I chose this hotel by chance after seeing high reviews. The location is good. There is a food street at the door. You can eat local specialties of mutton skewers and Xinjiang noodles when you go out. When you enter the hotel, you will feel happy, from the security uncle to the front desk staff. The attitude is quite good, especially the front desk receptionist who greets the guests first and then brings me a cup of tea. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the room is the style I like. It is elegant without losing the atmosphere. It is very comfortable to stay. It can be seen that the owner of this restaurant is very attentive to breakfast. The combination of meat and vegetables is nutritious, and the buns and cookies are quite exquisite. I heard from the waiter that they are all handmade, and I am very satisfied. 👍 I personally think the price-performance ratio is quite high. recommend!

It was great! A brand new hotel. The rooms were spacious too. The whole family, young and old, traveled together and everyone said they rested very well. The food was also good. The older folks ate light, non-spicy dishes. It was rare to find that every meal was delicious. Breakfast was at Tianma's Pig Trotters next door. Four hot dishes: stir-fried cauliflower, stir-fried cabbage, stir-fried winter melon, and stir-fried garlic sprouts—all quite tasty. Two kinds of porridge, plus milk and soy milk. The soy milk was surprisingly good; it wasn't made from soy milk powder. There were also dumplings, steamed buns, eggs, brown sugar flatbread, and two kinds of pastries. Freshly made noodles were also delicious. Dinner was at a random restaurant next to the hotel, I forget the name, something like Yu or Shu. One mildly spicy and four non-spicy dishes—classic dishes to eat with rice, like braised chicken, twice-cooked pork, and home-style tofu. Everything was delicious. The portions were large; six people couldn't finish five dishes. You can always trust Sichuan chefs. Every meal on this trip was delicious and affordable.

The ticket was changed a day late, so I found this hotel near the airport. I didn't expect it to be unexpectedly good. The hotel room was clean and tidy, the area was quite large, and the bedding was comfortable. Next to the hotel is a big park, and the window looks good. There is a market not far away, not far from a local food street (walk 7-8 minutes). The service attitude of each employee is very good, and there is a drop-off service. Breakfast is full.

I didn't expect breakfast and dinner were included. Delicious! Dinner included six dishes, including tomato and chicken egg soup. I've never tried the big pot chicken in Xinjiang before, but it was delicious! We shared a room with three people, and it was spacious and had plenty of air conditioning!

It is very important to have good front desk service. I chose Tahe Guanlan Hotel because of its beautiful environment. The rooms are indeed large, clean and comfortable. But let’s complain about the logistics support staff. Are they slacking off because of the low wages offered by the hotel? ! Or the ”uncle” raised by the hotel? ! As soon as I checked in, I discovered that the toilet in the guest room was not draining smoothly. I first reported the toilet problem to the room service staff, but no one came to fix it after waiting for half an hour. Then I went to the front desk to report the problem, and the front desk urged me. After waiting another 20 minutes, no one came to fix it. Finally, a friendly young lady at the front desk changed my room, which calmed my anxiety. On the way to change rooms, I met the ”uncle” who came to fix the toilet and he looked very impatient... I wonder if the hotel leadership can see my review (and what measures will be taken). Let’s talk about it. I’m satisfied with the accommodation. I’m satisfied with the front desk service who later changed my room. I’m satisfied with the breakfast. The faults are not hidden, so I give it a five-star rating.
