows that overlook on the valley. The staff is really smart and friendly and have give me a gift when a have left. The restaurant is good."
