We stayed in a historic Republican-era building, dating back a century. From its grandeur and scale, it's clear it was once a magnificent mansion. The property features a beautiful rock garden, complete with charming small bridges and flowing water. What truly impressed me was how the interior has been renovated: it's fresh, tastefully elegant, and spotlessly clean, all while perfectly preserving the original architectural style.

The room is wide, the bed is big enough, the new opening is not long, the facilities are more complete, the front desk service is warm, polite, parking is more convenient, there are parks around the walk.

Originally booked for one night, the experience of staying for one night was very good, and I made an appointment with a friend to book an extra parent-child room. The hotel facilities were poor; the room phone was broken, the toilet seat was broken, and the hot water wasn't hot when I showered around 10 PM. There was no solution to this, but the service was acceptable.

It's an old-style hotel, but the rooms are spacious and have basic facilities. It's pretty good in the small town of Dabu. The location is in the center of the county, convenient for travel and dining. The Hakka Tulou attraction is nearby. After visiting several Tulou in Tai Po, staying in a hotel for one night costs more than 100 yuan, which is very cost-effective.

There was a free parking lot at the back, but the bathroom was not satisfactory and there was a little bit of an unpleasant smell. Everything else is fine!
